We spent 2 months in this condo and had a great time. The owner and property manager were very quick to respond to any concerns. When I mentioned that I needed a few things the manager promptly brought me what I needed. He even added an air fryer to the kitchen when I mentioned it would be nice to have one! I was working during the stay and it would have been nice if there was a desk area with an office chair to make work more comfortable but it was not expected. They arranged for the unit to be cleaned weekly at no extra cost. The bed in the master was so comfy! The place could use a paint job and a little TLC but we enjoyed our stay immensely.
The pool area at the condo is spectacular! There are 4 pools so we were always able to find a spot. The landscaping around the pools has been very well done, it feels like an oasis. We also took advantage of the Beach Club a few times. We didn’t need to pay a weekly fee as I read in the listing, they simply charged us $25US each to use the facilities but they took any food or drinks you purchased out of that fee. Worked out great! Awesome fish tacos! We had some trouble booking and using the pickleball courts. The complex requires an owner on site while you play.
The complex is very secure and safe. It is a quick walk to loads of restaurants and grocery stores. There is a bank right across the main rood that our Canadian bank cards had no issue with. We drank the tap water the whole time with no issues. Great stay!

Excellent vacation spot!
We loved our time in David’s condo. He and the management team were great communicators and helpful with amenities and activities. The beach club was so nice and definitely worth the fee (which was fully refundable through drinks and food!). Loved the area, local restaurants and on-property pools.
The condo is beautiful and comfortable. Kitchen fully equipped, clean, spacious. Only three of us but you could definitely fit a bigger family. View is gorgeous, parking so convenient. Short walk to pool, Main Street restaurants, coffee shops, dive shops, shopping and beach.

Peaceful Costa Rican stay
Pacifico is a beautiful complex in downtown Coco. It’s easily the nicest and safest community close to the beach. The grounds are gorgeous and the pool complex is clean, relaxing and well designed. It is walkable to a good supermarket and a pharmacy, there are a couple of delicious, high end restaurants right out of the gates, and other restaurants, shops, and the beach are about a ten minute walk down the road. The concierge team is very helpful and responsive with scheduling shuttles and day tours.
There were some cleanliness standards that could be improved upon, and it would be helpful to have a manual with instructions for how to use the TV, the dishwasher, and where to find the trash bins. Communication with the owner David was excellent, but I found communication with the check-in agent to be a bit lacking as we were missing a blanket for our son for the convertible bed and there did not seem to be urgency to locate one for us.
These are all small things and did not inhibit our stay much at all. We had a great time.

Quiet, relaxed Vacation spot
Enjoyed the location and staying at the condo. The staff were very helpful and they were resourceful with information about things to do, getting transportation and resolving any issue related to the property. Would stay again.

Perfect family vacation
This condo located in Coco Beach is a 10 minute walk to the beach but there is a shuttle that can take you back and forth. We enjoyed relaxing next to the pool with views of the ocean at the Pacifico Beach Club. The resort has a good grocery store and new tennis courts. It was a perfect 4 night stay on the coast.

Great view and location.
This condo has a great view of Playa De Coco and Pacifico Resort is a beautifully landscaped, perfectly located property.
If and when we had questions in relationship to condo or scheduling shuttles to and from airport the management team as well as David were very helpful and quick to respond. This is a resort for quiet vacationers. The pool area is real low key and closes at 9pm which is a reflection of the entire resort. It is a quiet resort without a party scene. So take that into consideration when figuring out what you want in your vacation. We would stay there again if we stayed in Coco again.

All around great stay
Our stay here went perfectly. The condo is as advertised - it was clean and well equipped. The Pacifico resort is fantastic. It is very secure, and the pools and grounds are great. Everything you need is a short walk away - groceries, restaurants, the beach, etc. Stephanie was super responsive and helpful, even during holidays. Highly recommend it!!

Beautiful Ocean View Unit
Wonderful location with plenty of things to do in the small town of Playas Del Coco. Many great restaurants and small local vendors for gift shopping. The beautiful complex of Pacifico can not be beat. The pools are very inviting and you are such a 10 minute walk to the beach of that is where you want to hang out.
You can also find many other places to tour and there are plenty of places to schedule a day trip. You will love the many beautiful national parks and waterfalls that you can see and get back in town the same day.
The condo has everything you want and need. It is easy to get to from Liberia and the property management will help you with all your needs.

Paradise in Coco
Pacifico is a wonderful resort with pools that accommodate the adults and the kids. Our kids, (4 and 7) loved to play in the lazy river. The condo is very nice and well furnished. We generally started our day with coffee on the deck and breakfast in the condo. In the evening a glass of wine on the deck enjoying the mesmerizing views of the immaculate grounds and the ocean. The views are exactly as the pictures in the listing show.
The location was perfect, with a grocery store and the town right next to the complex.. We to return to Coco and this condo soon. A big bonus for us was knowing that all the proceeds from our stay go to charity...

Your Goal-Pura Vida My Suggestion: Club Pacifico condos
The 2 bedroom condo was spacious and can sleep 4 adults and two kids (if they want to visit you for a week or so). The main bathroom had an adjoining bathroom with a large tub and a separate shower area. Beds had fine solid mattresses. Kitchen had ample cupboard space but limited utensils and pots and baking pans , some which have to be replaced. In the realm of important things, this was a mere inconvenience. The pool area is the best I have ever seen in a condo complex. Well designed the concept of 3 lazy rivers and comfortable chaise lounges. We had issues of two appliances breaking down. The immediate response from David , the owner, was a true test of his role as provider of good services. Each time he immediately got on the case and all was resolved.Damian and Yannick, who manage properties, worked well as representatives of Dave. Thank you for an out standing service.

Very pleasant
Everything was delightful. It was a short drive from airport (Liberia which is a small and easy place compared to San Jose airport). Condo was in nice development with lots of good restaurants and beaches nearby.

So relaxing!
This condo was so clean and comfortable and had every amenity needed. We really enjoyed laying out at the pool and ordering drinks and nachos. The complex is very pretty. We didn’t have a car and it was sometimes challenging to get in and out with the gate guard. The walk up the hill was a good way to burn off those calories from eating at the Hard Rock too. Remember to turn on the water heater when you check in, we didn’t know about that. Thank you David for your prompt replies and setting us up at your wonderful condo for some much needed rest.

Beautiful Property
We had a wonderful time here. The view from the condo is the best in the complex. The condo has everything you need. We enjoyed the pools they are awesome. There is a bar and restaurant located near the 3 pools and it has good food and snacks. The Condo location is great, near a nice market and restaurants. We did rent a golf cart, to run around town and take to the pool. It was really hot and humid while we were there so we were happy to have the cart. The owner was great and very helpful. We love Costa Rica and Pacifico, we will return!

Great visit to Costa Rica
We really enjoyed the condo in Pacifico and the owner was extremely responsive and helpful. The property was clean and we felt safe and the condo was spacious and had everything we needed. We did a catamaran snorkel tour, visited several beaches and a morning at Diemente animal sanctuary. We enjoyed the beach club one evening and it was great. Prior to this area we stayed in Arenal which I would highly recommend. We also loved the fact that all proceeds from this rental went to charity.
The only thing to keep in mind is the time we were there was very busy at Playa Coca since its spring break for local kids, so the town was action packed.
All in all a great trip.

Magnifico!
We had a great stay at this condo. Very, very nice place, outstanding view of the ocean, and perfect location in the heart of Coco. Coffee on the deck in the morning and a glass of wine at night book ended our days enjoying the beach, pools and town during the day. Owners and Property managers in Coco were very responsive and super easy to work with.

Serene View
Everything you could want in a trip to Costa Rica is at or near Pacifico! Our family enjoyed three completely different beaches all within a 15 minute ride. Shopping and food was all within easy walking distance. The view from the deck was serene and the sounds of birds and other animals added to the true feel of CR! The kitchen was well stocked with a variety of cooking utensils. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and living space were all very clean. The swimming pools were not busy so they were relaxing after a day of adventure. My favorite part though...I love the fact that our vacation was helping to contribute to great charitable organizations!

Fantastic
Loved this unit. Very quiet and comfortable. Difficult sometimes to get chairs by the pool. Landscaping in Pacifico is beautiful and it was wonderful to be within walking distance of the restaurants.

What a view - and fireworks too!
We are having a great time in Costa Rica staying at the Pacifico. Staying here on New Year's Eve, not only do we have amazing views of the pacific ocean, but as a bonus we saw the fireworks from our balcony at midnight! Dave, the owner, is extremely responsive and the management team of Hillary and Cheryl here in CR are also great. The condo is clean, well stocked with towels, linens, dishes, and again, the views! Being higher on the hill is nice and quiet, but a quick walk to the pool and you've got swimming, a snack bar, and hot tub. There's a great Automercado for food shopping at the entrance of Pacifico and nice restaurants, taco stands (we loved Chorotacos across the street), and all kinds of eateries all within walking distance. This is my fourth trip to CR, first to Coco, and I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone. Families, couples, girls trip, guys trip, it definitely fits the bill.

Great Christmas vacation!
We had a great time in Costa. Stayed for Christmas with my two sons 13 & 16 year olds and my husband. The condo was was well represented by the pictures. The views were amazing. Very close to town and grocery store. We stayed so busy with activities every day that we didn't get a chance to check out the pools. Would definitely recommend staying here. Everyone was very helpful from booking to departure and we had an excellent experience.

Costa Rica Vacation April 2016
We shared the condo with another couple and it worked out great for us. We had a beautiful view in the morning and a fabulous sunset in the evening. The only thing it was a little warm to sit too long on the patio. We didn't have hot water when we arrived because someone had shut off the hot water heater. This was an easy fix and we had hot water by the time we returned from dinner. The Pacifico Village was really nice. The complex is beautifully landscaped, very clean and we always felt safe. The security guards were always patrolling the area. It was very quite and we had the pool to ourselves most of the time. I would recommend this condo to others. I would also recommend eating in some of the nights because most of the restaurants are outdoor seating and without air-conditioning.

Perfect Pacifico! Hummingbirds & Monkeys!
We spent the whole month of March 2016 at this superb property in the Pacifico complex. The condo is clean & nicely furnished with a gorgeous view and is just a short walk away from the beautiful pools in the complex. Nearby is a a very upscale supermarket & the funky downtown is a short walk away as is the excellent beach club where we spent many hours. During our stay we did not have a car or golf cart but either walked, took the shuttle bus or used inexpensive taxis to get around - even to neighbouring beaches like Ocotal.
The owner Dave is very helpful & he and his wife have a genuine interest in ensuring you have a good stay. On his team at Pacifico are Cheryl & Ana who were excellent go to's for any questions or problems (happily only minor ones), and for great advice on tours, restaurants, etc.
This was our first experience ever renting (we are normally cruisers) & were unsure of what to expect. All in all we had a most enjoyable time in Playas Del Coco & have no reservations in recommending this property - and would not hesitate to go back for another wonderful Tico holiday.

Beautiful view
Pacifico is a very nice condo/resort location located just several minutes walk to Coco's restaurants, night life and shops. A few minutes further and you can enjoy drinks on the beach and people watch. The pools at Pacifico are nice and there wasn't a mad rush for chairs. There is a beach club we visited but didn't join as we had no issues at the pools near our condo.
Ana does a nice job at arranging tours and making things go smoothly for your stay. We did two tours, a buggy tour and catamaran snorkeling tour. We also rented a car and went to other local beaches. Getting around wasn't too bad.
One thing to consider for this property is a significant hill leading to climbing 4 flights of stairs each time you go to and from the condo. I think we all felt more fit and earned more of the meals but there are other alternatives. There are local rentals for golf carts that can zip you up and down the hill or rent a mountain bike. Cabs are just $2 if you're headed home from town.
The view is spectacular.
