Secluded and relaxed. Exactly what we were looking for.

There are two cabins. When I booked, it did not specify which one I booked. So, I may have stayed in the wrong cabin! Otherwise, the amenities were great and the location to OU was a short drive.

This was a smal and beautiful cabin. Perfect for a couple for the weekend.The area is calm and quiet. You are able to roam the farm land that the cabin is on - which made for beauftiful moring and evening hikes. The hosts are amazing! We will be back!

My boyfriend and I had the best time at this perfect cabin for our weekend getaway! We had never been to Hocking Hills before and wanted a cozy cabin to come home to after hiking trails all day! This cabin has so much to offer: hot tub, front porch chair for viewing the hillside, a fire pit, and so much more! We couldn’t have picked a more perfect cabin to stay at! We definitely will be back in the future! If you’re looking for a home away from home during your trip, this is the one!

This was the perfect place for a romantic long weekend get away! Perfectly private but yet just a short drive to many places to explore! The cabin comes with everything you could possibly need, and has the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in away from home. Would recommend to anyone and would stay again ourselves!

It’s been a couple weeks since we visited this cabin, and we’re still thinking about it. My spouse and I loved this little cabin. It was beautiful, well kept and perfect for our getaway with our dog. We cannot wait to come back again to enjoy it. Thank you for providing such a nice retreat for us to enjoy on your property. We will be back again soon!

I stayed here with my fiancé and Ava our cockapoo and had the best time. We were celebrating our new engagement and my 29th birthday. Communication with Dave the owner was great. It was the perfect little cabin in the woods with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We went to hocking hills which was about 40 minutes away and then came back to go in the hot tub and watch scary movies. The bed was comfortable and the tv had Netflix already logged in which was nice! Would stay here again.

Lovely property and cabin, the scenery is absolutely gorgeous. Having a view of the sunset from the front porch was great! There are lots of trailheads and parks nearby which is a plus. I was more than happy with my stay, would definitely recommend!!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was beautiful, clean, and had everything you needed, with cooking supplies, several towels, robes, pillows, blankets, etc. We appreciated that the owners sent us an email with specific directions to get to the cabin as well. It was a very cozy and comfortable cabin and stay!

Was a nice cozy cabin for our little honeymoon getaway

Different hot tub, patio table, couch, coffee pot, and fire pit than pictured. I was attracted to this listing bc of the check in/check out with no person-to-person contact and disinfecting of all high touch surfaces. However, upon arrival, over an hour after our scheduled check in time the owner was still present - and while the surfaces might be sprayed with Lysol there was no evidence of wiping anything or dusting. Throughout the stay I observed dirty cups, pans and utensils in the cupboards, a dish scrubbing brush that should be thrown away. There was visible dust on the ceilings, cabinets, top of fridge, end tables, counters, and toothpaste/soap splatter on the faucets and walls around the sinks and on the bathroom mirror. The holder for the toilet paper roll had so much fuzz on it you couldn’t see the heads of the screws holding it in the wall next to the toilet. There was hair from previous visitors on towels w/ strong detergent scent. The provided pans had scratched teflon and there were various plugins emitting their aroma throughout the cabin. The blades on the AC were dusty and it smelled like the filter needed cleaned. There were dead stink bugs in the tracks for all the windows in the house and the inside/outside of the glass was visibly dirty. Toilet, hot tub & shower clean and operational. We were very comfortable and the hosts allowed us a late check out for breakfast plans. Just won’t cook there and will bring our own towels and pillows.

We enjoyed our stay so much we plan to return here as an annual vacation together. It was such a clean and beautiful property. The stars at night were incredible! Wonderful hosts.

This was our 2nd stay at this cabin. Such a Beautiful property. Love the views. I’m a clean freak and some of the dishes needed re-washing but other than that. I would highly recommend :)

My husband and I stayed here for 4 days to celebrate our 35th anniversary. The cottage was very clean,hot tub was amazing and just what we needed. Dave and his wife are perfect host.

My dog, husband and I stayed at the cabin for just a few days but it was just the little geg away, i think we all needed! Not only was the bed extremely comfortable, but the views and peace n quiet were incredible! We will def be back!

Very cozy, and secluded...great getaway!

The cabin was the perfect getaway from the city. Hot tub was amazing. I'm not sure who enjoyed it more us or the dog. Would definitely go back.

This is a wonderful place to stay, very well-kept and extremely comfortable. Unlike others I have seen, the hot tub was in good working order and very clean. Nothing beats the panoramic view from the porch. Very enjoyable with a cup of coffee in the morning.

this little cabin on a hilltop brought my future wife and i a weeks worth of relaxation and peace that im not sure ill be able to find anywhere else. Less than a half hour from Athens and nothing but countryside in between. We cooked all our meals in house and ate on the porch listening to the birds chirp and cows from down the way. Night dips in the hottub and listened to the rain as we drifted off to sleep. 100/10 would recommend to anyone trying to really, really get away from the stress of work and the city. Will be coming back!

Nice place to relax

We have the best weekend away here! It’s a wonderful little cabin. It’s very private on top of a beautiful hill. We drive into hocking hills to hike and do activities and it wasn’t a bad drive at all! We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit and grill in the evenings. The bed was so comfortable. We will definitely come back here! Thank you so much for sharing your cabin with us!

We really enjoyed our stay. This was so private and relaxing. We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub. We watched the deer in the area walk by. We felt comfortable enough to let our dog off lesh to play outside. The cabin was perfect for two. The owners were responsive and kind. The only thing I would say is the internet could have been faster, but it was fine for streaming or browsing. We loved getting away!

It was very secluded and private. Very relaxing just to get away from city life.
