L'emplacement de l'hôtel au bord de mer. Incroyable. Le calme. Et l'espace agréable dans la chambre. La salle de sport est magnifique.

La piscine était fermée 😞 les enfants l'attendaient avec tellement d'impatience. Ils ont été très déçus. Pour le parking, j'ai dû payer à l'arrivée quand on a débarqué les valises. Puis on est allés manger à l'extérieur et j'ai dû repayer une seconde fois 😞 je peux comprendre que le parking soit payant mais ce serait bien d'offrir une validité de 24h. Les chambres sont déjà très chères, je pense qu'un parking plus abordable pour les clients ne seraient pas du luxe.

The views are always amazing and the staff is always pleasant.

The rooftop bar was closed, and they said their was something on their site about it, but my other half and I looked as well as another guest who complained. I couldn't find anything about the bar being closed. One of the perks to going here is that the rooftop bar was an amazing place to go. The ice bucket had a bag of old water in it that smelled horrible, so it had to have been there a few days, and the mattress had multiple yellow stains. I have stayed here before and will again, but this time the room wasn't as clean, and the bar killed it for me personally.

Restaurant was very good, the burger was excellent

No regular parking, only valet parking at $25 per day, didn't expect that - but service with the valet was good

The location and the view are wonderful.

The restaurant staff were unattentie. We actually got seated quickly and then it was like we were invisible. No one ever waited on us. We finally just got up and left and they said have a nice day.

The Julian restaraunt and hotel bar the rox were amazing. The shower is big enough for groups to shower in which was amazing. There were some issues like the toilet paper holder was sort of falling off the wall. The views were stunning watching the sunrise in the am just sitting in bed. Definitely coming back.

Most of the staff was pretty helpful. Very polite. There were one or two that seemed to hate life. Asked for coffee and received an attitude. The rest of the Stagg members were great.
