We stayed a week at this house with my wife and 4 teens. Spacious, clean, and very well stocked with kitchen supplies, beach and pool gear, etc. Easy communication with Anna, good value.

The house was in the perfect location with a lot of accessibility. Grocery store is a stones throw away. The backyard is the best part though, we had a great time!

My husband, his brother and wife, and I were traveling from out of state for a family wedding. Instead of staying in a hotel, we thought this would be a nicer alternative. We could have clean rooms, eat when/what we wanted to, have access to a private pool, not have to encounter several strangers in elevators and other public spaces, etc. Though the home was a little bigger than we needed, it really wasn't. It was nice to have space to be able to do some work (I'm self-employed and never really "off"), spread out in the living room, or by the pool.
Everything was super clean, modern, and well-supplied. There was an instruction manual on how to use even the coffee maker. The host supplied beach equipment, which was nice too.
The full set of kitchen and laundry appliances were newer though we only used the dishwasher, fridge and coffee maker during our stay. It was quiet but close to shops, 10 minutes from the beach, etc. The host was responsive and made sure to send a few reminders throughout our stay.
Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer!

The property was amazing! The heated pool and hot tub were perfect. Location was good, with plenty of stores near by and the beach only a short drive away. Communication with the owner was outstanding. We asked for some baby items and they were all available and prepped for us. They responded within minutes to a small issue and they were there to correct it immediately. Thank you for a wonderful week and we hope to visit again!

The location was the perfect stay. We truly felt like being at home away from home. It was very spacious and clean. This was our first time staying at someone’s rental property so I really wasn’t favorable of having stuff in the refrigerator from either the owners or previous renters and we ran out of toilet tissue so we had to buy more. Overall it was GREAT. The pool scenery was amazing. Perfect location to everything including the beach.

Had a wonderful time at this house. My two teenage boys, my girlfriend, and her two children enjoyed our stay. The backyard with the hot tub and pool was perfect. Beach was very close by and there was also lots of places to food shop and what not.

I have nothing but great things to say about this property. It is exactly as advertised, updated, very clean and has all appointments needed throughout the home. The beds were all very comfortable as well. We really enjoyed the back yard pool, patio and grill to relax after a day's activities. The neighborhood felt very safe and it is very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. and a very short drive to Deerfield Beach, which did not disappoint. Anne communicated very well and made the whole process of renting, checking in and checking out very easy. We will definitly consider staying here again when we come back to the area.

Last minute decision to stay in this part of Florida which was new to us. Lovely house with so many thoughtful touches. Super pool and we also enjoyed the pool table. Great neighbourhood, pleasant walks and close enough to walk to supermarket and many more places.

We had an excellent week at this updated Deerfield Beach house. The home is well stocked with everything you need, from towels to kitchenware, clothes hangers to bathroom accessories. The beds are comfortable, the pool is heated and the backyard is a delightful private oasis.
The location is great - just a short drive to the beach, in a quiet neighborhood, but a couple of blocks from Rte. 1 with grocery stores, restaurants and more.
Communications with Anna were prompt and helpful.
We would definitely rent again, if visiting the area.

This was the best VRBO we have stayed at and we have stayed at plenty!! The owner was super accommodating and friendly and the house is just fantastic!! The pool and spa were the very best — lovely heated pool and the jets in the spa are killer!! We had three 17/18 yo boys and one 16 yo girl and the boys camped in the pool room while our daughter had her own room. It was spotless and I LOVE that they don’t throw out condiments!! I felt great about leaving our uneaten (but not spoilable) food (pasta, tomato sauce, hot sauce, peanut butter/jelly) adding to the next families convenience! It was also great to have the bikes!! The ride to the beach was super easy — and if you look at google maps, you can find a construction site along the beach strip with beach access!! We literally had basically a private beach — especially since our teens wanted to hang with the crowds at the main beach access!!
We were caught in the Southwest debacle — originally supposed to return to denver on NYE, but extended four nights when we found this gem!! So glad we did. Having this house with the better weather really made our trip a success!! Also — try Tropibowls!! A little drive, but easier in and out than playa bowls by the beach. And the Coffee Shoppe a couple doors down has great service and coffee!!

Beautiful Oasis
We enjoyed our stay as a family in the backyard oasis! The kids enjoyed the pool all hours of the day and evening. We had everything we needed to stay in for a couple dinners and walk to resturants. Perfect location to get to all the local beaches.

What a fantastic place for a family get together.

Wonderful home in Deerfield Beach!
Home exactly as described. Positive reviews were spot on. We had to re-schedule our trip abroad and was very happy we found this home. House was clean and spotless and had all the necessary amenities (and more!). Bikes in the garage was a nice treat. The back yard was a peaceful sanctuary with the heated pool and hot tub that worked flawlessly during our vacation. Lush greenery that was well maintained. Host (Anna) was very responsive and check-in was simple. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Choice!
We stayed at this location and everything was exactly as described online. Anna keeps a wonderful home that is beautiful and tidy. The pool really is a heated pool; it doesn't just say that like other places. The hot tub was great, particularly on some cooler windy nights. The location is terrific for walking to all sorts of shops and restaurants. We were able to bike pretty easily to the beach. The only part we did not like was having leave. Thank you Anna for everything.

Lovely home
Perfect home for our relaxing get away. We quickly felt at home here. We enjoyed the pool and spa daily, unfortunately at this time of year, there is not much sun in the backyard. But the heated pool was a nice treat. Every store and modern convenience was found within a 5 minute drive. There is no beach area to walk to, it’s about a 12 minute easy drive though.
I had a question about the spa and Anna answered it quickly and even sent someone to come and show me how to use it, within minutes. Very impressed!
The layout is large and open and we loved the Florida room off the back. Would definitely stay again 😊

Felt like home
Beautiful, clean, comfortable, well-appointed. I stayed at this house with my 93-year-old dad while work was being done on his house. We felt so at home while here.
The beds are comfortable, the sheets are very nice, plenty of nice towels.
The hot tub and pool are fabulous! Great washer and dryer. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook.
Supermarket is a couple of blocks away, Whole Foods is 3 miles away, and the beach is about 2 miles away. Convenient to anything you might want to do.
