Een heel gastvrij ontvangst. Simone is een geweldige gastvrouw! De kamers, hygiëne, faciliteiten, locatie zijn perfect. Ontbijt was goed en divers. Al misten we wel een klein beetje hartig beleg op het heerlijke brood. Behalve kaas waren de rest zoetigheden. Maar al met al heerlijk geslapen, lekker ontbeten...dus een geweldig verblijf gehad!

The communication with the hosts upon our arrival went very smoothly, Simone and her husband were very nice and the breakfast was great! We found the room particularly clean and comfy too.

This was a wonderful B and B, the room was large and clean and had excellent facilities. It was in a great location in the city, very close to restaurants and only 10 minutes away from the central station. The highlight had to be the delicious breakfast provided - there were lots of little touches that made the stay memorable and restful! Simone and Erwin were both very helpful and friendly people.

The owners are just wonderful, very friendly and helpful, we immediately felt welcome. The room is very cozy and there's all that's needed. The breakfast is nice too and we enjoyed being able to have it in our room. The position is perfect for exploring the city. We'd definitely recommend it!

Breakfast was fantastic and was a lot more substantial than we expected! The host allowed us an early checkin which saved us a lot of hassle with bags. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Only about a 10 minute walk to Rotterdam Centraal Station which was perfect for our rail journeys in and out of Rotterdam.

Bed and Breakfast Rotterdam was a visually stunning establishment, and the breakfast provided was abundant and delicious. The overall experience in terms of the accommodation and the morning meal was highly satisfactory.

Friendly and attentive hosts, delicious breakfast , good size room (we stayed in Manhattan room). Map of the city was provided on arrival.

Instructions of how to find the place could be more detailed with bus (from airport), tram (from central station) numbers, directions, number of stops (for an option of using public transport). Rotterdam's transport application RET can be useful.

The room was spacious with an access to a very big bathroom. Lovely breakfast in the morning served to the room. Very central location.

Street parking that can get quite costly. Ground floor room feels a bit less private as people can walk right next to the window.

Loved everything about this place. Clean well furnished and even had an interesting history.

Breakfast was excellent and ample - and different every day! We had a separate bathroom, the bed was large and very comfortable, and the owners very approachable. Accommodation was a mere 15 minute walk to the train and bus station. At the end of the road is a tram stop to get you into the city if you don't want to walk. The area is quiet at night. The historic part is 20 minutes away on foot, with some good restaurants.

As it's a ground floor room, you will hear some noise from passing pedestrians, but it's a quiet and safe area so at worst it's a couple of kids off to school in the morning.
