Notre maison traditionnelle de plage a une vue imprenable et est parfait pour se mêler. Il y a des planchers de bois franc dans tout l'intérieur et une terrasse arrière expansive pour vous de prendre des vues à couper le souffle et les sons de l'Atlantique! Notre terrasse en bord de mer a beaucoup de place tout le monde - vous détendre dans la balançoire, siroter un cocktail d'après-midi ou le rock le jour loin. Que ce soit des vacances en famille, une sortie de groupe, ou un voyage de golf annuel, notre maison offre un cadre idéal pour des vacances extraordinaires.
La Chambre et Chambres - Notre maison de plage a été conçu avec des vacances à l'esprit! Au niveau principal à l'étage, il y a quatre chambres, deux salles de bains et d'un salon et salle à manger parfaite ouverte pour se divertir. Il y a aussi une chambre, une salle de bain en bas suite d'hôtes qui dispose d'une entrée séparée pour plus d'intimité. Avec beaucoup de parking couvert, ainsi que un bon nombre d'espace de pont supplémentaire, cette maison aura beaucoup de place pour tout le monde à étaler et profiter!

Prêt pour les meilleures pattes de crabe et fruits de mer sur la plage, un après-midi d'activités pour les enfants, ou faire du shopping le jour d'une fille? Il y a des centaines de magasins, restaurants, activités et disponible à proximité! First time in an oceanfront house. We enjoyed the privacy and all the bed rooms. Prompt response to downstairs AC repair. Overall enjoyed by all.

Perfect area and location for a simple get away

Everything was great. A whole lot better than a hotel. Had a few minor inconveniences like dead batteries in remotes, but we didn't go to the beach to watch TV. The room downstairs had a noisy A/C window unit, but I like sleeping with a little noise so I slept in there. The family loved the balcony, feeling the breeze and watching the water. The location is awesome, close drive to everything from restaurants to entertainment. But the best part is being able to get on the beach and back, being able to wash off your feet without walking a mile.

Location was amazing, right on the backside of the dunes. Walk way to the beach, rear porch view of the ocean. Clean location. Property manager response time within a few minutes. Nice little get away for relaxing

Location and price were great, house is very cute but definitely needs some TLC and updates. We had an issue with shower filling up and the response to fix it was immediate.

Loved the location. The fire pit needs to be replaced, as the tray inside it is rusting out and falling apart. The beds need new mattresses, they are not very comfortable and squeak. The toilets also need to be upgraded to adult size. They are very small and are child size. Overall though had a great stay!!

I have never written a review that was negative. However, unless the homeowner sees it, I’m not sure anything will change. It was embarrassing because my son’s gf mom came. Everywhere was dirty, I took pics but it was bad. I think it was cleaner when we left because of how much we did before we used it. The fire pit was a joke.. and it was one of the selling points. I got a tank of propane that was barely used and left it. It would be nice to be refunded for that and cleaning fees. The pictures are not a proper representation of what it really looks like. I have lived here all my life and did inspections every summer for over 25 yrs for McMillan. So I know what’s supposed to be done. Whoever is cleaning needs to be taught or fired! I would never check it off!
As I said, unless the homeowner is made aware of the condition of the property I’m not sure of it will change.
I don’t like putting any of this in writing but I keep getting request for a review. Since it was as bad as it was, maybe this will assist in getting it cleaned up properly.
Being ocean front was wonderful and the view was too! I was very happy sitting in the porch enjoying the ocean!
Hopefully it will get cleaned up and described more accurately.

This was the perfect beach house for my group. There were 9 of us plus 2 dogs. Location was perfect. Felt like we were on a private beach. The management team was very easy to communicate with. House could use a little TLC but I would definitely stay here again.

Nasty, smell of mold very strong ..needs remodeling. Grill was filthy and gas fire pit broke. Outside maintenance is very poor. Not a good stay.

We celebrated my brother this weekend before he gets married. Great location. Definitely compact for 9 guys in their late 20s-30s, but we enjoyed it! Be sure to read the fine print, as we didnt realize we needed to bring our own paper products like TP, soap for dishes and bathrooms. Had enough beds for all of us, and 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was convenient. Not the newest spot, but being right on the beach was perfect.

The property has a beautiful beach view. It is difficult to walk to the ocean from the back yard of the house. Very steep. The best thing about the house is the deck. The house was very dirty. I have found that at all the beach rentals through virbo that I have stayed at the past few years. We changed places this year hoping it would be better but it wasnt.

While this was a ocean front house it should never be sold as housing over 20 people. There was very little room. We had 15 and it was like being in a tin can when the weather was bad. The beds were not comfortable at all. The kitchen was in terrible shape ( doors not opening , frig trays broken, oven poor. The place was not clean either. Dust on ceiling and walls, roaches, nasty rugs. Bed liens had stains and grill had no gas and was dirty. One bathroom had a clogged drain as well. Priced way to high. I will not rent again.
