The cabin was super clean, and the location was perfect...almost directly in the between Gaitlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Also, when we arrived, the pilot light had gone out on the gas log fireplace, but when we called, maintenance was there within the hour and got it running. We loved our stay, and would recommend staying there.

Reviewer Comments: Upon checking in we immediately noticed things not in the right places, the cabin was not presentable, it made us feel like we had to fix things in order to enjoy our stay, then we went to our bedrooms and noticed that the beds were not even presentable either, then off to the bathrooms that were dirty as well, I immediately text and was told that they would send the cleaners back to fix what needed to be done. Well guess what? They didnt clean what was dirty a second time, imagine that? You cant fix the feeling you get when you walk into a place that you have spent $800 on for 3 nights and it not feel clean and cozy, you cant fix rude customer service or incompetent cleaners either. GO TO Hidden Mountain Valley if you woudl like Professional service and a clean, cozy vacation experience.

Endless Views #54 was a great one a few years ago. As stated in the title, the embankment on the side blocks all views. It was pretty bland as far as the views go.The downstairs bathroom has evidence of mold on the ceiling which I hope will be addressed. The mattresses were not comfortable, but the downstairs was the worst. There were plenty of dishes and appliances, which is always great. The grill was pretty small and barely hit 300 degrees, even though it is connected directly to gas for cabin. We ended up having to cook our steaks in the oven, which was disappointing. The hot tub was nice and stayed hot, which is not always the case. The gazebo and lighting were charming. The pool table was pretty good and we used that quite a bit. We still enjoyed our stay overall but, again, would likely opt for a different cabin for our next stay.

Everything it advertised was there and in good working order. I loved the reservation process, communication from Elk Springs, the keyless entry, and the text to check-out feature. We had a minor issue with the heat, and after a quick phone call and it was resolved within 2 hours. We did not see any bears, but we did see wild turkeys! The only thing I might suggest is somehow giving cabins a terrain or altitude rating. When renting in the Smoky Mountains, it is hard to tell how high up in the mountains an individual cabin home is. This one was pretty high up a winding, twisting road. We didn't mind, it's just that we couldn't tell during the reservation process. Food City and Family Dollar are fairly close, so we were able to stock our kitchen with food for the week. While here, we ate at Three Jimmy's and Timbers Log Cabin restaurants, both near the cabin. Both were excellent! We also enjoyed much of what Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge had to offer, and we loved that we could take the "back way" over to Pigeon Forge and avoid the traffic through Gatlinburg. We also took advantage of the free trolley into Gatlinburg one day. And, of course, we hiked some trails in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. While I love the hikes, one highlight was the Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail, a one way drive through a beautiful part of the GSMNP. Plus, we had a bear siting on the way to Roaring Fork. Overall, a wonderful home that met our needs wonderfully. We recommend!

Arrived after Oct 1 but fireplace not turn on, gas grill needs service, dishwasher didn't work, 1st shower had issues (took 2 days to fix). So a lot of time dealing with property. Figured out how to work hot tub and it was nice. The wood deck leading to it is VERY slippery. Pool table fun despite tight space.

Has a wrap around porch with great views and a place for a quiet retreat, as well as a hot tub gazebo connected to the patio with soft lighting for night time use. Perfectly located in a nicely maintained community and backing up for the National park and private yet not remote. Close to shops, restaurants and a short drive to downtown Gatlinburg where all the attractions are located.

I do wish that the documentation was a little more clear as to the location.

The directions that were provided were quite conflicting. We had an address provided to us in the paperwork XXXX Powdermill Road. However, it was actually something different entirely.

I think that it is best to give either the cabin number and name; or provide directions to the entrance of the resort and then indicate how to find the specific cabin.

We also had to call and get clear directions- and we kept getting dumped into a queue for a call back. I think that is a line that should be manned should your customers get lost.

When we did get through the agent that assisted with locating the resort was polite, understanding, and helpful.
