The first impression of the property was ok - lovely and warm, clean in communal areas, very spacious

We had to leave the hotel in the middle of the night (two lone females) due to the person next door banging on our door, numerous times and we were frightened - we thought the person was going to burst our door in, at one point the person was heard shouting at themselves in the room. We had no option but to leave and had to pay for another hotel as there was no reply from the owner!! We probably should have called the Police it was very intimidating being trapped in that room, the hallway had no light, we had to get all ourselves out safely without provoking whoever was in number 7. When we arrived the stairway smelled strongly of smoking, the bathroom was sparse, the bed was hard, lack of quality furnishings, the ceiling above the bed was in the way of sitting upright in bed (no other suitable seating in the room). I have never stayed anywhere where there is no one to come and resolve any issues or deal with problems of other guests, we felt our lives were in danger and I request a refund of £68.

Nowt, we wasn’t happy with anything, it was disgusting, horrible damp smell, water on the floor near the bed, the bed was cold and damp, the towels was damp, mold in multiple places, the bedding, curtains was dirty, the sofa was revolting.

Everything was disgusting and dirty. The shower was dirty, the hanging rails was falling apart and unsafe to use (both of them). The kettle had water left init which is unhygienic, Looked like faeces on the curtains, the photos say everything AVOID AVOID AVOID

Nothing ..place not finished properly mold in both bathrooms things not fixed to walls shower curtain disgusting shower floor soaked light fitting wires showing no smoke alarm in 1 room just not fit for purpose ..slats on bed broken ...linen stained pillows flat .. sofa very stained ..do have photos to support this complaint ..did message owner about bathroom but no reply ,this was a birthday treat for my partner and as we are retired wanted a nice place to stay this was not it

Breakfast was not available. Location was a bit further out of Leeds than I had anticipated but that was my error. There was a family emergency and I was grateful to get this accommodation at the last minute. The price of the room + taxi fares was still very reasonable.

The decor was shabby and the room had not been vacuumed after the previous occupants.

The accommodation was dirty the plates had dried food on , the oven was dirty , things where broken , I would recommend you remove this property from your web site because it is false advertising, and very misleading

The whole place was smelling of mould,no air circulation in the bathroom,A window should be installed,the room was cold, Television remote not working,had to change manually. Flannels in the bathroom were dirty, water in the shower was not draining well.

Shower needs to be replaced. Took 10 minutes to regulate hot/cold water.

Kitchen area has no sink! How are you supposed to fill the kettle? Kettle in room but cord too short to reach the plug socket. Mattress too thin and hard. Will not stay there again

I had the studio first time when I booked that was okay but the rooms absolutely awful was in room 3 shower didn’t work toilet after flushing didn’t stop running kettle there no plug had to unplug lap nd very unsafe coffee been there so long it was hard t even use No bulbs in lamp left early

The location was perfect

Was in the first room and heard banging and people in and out, the shower was damp and mouldy and the bed wasn’t the comfiest. Tv just had an Ariel that crackled constantly so couldn’t watch tv

Location was convenient, plenty of off-road parking, lovely hot shower. Has the potential to be a really nice studio apartment.

Niggly little things detracted from the stay. The finish throughout is poor quality, especially kitchen (doors to fridge freezer are a different size to the appliance, some doors don't hang correctly or close), there was only one spoon/fork/knife, only one pan, kitchen utensils very sparse, we could only get a small number of channels on the tv, no mirror in the bathroom for shaving. We needed to use the pull-out bed which was a real battle and the spare linen was very musty.

Easy check in no messing about, reviews on this property are so wrong, this is no 5 star hotel but your not paying 5 star prices so what’s the problem. Its a comfy bed in a small room with a en-suite. If your expecting more for this money you should find another property to stay at.

It was easy and close to where I needed to be. The booking in works for me as I don't have to worry about anyone else's schedule.

The breakfast is not up to the standard of my last visit. There was some mould in the bathroom and the shower was slow to drain. Some of the other guests were not very considerate.

good property. decent enough for a nights stay, close to the centre.

we used it for a purpose of a night out. And maybe the use of a communal fridge would’ve been nice loaded with even just bottles of water as we needed to drink fluids when we woke up was kind of put into spending £8/9 on Uber eats in order to have something to drink. works both ways, was as much my fault as I am trying to pass the blame!

Bed was very comfy, Location was great for me, and plenty of parking, microwave and clean plates and cutlery

it was more of a hostel, bit different than what I was expecting, needs some money spending on it, seem thrown together or just kept to make it serviceable.
