Staff are very friendly and nice

Cleaning every day, very friendly staff, big room (lucky), elevator. If you are hungry at the morning, go to “Ovgat Restaurant” and “Alico restaurant”. Your staying in this hotel will be better👍😅
Far from being a 4 star hotel. More like a guest house or motel.
The pillows are old and hard as stone. We asked for a softer pillows, they replaced it, but it still turned out to be tough. The blankets are also old and all crumpled. The mattress is very uncomfortable. The wind blows very strongly from the windows and the balcony, the wind “howls and whistles”.
The handle of the sink is torn off, but it works😅 the mirror is also broken in the corners. The toilet flush button is barely pressed, you need to make a lot of effort. The shelf in the bath is barely hanging. The sofa in the room needs to be dry cleaned. Weak light in the bath and in the room. Not even light bulbs in table lamps. Everyone smokes in their rooms, the hallway smells of cigarettes. The roommates are very noisy, they brought the girls to their place for the night and it was impossible to sleep because of the screams ....
Maybe we just got unlucky with the room. There is NO breakfast.
In the pictures everything looks beautiful, bright, fresh, but in real life it’s……🫣

- Rooms are big.
- Very close to main bus station in Baku and also to a metro station.
- Reasonable price.
- Helpful staff.
- Bathroom is dirty. I didn't ask for cleaning every day but when i asked for it please clean it properly. It was disgusting.
- Bed is not as comfortable and also i got bitten by something many times, like mosquito bite but way more painful.
- TV doesn't have remote controller. It's pretty much useless.
- Internet is not consistent. Get disconnected many times.

Bus stop is jus in front of hotel, you can travel to everywhere with bus (price 0,20€)

The man at reception was extremely rude to us and unhelpful. We needed to know where the parking was and he refused to help us (we called the hotel while we were driving and he didn't help us at all by saying literally "I cannot help you"). Then he claimed he told us where the gate for the parking was and treated us poorly. The room was extremely dirty, untidy. The toilet had dried pee stains, the floor in the bathroom was greasy. The sofa was burned by cigarettes. The bed was uncomfortable and the bedsheets were so thin. It was a very horrible stay. The hotel is next to a highway, the neighborhood is very busy and dirty. Oh by the way, the sound in the tv wasn't working.

It was very good to stay here for my 10 days’ trip. The staff here are super friendly and helpful. And with a BakuCard, you can easily go to the city by metro or bus.

The staff were very good and gentle. There was free Wi-Fi. Reception staff can speak English.
Cleanliness was so bad, even when they clean they never vacuum or clean the toilet, all they do is just replace the towels. Some of the windows and balcony doors don’t open, so the smell of the smoking was so bad. (Not recommended for non-smokers)

The receptionist was friendly and very polite. Very helpful and kind. Provided excellent tips on where to visit and how to ask for help. speaks good English. he offered me a room with a balcony and suggested to me where to shop or book a taxi from.
The bed was not comfortable and was old. room was not soundproof and was much noise outside. as the hotel was in a very crowded area public transport was hardly available. shopping malls and restaurants were not accessible.

I like the hotel. It is very clean and staff is really helping and kind. Manager is kind. Orhan (on the reception) is really nice and helpful and did his best to help us in everything. superb location you find food and grocery nearby. I recommend this hotel
There is no pool but the manager allowed us to go to their other hotel for pool but it was not for kids. Maybe they can do something for better wifi signal.

Front desk staff were exceptionally helpful. They spoke English and were there 24hr. The room was massive and setup like an international hotel. The hotel is a short walk from the main bus station. It's a decent option if you want to be near the bus station.
