We had a wonderful time and made memories we will all treasure for a lifetime. Thank you for your hospitality and sharing your magnificent home with us. Everything was perfect! We absolutely loved every single moment while we there, and they were so thoughtful for our needs and our daughter. 10/10 Recommend for an easy and quick getaway for the weekend. Can’t wait til this time next year to book again!

Wow, wow, wow. Why do you go to the beach? We go for that awesome view! You’ve got it in this place! There’s a view of pool as well below the condo! This place is perfectly located. The check-in and out process is easy. There is security in the building. The amenities are amazing. My friends who stay at 5 star hotels were so impressed. The layout, the games, and everything you need to have a wonderful vacation! This condo checks all of the boxes!!
Roger and Linda are so nice and make sure you know what to expect! You couldn’t ask for better owners.

This condo was fantastic. Listing was accurate and the owners were responsive and helpful. Beautiful decor, comfy beds, so many amenities provided. The Sky Lobby/Pool area were great. The location was terrific (walkable to restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, beach, etc.). Zero complaints - would stay again in a heartbeat.

Our second stay at Roger’s condo was just as great as the first. Top notch security, beautiful pool, gorgeous view of the ocean, and a clean, bright, well-stocked condo—what more can you ask for?

Loved location and all amenities. Could have spent entire weekend just in condo. Location was excellent for walking to Stewart Beach and the main strip. Had great time and looking forward to doing again sometime.

It was an amazing place to stay. The owners thought of everything to enhance our time there. The kitchen was fully functional, there were robes and plenty of towels for the pools. We had several bad weather days while there but were still able to spend a lot of time in the heated pool and spa. They also had so many games available and viewing options that the bad weather wasn't an issue. The location is convenient and we were able to walk to the beach and restaurants close by. We definitely plan to return to this property!

A perfect place to stay for all ages! We came for a family girls' trip, and we were able to enjoy the pool, the hot tub, and the ocean. The condo is very well stocked (i.e.beach towels, cover-ups, kitchen supplies, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, extra blankets, etc.). Short drive to the shops and restaurants and a short walk to the beach. Check-in is quick and easy. If you enjoy history, there are many interesting places to visit, such as the Moody Mansion (which is handicap accessible). You will absolutely love this place and your trip! Roger is very accomodating and easy to get in touch with.

An absolutely amazing condo with everything you could possibly need. The balcony to relax and watch the ocean and sky is wonderful. The condo mgt is welcoming and we felt safe and appreciated the parking convenience. Will rent this condo on any return trip to Galveston.

I rented this condo for a few days to visit my son before he started college. It was the perfect space for my husband, 8 year old and oldest son to spend time together. Check in was easy, the building was clean and condo was beautiful. The building location is close to restaurants, a grocery store and the beach. We were able to get food delivery easily too. Everyone we ran into in the building was friendly and helpful. The building was also very secure. I didn’t worry about safety in the parking garage, the elevators or in the condo. The owners were nice and communicated well, even when I couldn’t figure out how to turn on the coffee maker :). We would definitely rent here again!

This place was really cozy. The grandkids, my daughter, my sister, and my husband had a great time. The balcony, The view of the gulf and the beautiful pool, sold this place for me. I would have loved a 3rd bedroom, because I’m not a fan of pull out beds. But it accommodates 6 people nicely. The location is great for everything you need close by. Your close to the strand, lots of places to eat, a grocery store, Walgreens, McDonald’s and pleasure pier. Let’s not forget about Stewart beach across the road. My family and I will be planning a trip back here again. And I don’t think I’ll be staying on the west end of the island anymore. The east end is where I’ll come back too.

This property is perfect for families with little kids. Had two great pools that were not busy at all and slightly shallow in depth. The beach is walkable from the location and there was plenty of sand toys and other items in the home to make it easy if you’re traveling via air to get there. The property owner was quick to respond to the one question we had! It was a great week with our family.

My family and I stayed at this property for 4 nights. Check in was super easy, all the necessities were provided, and the views are amazing! My children loved the pools on the property especially at night when they were illuminated with different colors. Forced family fun
We brought the whole family to Galveston for our youngest’s dance competition. The property was very nice. There were some building rules but understandable for the full time owners. The deck and window views were amazing. Very comfortable furniture—even the pullout bed! The best eateries, shops, and atmosphere is towards the shipyards. Thanks for a great stay!

The Emerald is one of the best properties to stay at in Galveston. We’ve stayed here several times and Roger and Linda’s condo is one of the best! The Emerald is one of the best properties to stay at in Galveston. We’ve stayed here several times and Roger and Linda’s condo is one of the best! Amazing property, great pool area!
First, the private parking is in a parking garage where you don't have to worry about your vehicle. The building is very clean and welcoming. The home itself was extremely nice, and nicely decorated as well. Amazing private balcony with a great view. Wife and I both appreciated fully stocked unit. Lots of little things you might need, like coffee pods, zip lock bags, etc. Pool area is as good as it gets. HUGE pool size hot tub provides space to spread out and overlooks the ocean. Great location down at the east end of the strip so the noise level is lower than the busy parts. Definitely recommend this place. Would accommodate 4 nicely. We'll stay here again on a future trip!

Home away from home
It was a chilly weekend so we took advantage of the pool table, foos ball table, & games in the game room downstairs; watched movies in the private theatre room downstairs; walked around downtown; fished on the 61st st pier; and played the many board games in the condo. The owners are great at communicating throughout and leave coffees, teas and all of the basic toiletries.

Perfect for our relaxing getaway !!!
Our party of 4 adults was impressed by the common areas of the building & staff before we even stepped into the condo. The condo was very well appointed, exactly as depicted, and the situation of the unit was good. The info provided by the owners prior to arrival was the most comprehensive I've ever received. We were in town for a concert at the 1894 Opera House. Fortunately, the November weather cooperated and we spent a great deal of our time on the generous, well furnished balcony overlooking the Gulf. I would book the property again in a heartbeat, and hope to!

Simply Awesome
Amazing space. Extremely well stocked with all kinds of extra supplies and amenities. Never seen anything like this anywhere we've ever rented before. Excellent communication from homeowners. All the staff and residents were very friendly. Location was easy walking distance to the beach and several restaurants. The warm water pool and hot tub are spectacular. We visited late October which we found ideal because there weren't big crowds, traffic was light and the weather was still excellent.

Excellent property.
Everything about this unit was excellent from its location and amenities to ease of check in and helpfulness of owners. But the best thing about it was the large and spacious balcony room where we spent most of our time.

The unit was just as described. Every detail from entertainment systems, games, furniture was well done. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The temperpedic fold out couch was top of the line. Easy walk to Stewart beach or easy drive to East Beach. The pool is phenomenal and shady in the hot afternoon. The building security was excellent.

This property was above and beyond. A great view, comfortable beds, perfect location to beach and restaurants. Pool, hot tub were an added bonus. Owners made everything easy and we’re very helpful.
