Salut, je suis Terri, Bienvenue à Atlantic Terrace Condominiums Pompano Beachfront! Situé au 3401 N. E. 10th St. Pompano Beach, 33062 Nous sommes désolés, mais nous n'acceptons pas les animaux.
Un petit complexe plus privé. Dans un excellent emplacement et à seulement 20 minutes de Ft. Aéroport de Lauderdale.

L'unité a une cuisine complète avec un mélangeur, une cafetière keurig, un grille-pain, un micro-ondes et de nombreux ustensiles de cuisine. Nous fournissons des serviettes de plage, chaises de plage, parasol, sèche-cheveux et fer / planche. Il y a aussi un placard de très belle taille dans la chambre. Nous avons également une belle vanité dans la salle de bain complète pour toutes les belles dames, avec un miroir de maquillage éclairé.
Notre piscine est chauffée et dispose d'un joli patio avec de belles chaises longues, chaises et tables pour votre confort. Nous avons également une grande plage qui descend de la piscine avec un joli grill, des lits de soleil, des chaises, des tables et un parasol.
Votre espace de stationnement GRATUIT est situé juste en face de l'immeuble à proximité de l'ascenseur. Il y a des buanderies aux 2e et 3e étages. Le détergent à lessive est complémentaire.
Votre condo aura des serviettes en papier de démarrage, 2 sacs poubelle, du papier toilette et tous les savons à main. Nous avons de beaux draps frais et riches en fils pour les lits, les serviettes de bain, les débarbouillettes et les essuie-mains. Notre gestionnaire de condo, Steve est disponible si vous avez besoin d'aide pendant votre séjour.

Location is amazing, right next to the beach. Makes enjoying time at the beach so much easier. Condo had everything you need to enjoy your stay.
Some suggestions:
The beds are really bad. Both the main bed and sofa bed are thin, and uncomfortable. The springs are sticking out of the sofa bed and the main bed has a paint can supporting one corner and the mattress is just finished.
The big bay window, while giving an amazing view of the beach, doesnt have a blind or curtains. So using the sofa bed is a challenge since you cant make the room dark.
I dont think the pool was cleaned during the whole week we were there. It says it is cleaned daily from 9 to 930 but we never saw anyone there during those hours. There was always sand in the bottom and leaves floating on top.
Overall a good experience and if those items above are adressed it would be perfect.

Vibrant, clean, spacious, comfortable beach condo with stunning ocean views. Pool onsite was clean and we loved the 24 hour aspect. Everything about this place is beyond private. Beach is about a 3-5 minute walk depending on how much you're carrying! Host was excellent with communication, very friendly and helpful. We stayed for 7 nights and have no complaints! I actually thought this place was too good to be true, but after staying here, it exceeded our expectations!! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at the Pompano Beach condo! It was the perfect location for a relaxing vacation right on the beach. We used the pool and it was very warm, quiet, and private. The condo is in a small building with larger high rises next to it. We walked a mile to the main part of Pompano Beach with the pier, restaurants, and shops. The condo is spacious and comfortable for our family of four, and we loved the beautiful view of the ocean and beach. The owner Terri was friendly, quick to communicate, and accommodating. We plan to return to Pompano Beach and recommend staying at this condo!

This place was exactly what we were looking for with our stay. We wanted to walk out our door and right onto the beach and at a decent price. This was it! There was everything we could need at the house for us to use for the stay including beach chairs and beach towels. The beds aren’t the most comfortable, but they were perfect for the few days we were there and the kitchen is beautiful. A few things just for future travelers (please know this didn’t affect our stay too much) this specific unit is on the third floor and has a very pretty view, but no balcony to sit out on (although you could go down to the pool area). They are doing construction right next door which the owner mentions and is very upfront about. It didn’t really bother us too much unless we were sitting by the pool. In the unit we could barely notice it, but we also sleep with a sound machine. They have laundry on the property, but you do need quarters to use it. We also could have used more towels because of this, but we were there for a short stay so it wasn’t a deal breaker. The beach is perfect though and not busy at all!

This was our second time staying here and it never disappoints. Such a beautiful view of the ocean and definitely a hidden treasure. The condo cat Sally was a bonus, she’s so sweet and came by every night for her dinner.

This place is amazing! It is exactly how it is listed and looked just like the pictures. It had everything we needed plus some. My husband and I have been to Pompano Beach before on our honeymoon, this was the first time bringing our kids. The ocean and the pool did not disappoint! Loved waking up every morning and enjoying my cup of coffee while sitting at the table that overlooked the ocean. Thank you! We are already planning our trip back next summer. ☺️

We had an absolutely glorious stay at Atlantic Terrace. The proximity to the beach is amazing and the property is so close to nearby restaurants and The Pier.
Each day we were able to bring our canopy and chairs out to the beach with ease and I could dart upstairs to make lunch or drinks in just a couple minutes. The water was beautiful and we enjoyed snorkeling as well as the pool area. The view was the best we have ever had on a beach vacation and we hope to return next year. So many great memories for our family.

This small apartment is very clean and close to the beach It’s worth the price. To make it better a shade should be place on the picture window, the sun make uncomfortable to have breakfast on the dining table and sleep on the sofa bed in the mornings. Also a broom and dustpan will make the difference to keep the place clean. Mattress on the sofa bed is very uncomfortable too

This was our first visit to the area but not our last. Pompano Beach did not disappoint. But what made the vacation most enjoyable was our condo. It was just right for two people and decorated in a south Florida beach vibe. The view of the ocean was beautiful, we loved getting up early to watch the sun rise! We spent a lot of time in the pool and relaxing by it and getting to know the other condo “residents” We will definitely be back to this special get-away at Pompano!

Location Location Location! Very clean and stocked condo. So clean it seemed we were the first with children, despite our constant efforts, to be tracking the beach indoors. The retired community who all have been renting in this building for years were so nice and friendly, multiple couples told us they had stayed in this unit (it’s the biggest and best view) but always have trouble booking it because it is always taken. They asked how we got so lucky! With the sense of community we felt safe. 3 nights on the pull out sleeper was hard on my husband’s back, it was a trade off to be right on the beach but definitely not a comfortable night sleep. The heated pool was almost like a hot tub, perfect to unwind before bed. Overall, it was perfect for the 4 of us. This unit is all you need and more!

It’s a older smaller condo building that is very clean with a very nice pool and beach amenities. Beach access is the same as multimillion dollar condos that are right next to it. The city rakes the beach with a huge tractor every morning!!!

This property looks exactly like the photos. It was convenient to walk right out to the pool and be directly on the beach. Beach chairs, cooler, And umbrella being provided was a plus! My only complaint was that the mattress is quite firm. The unit was spotless. And the view from the kitchen was perfect for watching the sunrise. Steve was on site every morning and very helpful as well. I would stay here again

I am a special education teacher. My guy does maintenance and air conditioning repair. Bring the last week of my summer break, we arranged a trip at the beachfront beauty. This is our paradise, South Florida. Nothing is more beautiful than the beaches and Terri’s beach condo was absolutely perfect and affordable. Her condo was extremely clean and comfortable with the very best beach front view and the assigned parking was wonderful. Private access only, you are literally less than 100 ft from the door of the condo to the water. Turtle nests were protected and a dream to see along with the beautiful shells I collected along with pieces of coral. The condo pool was absolutely perfect and clean. Terri’s crew was so helpful and professional but my favorite residents was a baby iguana I named Iggy and the most precious black kitty the I named Sandy the Sea Cat. In addition we were very close to anything we needed. Make sure you visit Jaxon’s Ice Cream Parlor. We will be back!!!!
