Quiet location, close to tube and shops etc
some dishes dirty and no washing up liquid, we got travel cot but no materace or bed linen for it

Great location, lovely, quiet, family-friendly neighbourhood with all sorts of eateries and shops, and great transport connections across London. We stayed during a heatwave and the property was a good temperature, with fans in the bedroom and main room when needed. Mark was super helpful and responded quickly when we asked questions.
I would have preferred some heavier blinds to block out the street lights and early morning sun, but this is a personal preference. The amount of light in the apartment and the large windows were for the most part a lovely part of staying in the property.

excellent location - very convenient for shops, restaurant, tube. Size was just right for what we needed. lovely coffee shop just across the road. Off street parking a huge bonus and made the apartment very good value for price.
The sofa bed was comfortable enough for one night, but was very basic and in our opinion not suitable for an extended stay.

The apartment is in a really nice, family friendly part of town and 50 m from Highbury Fields park, with a kids playground. Its nice for walking, jogging and recreation. and it is also close to the underground (150m).
The apartment has everything you would need on a trip, but does seem a bit worn down and could use a touch up here and there to give it a fresher feel.

Location was fantastic. Quiet, residential area just a few minutes walk from Highbury and Islington tube station and lots of shops and restaurants. Car parking space right outside. Apartment was overall clean and well appointed. Host was responsive and helpful.
Apartment from the outside looked a bit tired and un loved. Inside was a bit dated, particularly the bathroom which needed a deep clean, the spaces were fairly small and furniture simple. But we felt this was reflected in the price. And overall we were happy with our stay.

Location was perfect
Bed was small but comfortable.
Linen clean and plenty of towels for the three of us.
Sofa bed was so uncomfortable that myy adult daughter didn't get much sleep.
Bathroom needed upgrading. no nonslip mat in the shower/bath and no handle to help getting in/out of shower/bath.
2 cups were chipped and one glass was jagged on rim.

I liked the facilities provided and the condiments in the cupboard. The WiFi was also very fast and the proximity to the tube was a godsend, not to mention the whole main Islington street filled with amazing restaurants and bars.
The sofa bed didn't have any spare sheets for the lining or quilt. It was quite itchy to sleep on the velvet.

Excellent location, plenty of shops, restaurants and pubs nearby. Very convenient for Highbury and Islington underground station. Clean and comfortable, off street parking. We'd definitely look to stay here again for our next trip to London.
The blinds in the lounge area wouldn't close which was a little inconvenient for those sleeping on the sofa bed in that room.

Great location right by Highbury Fields and the tube. Bright rooms, decent size. Owner was easy to contact and responsive.
Double bed was tiny - a real squeeze. Lots of dirt under the bed (but clean otherwise). Had to buy toilet roll as only half a roll provided.

The view, the location and amount of stuff you need for a comfortable life are exceptional. I had a variety of spices, groats available at the property.
The staff is really friendly and will help to solve your problems.
The flat was not so soundproof as I wanted to.
But I guess it's the same in other places. And to be fair, only 2 nights of 9 I heard someone outside, otherwise, it's pretty quiet.

Excellent place. Neat and tidy with all of the conveniences you'd expect. The apartment has a spacious feel. The bathroom is clean and all was in good working order. The bed was comfortable and I slept well.

location great, few minutes walk to train. flat was warm & clean & comfy. Exactly as expected from the pictures. Mark meet us at the door, great service, very friendly. Was on hand for any questions. Having parking in a city was excellent. Loads of great restaurants within easy walking distance, ate a different cuisine each night. Arsenal where playing at home one night, although we saw loads of fans at the station, we walked round the corner to the flat and it was quiet and peaceful, you wouldn't know you where so close to all the action.
