Cozy, close to event @ Wayland Baptist. The staff was welcoming and friendly.

The location was average. You can hear traffic noise as the house is one block from a highway.
The room was cold when I got there. The asst manage brought a heater, which was helpful.
The body wash was from Walmart/Equate. Really? HOw cheap! The conditioner was TreSemme, and the shampoo didn't even have a label. Very poor amenities from a BnB, IMO.
While the eggs, sausage and toast were good, they served jelly, OJ, Ketchup, and butter in jars from the store. Not 6 feet away in the dining room was a full cabinet of crystal serving dishes.

Lovely place to stay. Rooms large and clean. Felt like staying in a historic mansion. Staff was lovely and breakfast was excellent. Will stay again as it beats all the hotels in Plainview on price and accommodations.

We enjoyed all aspects of this historic beautiful bed & breakfast. The host was wonderful and the breakfast was quite tasty. The room and bed were both very comfortable. We would highly recommend this superb bed and breakfast.
If we have to mention something, we found the television system a little difficult, but it was no big deal.

This was an absolutely amazing experience! I would encourage EVERYONE to book here if you are going to Plainview,Tx. Hands down the best lodging in Plainview and possibly the entire panhandle. Breakfast was incredible and comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfast conversation as well. Overall experience was excellent and we have already booked our reservations for Thanksgiving!!

A very friendly atmosphere and Debs and Mike were lovely hosts who made you feel extremely welcome. We had Breakfast in their kitchen while chatting....... superb.

This location was very quaint. the President’s suite was spacious. I loved the old construction mixed with a modern twist of some furniture.

The house was beautiful and well appointed. Each of the guest rooms did have a private bath which is wonderful! The bed was wonderful and comfy. We slept very well. It was quiet and the staff was excellent. The breakfast was very tasty and casual. Joanna, the manager, was delightful to work with! I would highly recommend this location.
I really can't think of anything that I did not like about this location! It would have been nice if it were a bit warmer so we could have enjoyed it the beautiful patio area.

I absolutely loved our room! it was beautiful and very large! Mike and Deb were fabulous hosts. Breakfast was amazing! Deb even shares recipes! We will be back!
