The room was private and comfortable. Most things we needed were there.

There was no coffee machine and no dining table. These items were only in the description on booking.com.

Tv didn't work, the carpet was soaking in the bed room, bedroom lights didn't work, shower was mouldy, blinds falling off. Property looked nothing like it did in the pictures.

Nothing tbh. The shower had very low power. There were no teaspoons and no broom/ mop or vacuum to clean if needed whilst you were staying there.

The property was dirty when we arrived ( I have photos), it was cleaned the next day after I had complained. There was a dodgy door that connected the bathroom and bedroom where I have attached a photo in the section that says lobby.

I didn't like filthy room, dead insects in the kettle, we had to clean shower before using it. The microwave started to smoke when we tried to use it so we couldn't make a coffee...

Admin were friendly and available even on Sunday morning (to get wifi password). Venue was quiet.

I received no information about getting into the property until I phoned them up on the day of my arrival; it also turned out that the actual house was next door to the address given on Booking.com, which made it even harder to get in. Missing features included somewhere to sit (despite what it says online); soap and/or antiseptic gel; any lighting other than a harsh overhead light. Heating was electric radiators, either on (boiling) or completely off.

Good amount of space and the bus stop is near.

Positives: The studio was warm and the Smart TV was very convenient. The check in and check out process was very easy and contact free.

Negatives: The cleanliness of the property was subpar. The washing machine had mould in the detergent dispenser and the clothes hanger was broken so I had to get my own. The top of the fridge had what looked like multiple cigarette burns which the Owner tried to cover with a mat. I do not think this property gets professional cleaned but if it does, I would strongly suggest a new cleaning company. There was a persistent smell of cigarette smoke which I suspected was coming from another resident but the owner assured me their smoke alarms would’ve detected smoking in the property. I then found a pack of Rizla outside the flat below me and the tenant had a towel covering their door. I didn’t report this to the owner because their initial reluctance to actually check the other properties put me off but if you really struggle with cigarette smoke like I do, I would not recommend this property. I also had issues with connecting to the wifi which took several days to rectify. I also would not suggest using their bedding or towels, I used my own as well as my own bath mat. So unless you’re willing to fork out extra to make yourself more comfortable, this would not be a viable accommodation option. The location of the property is a lot further from the city centre than described. There is a bus stop right outside the property that will take you into town but an Uber ride was around £16-£18 per round trip. Overall, this was the cheapest option so in a way I guess I did get my money’s worth. In hindsight, I would probably not stay at this property again.

The 'Kirkstall Bridge pub' which was walking distance from the property.

The apartment was an absolute disgrace and consequently, I left on the 27th instead of the 30th. To add "insult to injury", there's a cleaning charge included in the cost. I took pictures and I've now put a complaint in.

Located on bus route and quiet community outside of Leeds, business center

the rooms were unusually small, the seat arrangement was uncomfortable to television. the window remain unclosed or unopen. the carpet would hurt u in you don't pay attention. there's no dryer for your laundry. the water is extremely dangerously hot the bathroom water pressure is small. bathroom space can hardly fit a normal size human. the bad were uneven and uncomfortable. no room for more than one person in the living room.

The location of the apartment was quite nice with a regular bus service to Leeds stopping right outside the front door.

The apartment is a loft conversion and the stairs to gain access are very steep. You need to be in good shape to climb the stairs. A disabled person would have great difficulty climbing the stairs.

Nice flat, fully equipped. Fast wi-fi.

No key collection instructions were provided, my phone calls weren't answered. Was waiting outside for 20 minutes. Could be waiting much longer, if a nice lady who is living there wouldn't make a call and get the key code for me. Warm water in the shower, not hot.
