Space and location fantastic
Definitely in need of a bit of care eg kitchen cupboard doors, bathroom taps need fixing

The location is great, very close to Oxford street
There was an awful smell in the bedrooms that we couldn’t get rid off. The carpet in the main bedroom had major stains and many things in the apartment were not well cleaned and things off like a missing seating pillow in the couch, broken frames, marks on the walls etc. When arriving we had to wait outside for 10-15 minutes even though we had timed our arrival correctly, sent a message when on our way from the airport and arrived at the exact time. Plus we were charged extra for the late check-in.

Great location in a fun neighborhood. Lots of restaurants, pubs and cafes within walking distance.

The property is advertised as having a sofa bed. It is actually a sofa and wouldn't really sleep 8. The dishwasher doesn't clean the dishes properly. The supply of towels was inadequate. The shower in the master bedroom does not work well. The hot water runs out before everyone can have a quick shower. The sliding door in the kitchen has no lock and does not close properly. When we arrived there was no curtain in the mid level bedroom and no bedding for the sofa bed. The supply of kitchen ware is inadequate - 2 wine glasses as an example.

Nice hotel in a nice part of town just not the one I booked and further away from where I was working!!
They moved me to the Mayfair.
This should be noted on Booking.com!!!!

A must book for London, walking distance to Goodge Street or Oxford tube station max. 5-10 min. Everything like in the pictures, quite back street, 2 small balconies, fully equipped kitchen with a huge fridge, clean around the whole house, wifi in good condition and working on all floors, friendly host, several calls back end forth before we checked in, easy to get the key
some of the beds a little small and creaky, funny lightning system in on the stairs, even after 5 days we could not figure out what did which switch, boiler in the kitchen switching on an off every minutes a little noisy
