Un chalet grande famille, plus de 2.500 d'espace de vie. Jamais été loué à jusqu'à récemment. Idéal pour deux familles. Situé à l'extrémité nord du lac Otsego-meilleure vue de l'ensemble du lac. Privé avec des terres de l'État de marais à travers la rue. 100 pieds de façade sur le lac. Salon ouvert, salle à manger et cuisine. De plus, quatre chambres et une salle de bain dans la partie principale du chalet. Ensuite, la cuisine et un long couloir est une chambre avec lits superposés avec un entraîneur en forme de L et deux lits superposés et une autre salle de bains. Ensuite, hors cette partie de la maison est un garage 2 1/2 voiture pour stocker les mobiles de neige ou de mettre des équipements sportifs. Comprend les draps, les couverts, un barbecue au charbon, six kayaks et gilets de sauvetage et deux canoës. Un quai privé pour la pêche. Laveuse et sécheuse, lave-vaisselle et micro-ondes. Deux téléviseurs à écran plat et câble. Animaux interdits

Bob is a great host the only issue you we had was the dock was kinda short for the pontoon we rented but it worked. Will rent again we absolutely loved having a fire pit and kayaks and plenty of room for everyone

Location was perfect to play the Tree Tops golf courses. The property is at the north end of Otsego Lake and has a spectacular view. Comfortably fit our group of 10. Excellent communication with owner to stay informed.

We had a group of 5 adults and 9 children and this was a great place for us to relax, fish, grill, and hang out around the fire pit. The owner communicated well with us and checked on us when he heard there were storms that knocked out power at some homes in the area (we didn’t lose power). Thanks for a great stay, would definitely rent again.

Location is everything, and this location is absolutely perfect for snowmobiling. The trail is literally right across the street. Very close to bars and restaurants as well.
Will definitely be staying here in the future again.

Our third year staying at the cottage and six old friends again very much enjoyed our stay. Bob is great at communicating before, during and after our time in Gaylord. Everything works, is clean and any issue, a phone call will resolve. We will be returning again next year. Thanks Bob!

Bob is very accommodating. It’s not ritzy but when you consider everything you get a lot for the money. I already booked next year for our 6th visit. The 2 separate living areas is great if you have 2 families or you want to give the kids one and you have your own private area. There’s no beach but the state and county parks are just a few miles away and are very nice. The boat launch is at the county park so it’s close. Shopping is close to all the big box stores and close to the small downtown stores. The fishing is good after you find the right spots and the lake is 5 miles long so a lot of opportunity for boating activities. Traverse city, Mackinac are not that far if you would like to make visits. Overall a good place at a good price !

Sleeping arrangements more than needed and worked well for our family. Great fire pit, everyone enjoyed the kayaks. More than needed of paper products and great selection of dishes. Wonderful laundry facilities.

Bob was fantastic to work with, start to finish. It was a peaceful weekend. Close enough to stores for convenience if you forgot anything, but tucked away so you feel out of the chaos. The property had more than enough room. We would definitely stay again.

Great rental on Otsego Lake! Large waterfront rental that sleeps many, kitchen well stocked. The only negative is no swimming in front of cottage, but that was noted in the listing.

The location and house setup was perfect for a group of aging snowmobilers. There are two TV/sleeping areas with the kitchen in between. This allowed the early to bed guys to be separated from the late night crowd. The large garage easily held 7 sleds with room for more. The side lot was even plowed so we had a perfect spot for a 27ft trailer to be backed in.
Had a minor surprise when arriving, made the owner aware and got immediate response and resolution options. That kind of service alone makes we want to rent this place again.

I’m sure it’s great in the summer but we absolutely love this area in the winter. We booked for a long weekend of snowmobiling snow skiing and more! My kids spent hours and hours playing on the snow covered ice right out the back door! Ditch the tablets and YouTube and enjoy what winter in Gaylord has to offer. Bring a snowmobile or 5 plenty of room for parking and tinkering. Super close proximity to trail 7 a giant ice playground few steps away! Perfect winter retreat!

The location on Otsego Lake is wonderful; beautiful sunsets. The cabin sleeps enough for our large group of guys to have a getaway weekend.

We had a great time at Bob's home! The weather was chilly, so we took advantage of the large indoor space, enjoyed the gorgeous lake view, and played the many games available. We went to the Gaylord Sportsplex for ice skating and then downtown for a nice lunch. The next day we did Avalanche Bay and dinner in Boyne City. The reason for the trip was to see the tree color change and the trees up north did not disappoint. Bob was great with communication and I would say here again.

Beautiful, clean, spacious, quiet.
This was an amazing, and relaxing getaway. Booked this place for my brother's bachelor party - lowkey with bonfires every night and just chilling with the guys. Downtown Gaylord is only 10 minutes away, so one night of bar-hopping was real easy.

Had a great time. Enjoyed the kayaks and had plenty of room for family of 9 to spread out in 4 separate sleeping rooms with 10 separate beds. The bunk suite with its own bathroom is a great hideaway spot.

Very nice place to relax. Quiet part of the lake. Convenient to town and shopping. Everything you need is here. Has been improved over the last four years. We plan on coming again next year. Bob the owner is extremely easy to work with and very accommodating. Place to dock the boats though there is no beach but the state and county parks are near. Just an overall nice place.

What a great place to relax and enjoy the view!! Owner does an excellent job communicating and provides most everything you need for vaca for sure!! The place holds 2 families easy. You can't beat the view of the lake from the north end ...picture perfect!! The swim area could be a bit better but you can swim/float and kayak if you want there. Beaches are close by and so are food drink and stores. Great location, been there twice so far : )

A larger group of us stayed at Bob’s place in Gaylord & had an excellent time. I was very impressed with the communication aspect, Bob made sure to let us know everything that the house offered & we were prepared ahead of time with anything else we might need to bring along for our group. Multiple beds and bedrooms made it perfect for our friends and their families. Beautiful access to the lake & a great fire pit to sit and enjoy. The location is better than we could’ve asked for & such a short drive into town without feeling like your in a congested area.
