Great stay and was exactly what we needed while we were in town, very responsive to our texts and anything we needed.

Nice having a garage to unload and reload the car. Roomy and clean eat in kitchen. Plenty of hot water and good pressure in the master bath. Great king bed in the master with nice linens. Two great TV's. Close to town and convenient. Would stay again next time in Russellville visiting my niece.

Comfortable and clean, garage was great too!!

The picture and ad were for the house next door to the one we got, so we were trying to break in to the neighbors house upon arrival. Luckily they weren't home so I didnt get shot. Other than that the house was nice, well kept and clean and the neighbors ended up being friendly.

The house is nice, clean and the a/c works great. The neighbors are friendly. However, on certain mornings there is an unpleasant smell from a nearby factory. There are so many places in Russellville to be outside that we just went to other areas to be outside. Our host was quick to respond to any questions we had.

This was about a 30 minute trip to Petit Jean for the show - house was close to all stores, restaurants, etc. Very quiet neighborhood; house had enclosed garage which was nice. Great place to stay!

Family we were visiting couldn't accommodate four people and two labs, so this was a necessity. It was a great, painless process and I really appreciated that. The host was very responsive as well!

We were very pleased with this house, as it provided us with the comfort and very easy access to the Arkansas River Valley. We will go back!

There was nothing wrong with the house, other than very basic. If you like a warm, welcoming home away from home, then probably not your ideal stay. Ceiling lights only in the whole house, except for one lamp in a bedroom. Also, for 8 people there were only 3 bath towels in the whole house. Some were quickly delivered when I messaged the host. Also I was not a fan of the mandatory travel insurance that added $60 to the price. Probably would not book again. That said, it wasn't awful or anything.

We really enjoyed the property, the location was perfect for us and had everything we needed. It was stocked appropriately and very comfortable. Very glad we picked it!

This property is in a centralized area of Russellville, just a few minutes drive to everything that we needed. The home was clean and comfortable and the property management team was professional and responsive. I recommend it. You won't find a hotel for the price!

Clean and comfortable home.

This property owner was great very friendly, attentive to our requests, and communicated with us one on one, they even made sure the grass on the property was freshly cut, the house was loaded all we had to do was buy a few food items, overall great experience will always use this property owner form now on.

Just came for a quick weekend visit with nearby family. Amanda was a pleasure to work with, and the house perfectly suited our needs.

We loved staying here with our young child and dogs. Convenient location.

Great place

The property provided up with a lot of room and great service. It is nearly new and management will take care of you if you have a problem. (Note: VRBO should be upfront about the extra charges. Its approach to hiding one of them at the end of submission seems silly and unnessary.)

Amanda was very helpful for all of the questions I had. The house is very nice, we stayed for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. We were able to have our family come over and enjoy dinner with us. Beautiful house in a great location, just a short drive to downtown for restaurants and shops. Clean and well maintained. Has a Washer & Dryer - good sized rooms - Cable TV in each room - Garage. Everything was very nice. Amanda is more than accommodating. I'd recommend this property.

We were in town for a funeral and were very pleased to find this centrally located home in Russellville. It had everything we needed, was nicely cleaned, and we were so comfortable. Thank you!

We had a great experience at this house. Amanda was very great to work with and the house was a lot bigger than the pictures made it look. If you are coming to Russellville this is the perfect place to stay.

Was in town for ATU graduation and house had everything we needed to get together as a family. Was convenient to everything we needed and easy to get to. House had garage with opener so we were able to park out of the weather to load and unload car. House had all basic needs and beds were comfy. Great deal for the price!
