Nach wie vor das Highlight des Apartments ist der verglaste Balkon, der wie ein Wintergarten wirkt. Auch die Lage zum Strand, zum Salzsee und zur Innenstadt ist toll. Der WLAN-Router steht jetzt auf der Mikrowelle und dadurch ist das Internet stabil.

Wir waren vor einem Jahr schon hier. Seitdem wurde nichts gemacht in der Wohnung. Es schimmelt immer mehr im Bad, von der Decke hängt feuchter Putz, das ist schon ekelhaft. Richtig sauber gemacht wird auch nicht, wir fanden alte Socken von Vorgängern. Zu allem Überfluss fehlte bei unserer späten Ankunft Heilig Abend auch noch Toilettenpapier, es war nichts davon da und alle Läden längst geschlossen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist dürftig. Zwar gibt es drei Sektgläser, aber nur ein Weinglas. Es ist alles nur ein Sammelsurium. Wir haben für eine Woche ca. 150 Euro mehr bezahlt als vor einem Jahr und das war es wirklich nicht wert. Schade! Fotos von der Wohnung hatten wir letztes Jahr hier eingestellt. Aktuell sind auf den Bildern einige Mängel und die extrem dreckigen Fenster zu sehen.

Excellent apartments on the beachfront. An ideal place for beach lovers. Right next to the house is a quiet and cozy beach. A little further away is a beach with discos, restaurants and various entertainments. There are several restaurants, mini shops with everything you need and pharmacy nearby. We did not cook at home, but there is a fully equipped kitchen.

The disadvantages are very minor, but maybe someone will find this information useful. The apartment is right on the beach. And you have to try very hard not to bring sand into the house. We carried bottled water with us to wash our feet after the beach. There are several bars right under the window. Sometimes noisy companies stay until late at night. In the bedroom, you can almost not hear them, but if someone is sleeping in the living room, noise can disturb them.

Such airplanes stop landing

The apartment was definitely nice and cozy: the perfect place for a couple. The AC worked very well (this is super important with Cyprus super hot weather) and kept the rooms very fresh and comfortable. The bedroom is large and the bed comfortable. The location is wonderful! It is in front of the sea with an amazing view. The apartment was walking distance from restaurants, pharmacy, kiosks and the beautiful Larnaka promenade. Betty was a wonderful host. She answered quickly to all our questions, and she allowed us to stay a couple of hours after the checkout. Great experience and great value for money!!!

Really liked the sea view, the access to the beach, the kitchen has everything you need and has a nice lighting aesthetic to it and the sea breeze blowing into the apartment and sun piercing through the apartment is just beautiful

I'd say they should change the couch covers often, could see sweat marks on it, apart from that it was a well maintained apartment for its age.

Location is just great! Seaview, well equipped. Cafes and restaurants all around.
