Ceci est ma maison d'été / vacances en famille. Construit en 1940 et rénové en 2013. Il a des lignes classiques et une mise en page simple, mais ouverte.
Juste au-dessus de la station de la Liberté. 6 blocs en haut de la colline avec une vue imprenable sur la baie et la ville. Accès facile à l'aéroport. 5-10 minutes en voiture / voiture jusqu'à Pacific Beach, Coronado, Downtown, Gas Lamp District, Parc Petco, Old Town, Sea World, Old Town, Convention Center et l'aéroport.
Intimité totale et sécurité. Large rue. Parking facile et gratuit et pas de HOA. Juste en bas de la rue d'une école, donc surveillé par la police SD.
3 grandes chambres 1 roi et 2 reines. 3 salles de bain 2 douches et une grande baignoire. Grand patio avec pont avant, table de cuisson, radiateurs et lumières de fête.
Une terrasse sur le toit vient d'être ajoutée pour offrir des vues incroyables sur la baie de San Diego. Accès par nouvel escalier en colimaçon et profitez de la vue pendant la journée ou de la nuit.

Bien qu’il y ait beaucoup de place pour une fête, elle devrait s’installer à 23 heures et moins de 10 personnes. Le bruit excessif, la consommation d'alcool, les déchets et les nuits tardives ne sont ni encouragés ni tolérés.
En outre, la plupart (sinon la totalité) des points Loma et Coronado sont affectés par le bruit des aéroports ou des avions militaires. Il y a très peu d'endroits dans ces zones qui ne font pas de bruit dans les aéroports. Cette maison reçoit très peu de bruit des avions militaires. Cependant, il y a du bruit dans les avions commerciaux entre 6 h 30 et 23 h 30. Parfois, ces jets peuvent tourner vers le nord et la maison ne reçoit que peu de bruit. 95% du temps, la maison est dans le domaine des décollages, pas des atterrissages, ce qui est beaucoup plus silencieux. Certains clients ont commenté dans leurs critiques 5 étoiles qu'ils ont apprécié la nouvelle terrasse sur le toit, la nuit, pour regarder les avions décoller de l'aéroport.

We certainly enjoyed our 2 week San Diego vacation at this property. The location for us was great as we have relatives who live nearby and were able to spend time with us there. The house is clean, roomy and well appointed with kitchen, linen and bath supplies as well as an abundance of games. The check in process was easy and Eric communicated with us during the visit to make sure all was going well. While, as fully described in the VRBO writeup, there is definitely overhead plane noise it was easy to get used to and never really interfered with our stay. We were able to enjoy nice weather on the front decks and private backyard too and with breezes and open windows never even had to turn on the AC during our July time there. Definitely a fun time and a nice respite from the Arizona heat.

This lovely home was a perfect location for our daughter’s college graduation celebration. It had a gorgeous view from the roof top deck and the other two outdoor spaces were comfortable and well-appointed for all our entertaining for family and friends. Our host provided excellent instructions for check-in, departure, and general house care. This home was spotless and had every imaginable kitchen tool and appliance, plus a ton of indoor and outdoor games. The Point Loma location couldn’t have been better for us, with easy access to the shops at Liberty Station and all the downtown attractions, plus the airport! Highly recommend!

We love San Diego and visit often. This house was perfect for our family. A few things to note, there are a lot of stairs to get into the house and street only parking was challenging on school days (High school kids parking on the street and walking to school as well as at pick up time for the elementary school). We couldn't park when we first arrived since it was carpool time. Weekends were not an issue. Beds were cozy as were the outside spaces. I know plane noise is mentioned in the description and it does effect hanging outside and chatting with your guests. You won't find a house better stocked then Eric's! He has signs explaining everything and you will not need to purchase any supplies for a short stay. Overall we were very pleased with our stay!

I can’t recommend this location enough! It has plenty of space, close enough to downtown, but far enough away to where you don’t have to deal with the noise that comes with staying in a major city. The host was amazing and Eric made sure to feel us welcome, but also made himself available for any questions

Loved the huge deck above the garage, the stargazing deck on the roof, and the beautiful backyard. Got used to plane noise after a few days. House is loaded with everything you'd need including lots of games. Location is close to everything. Don't miss the Sunday farmers market at point Loma high school which is just a few minutes walk!

This house was close to everything; Liberty Station, Mission Beach, La Jolla Cove, Torrey Pines Nature Reserve, Sea World, Old, Town, Coronado, and much more. It was the perfect spot for our family vacation. The house had everything we needed and more. Eric was available when needed by text and was a great host. As others mentioned, the planes at 6:30am were a great alarm clock, but with so much to do, who can sleep in??

This was absolutely perfect for our visit to San Diego. Just minutes away from the Zoo, Safari Park, Sea World, beaches and more. The house had everything we needed and more. It was very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend it.

Fantastic size for our family of 5 adults. Between well-equipped kitchen, gas grill, two patios, large living room it had all the amenities. We also appreciated how close it was to Liberty Square -- we walked there numerous time for shopping, dining or running. The airplane noise can be intense some evenings -- luckily for us that only happened the first night we were there. Eric was incredibly responsive to all our questions and very accommodating about early check-in. Overall very highly recommended and we will look for this property again on any return trips to San Diego. It's an amazing city!

First of all, Eric was a great host, very accessible and helpful. I have not experienced anyone better. The layout of the house was great and it was well supplied. The outdoor spaces were amazing, both front and back. Great location to access anything you wanted. Liberty Station has really grown and we made several trips to explore and eat. We all agreed that we would rent it again!

Pt. Loma get-away weekend
Property was located in nice neighborhood a few streets from the stores and restaurants of Liberty Station. Lots of outdoor space both in front and back of house including a rooftop desk with a straight view of the airport runway and the downtown skyline. There were plenty of household supplies and kitchen utensils. We lacked for nothing at all. The host was very responsive and pleasant. The only negative was being in the flight path of planes departing from San Diego airport.

Even more beautiful in person!
The pictures don’t do it justice. It is such an incredible home in a great location. We absolutely loved the outdoor spaces with the incredible views, the open concept kitchen that flows into the living area and the bar, and the spacious rooms. Eric was also very communicative and accommodating. We would love to stay there again!

Perfect spot for a family gathering in SD!
Fantastic property with views for days, multiple unique seating options both inside and outdoors, in a well maintained home perfect for a large family or group of friends. Point Loma location is great for those wanting to gather with adult friends...quiet neighborhood of friendly, respectful people. Fantastic opportunity for plane spotters to see the departures roar past from SAN as well! Will absolutely be back. Host was very helpful and flexible, and made our last-minute booking seamless. I cannot recommend this home and this host enough.
