Our family has severe allergies and Nicole and Claude go all of their ways to make sure that their staff has done a thorough job of cleaning and removing items with our allergens, so that we can start relaxing as soon as we walk through the door. Their home is truly a tropical getaway. The huge backyard is an absolute plus for hanging out at any time of the day. Since the villa is very well located, it is so close to some of the best beaches in Florida. It is also right around the corner from premium shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. It is also so large that for the 4 adults and 2 kiddos, there was still plenty of space to relax and not feel crowded. We can't wait to go back next year! I am an IT engineer who relocated from NY to FL with my company. At first, I only booked this property for a couple of days and intended to look for a permanent rental asap. Well, I quickly extended my stay after I had stayed here for a couple of days. If it had been possible to enter a long-term lease for this property, I wouldn't have hesitated a second to do so, especially after I had seen 20+ long-term rental properties on the market. This property has one big plus none of the other properties on the market has: a HUGE backyard and a LOT of space for entertaining. Since I have a family with smaller children, I also appreciated a lot to have the backyard fenced, especially towards the canal. Enjoying the awesome and unobstructed water views on the canal while having a cool drink under the shade of a tree or in the marvellous pool is very relaxing, especially after a tough day at the office. My wife and children spent entire days at the property without leaving it. Actually, it's more like a private resort than just a house. As an IT engineer, I also work a lot from home on the weekends and I liked the fast and stable internet connection. Even in the backyard, I was able to have video-conferencing sessions. The villa itself was very clean at our arrival. It's well equipped and all appliances are new and in stainless steel design. It's also very well located, close to the beach, the shops, restaurants and the Golf Course. I would highly recommend this property to any other guests, especially with children. A big thank you for making our stay as easy and delightful! We all had a truly amazing holiday. The house itself was very clean, well maintained and spacious for our party of six. The view from the dock is fantastic, it is a pleasure to see the wonderful boats passing by. The kids had fun to try fishing. We enjoyed spending most of our days relaxing by the pool, hanging out in the huge backyard, doing barbecues and ending the evening with a cocktail in hand in the stunning lounge under the Banyan tree watching the sunset.

Had a wonderful stay at this villa. It's a perfect hideaway from the busy life and perfect for indulging yourself in a laidback vacation. Away from busy roads but close to shopping and restaurants it is located in a nice quiet neighbourhood. There is more than enough room for our family of 6 and the pool was a hit with both adults and kids. The place offers plenty of opportunities for activity including boating, swimming, diving and snorkeling, outdoor fitness at Pompano Beach's promenade. The villa was very clean and cosy, the kitchen was well equipped and the barbecue was a great bonus. Warning! It has now been 7 weeks since we vacated the property and have not received our deposit back or had any response from the owner despite numerous emails. We left the property how we found it. Claude please contact us. When booking the property all communication was swift. Questions dealt with very quickly (shame this is not the case since we left). We were very excited to stay at the property after reading all of the reviews. When we arrived at the property we couldn't believe that these 5 star reviewers had stayed in the same property. It's worlds away from being 'immaculate' and is in desperate need of a good freshen up. The whole property smelled stale (we ended up buying our own air fresheners just to mask the smell), the furniture in the back porch was filthy, the floors were filthy, wardrobes broken, wires laying around outside (be careful if you have kids), stained sheets (which I was told is 'not policy' to replace - disgusting), signs EVERYWHERE telling you the rules, it's like being back at school. We had to clean the place ourselves and wash the bedding just to make it liveable. Pool was filthy, full of dirt, leaves and debris, had to wait 4 days for this to be cleaned. We were trying to be positive, we're in sunny Florida! Went to have a shower and the pipes were blocked which caused both bathrooms to flood along with an even worse smell that covered up the musky smell from before. I emailed Claude and was told there is a plunger in the garage - this didn't work (he also implied we had blocked this ourselves which we certainly hadn't as there was a giant sign above the toilet reminding everyone not to flush anything but toilet paper!). Claude sent someone over to fix it who then spent most of the day removing sand from the pipes from previous guests and apologised (no apology from the owner though, he doesn't like negative feedback). As per previous reviews, the wifi was poor, I had to constantly turn off the wifi on my phone as it kept disconnecting (and before they reply that I might have been far away from the property, I wasn't). Only positive is the location, close to beach, shops and golf club which is good as you won't want to spend much time at the property. The whole group of us were pretty miserable which is a shame as we had travelled from the UK for this holiday. It seems that the owners refuse to take any constructive feedback onboard. Hopefully they listen to this feedback rather than telling me I'm wrong.

Beautiful home, beautiful spot, great location, everything the pictures show and more. The villa is more like a private resort than a rental. I have vacationed in many parts of the world but if you are looking for a relaxing warm weather spot in a magnificent home close to the beach this is it. Restaurants, shopping, beach, oceanwalk, playground, golf course, everything you need is nearby. The management and staff are very friendly and responsive. The villa is updated, all furniture, bedsheets, appliances etc. are new and it was very clean at our arrival. The backyard is unique and the landscaping is very nice, especially the Banyan tree providing natural shade. And since the property is so large, my daughters had plenty of spots to enjoy their sunbathing sessions as well. On a scale from one to 10 this is a 10.

This house was exactly as presented online, and the garden was even bigger and better than what you see in the images. The owner Claude gave prompt answers to all our questions and had everything in order even if it all was remotely arranged by him from Europe. We stayed in the house with two kids (3 and 6 yrs) who really enjoyed the heated pool, the little play house and the big garden, and even indoor toys. Even though this house is located right at the canal, your kids are safe behind the fence down by the water. The location is great, with just a few minutes drive to a grocery store and restaurant, and 10 minutes to the beach. The Intracostal Waterway is just a couple of hundred meters away, and we even had a family member visiting us with his sail boat in the canal just by the house. The interior was clean and nice with all kitchen supplies you might need, wifi (although a bit slow and unstable), and cable tv. All in all this was a great place to stay and I would really recommend it - especially to families traveling with children!

The house was exactly as described and pictured. Easy access to everything you would want, either by walking or driving - groceries, restaurants, movie theater, etc are all within a 5-10 minute drive. There's a large enclosed room and lots of shade outback that are wonderful places to relax. The house was very clean and well maintained. The owner is very responsive in answering questions before your arrival. Love the digital door lock making looking for a misplaced or 'lost' key unnecessary. You'll not be disappointed if you choose this house.

Wow. A three minutes - drive to the beach, with a great reef for snorkeling or diving. The house and the backyard are huge, the pictures don't do it justice. Everything is new, everything works, and it has everything you could possibly need. The constant ocean breeze makes it pleasant on any of the outdoor decks/patios, and the private dock or the lounge by the canal are perfect to watch as the sun sinks into the horizon. We stayed with another couple and there is plenty of room for a crowd of guests, or to be alone if you prefer. There are a lot of good restaurants in various price categories in the vicinity, but if you want to cook for yourself the kitchen is modern and well designed, or you can use the gas grill. Although we didn't need anything, the owner was very friendly and gave us some great tips for restaurants. The house book has suggestions and they are all excellent. The pool is great and crystal clear and the patio furniture is comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and seems to be very safe. We loved the house and will be back next year.

We had a wonderful vacation, we received great service from the owner and his staff. The villa is very attractive and comfortable, the view is amazing and the pool is crystal clear and very relaxing as is the entire backyard. There are many toys for kids and our kids were so happy playing with them for days. There are many good restaurants in the area, but the kitchen is also very well equipped and the outdoor barbeque made us very happy! My husband Mike and I rented this villa in April 2015. The villa was clean, neat and very cozy. The huge backyard offers so much space for entertaining that we din't leave the property for days but to go for shopping. We especially loved the provided kayaks and we were having a lot of trips to the nearby beaches or restaurants with them. Would definitely recommend to friends and family! We rented this villa from Claude in May 2015 and we just came home and booked another week in October. What a beautiful place, a comfortable and well-appointed villa and a great location. The place was immaculate. We had all the amenities of home and the peace and tranquility of the large backyard and the pool, surrounded by palm trees and colorful flowers and we enjoyed every second of it. In the mornings we enjoyed coffee in the lounge overlooking the pool and the Intracoastal, watching the green parrots fly by and the boats sail by. The pool was cleaned several times a week and the grounds well cared for. Claude provided us with Top 10 lists of information about beaches, restaurants, pier bars and other activities, which saved us a lot of time. It was extremely valuable information to us and much appreciated. We shopped locally and enjoyed many of the area restaurants. We are very excited about our next visit to Florida and staying in “Paradise”. We highly recommend it to anyone who wants a quiet location, away from the crowds, but close to the action and the beautiful beaches. Nick & Lisa Hartman

My husband and I stayed at this place for ten incredible days. We honeymooned in Florida 2 years ago at an all-inclusive resort. I have to say, "Hands Down," I wish I had known about this place back then. The location was perfect and met all of our expectations. It was so private and relaxing. The accommodations were fabulous. The villa was spacious and very clean. The furniture was so comfortable, but most importantly, so was the bed. The bathroom was very modern and well designed. All the amenities were at your fingertips. The outside was also very clean. There were lounge chairs right outside our room. The location was great. It was close enough to the beaches and a larger supermarket. There was also a smaller market at the end of the street. I usually went there for last minute things. I would highly recommend this property to any family member or friend. The price is very reasonable for all that you get. The owner was fantastic. He was easy to deal with and gave us lots of helpful information. I can't say enough about our trip. My husband and I are usually all-inclusive type travelers, but I have to say, after staying at this place we might be changing our minds. I have been to Florida many times over the past 10 years. I have to say that this place was the best out of all the places my family and I have stayed. We have done the high rise hotels and low rise hotels and we tried the all inclusive hotels too and a lot of other vacation rentals as well. Claude's beautiful villa is in a lovely peaceful neighborhood away from all the crowds. The villa is pristine with all the comforts of home. The pool is crystal clear, and in a tropical setting with palm trees and a beautiful Banyan tree. You're just minutes from the beautiful beaches and the restaurants. It was great that Claude provided beach chairs and a cooler. If you're looking for a relaxing peaceful get away this is the place to stay! My kids loved the pool after a long day at the beach or exploring the area. Claude also gives you a list of some great places to go and see. Can't wait to plan our next trip!!

We rented this beautiful house in a period off 4 days. It was just perfect for 5 adults and our 2 year old boy. The property was clean, and Claude and Nicole were very helpful. The kitchen is well equipped. The villa provided plenty of room for our party and we took advantage of the huge backyard. Expecially the pool and BBQ was great. We had a great time and I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to any friends.

We were very pleased with all of our experiences with both the owner and the home. Claude was very responsive to our emails and easy to deal with. The pictures of the home portray it well - the inside is roomy and the kitchen is well equipped. The furnishings are not luxurious, but they are fairly new, comfortable and clean and as represented in the photos. The outdoor space is incredible! As the photos and description show, there are two large outdoor tables and many chairs for the tables. We had 21 people over for dinner and everyone had a comfortable seat. Additionally, there is a low seating area that is closer to the dock, but still in the fenced area and under the banyan tree. That tree is enormous and gives wonderful shade. We are outdoor people so we spent most of our time in one of these outdoor areas or just gazing at the occasional boat passing by on the canal. My only hesitation in recommending the property is if you are traveling with a person who has trouble getting in/out of bed. The beds are low and you would simply want to be sure that everyone in your party is without mobility issues of this type. The beds were comfortable and fine for us, just stating this as an fyi. We'll definitely be staying at this property in the future when we're in the Pompano Beach area. The location is very convenient to restaurants, beach, grocery, etc. and the value of the home for the price of the rental is very, very good.

Wow! We are two families with two children each (ages 4 & 1), and this villa was absolutely perfect for us! From the first e-mail contact with Claude to our departure, we were treated with the utmost respect. The house itself is very family friendly. With two 1 year olds running around it was such a pleasure to actually relax and not have to worry about them since the entire backyard is fully fenced. There were house toys, pool toys, and beach toys for all of the kids which was much appreciated. The air conditioning in all of the bedrooms was wonderful for sleeping. The house was immaculate and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and we loved the outdoor grill kitchen so much! The views at the canal are great! Enjoy large yachts etc. drive by at slow speed on the canal while relaxing on a chaise lounge. The pool was refreshing and the backyard was great for the kids to run around! The villa is close to many attractions and restaurants and especially the beach, so that made it easy for us to drive around. We enjoyed all of them, but we loved coming "home" in the afternoons so that the babies could take their naps, the 4 year olds could play, and the adults could relax! It was nice to have a high speed internet access so that we could sit in one of the many seating areas every night and plan out the next day's adventures. We especially enjoyed the lounge area under the big tree by the canal. My husband and his friend John are avid golfers and they loved the nearby public golf course with its two 18 hole courses so much! Last but not least, we rented a jetski for three entire days and kept it at the private dock to enjoy it all day as much as we wanted.

Six (two adults, four children) stayed in this lovely house. The house is fantastic, even so we spent most of our time on the beach which is a stone's throw away or in the spacious backyard. Great it is fenced, so the kids are safe. The location is perfect for long beach walks, restaurants and bars are close by, you can walk to many shops and Starbuck's. The great golf course is also within close proximity. Everything is in the house: beach chairs, floatables, beach toys, cooler, towels, games, books in english and other languages...you name it... already there. Best of all: The boat and jet skis you can rent on a weekly Basis! Great fun starting from your private dock!! We even saw beautiful green parrots flying over the backyard! Cannot say enough...wonderful experience!!! We will definitely come back soon! Jason

I, along with 3 of my co-workers, rented this house for our annual “poker tour”. When we arrived, we were pleased to find the house spotlessly clean, uncluttered and furnished with new and functional furniture. The lawn was well kept as were the pool and patio areas. Although a bit small, the kitchen is well equipped and all of the appliances are in good working order. There are TVs in the bedrooms as well as on the screen porch and living room. The location is also excellent. The house is on a large canal with direct access to the Atlantic. Also, the house is just a few blocks from US-1. Publix is just north of the house and there are other stores and restaurants a short distance away. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors friendly. The property owner was very easy to do business with, the listing was accurate and the listing photos correctly depict the property. We had no difficulty talking with the owner and he was very helpful. This is a great location and we plan on staying here again.

We just returned from our first trip to Florida and me and my family are already to go back! It was our first time renting a place on line and we were a little scared about spending money to someone we never met. DON'T BE! Claude was great and very responsive to ALL my emails filled with questions. The villa was just perfect. The pics on the site don't do it justice - the villa looks just like the pictures...but better in person. The villa had enough room for all of us (five adults and three kids) and two bathrooms were great. The place was clean and had all the little extras for the kitchen if you decided to make meals there. The pool at the villa is big and nice. We were very close to the beach. The entire backyard is fully fenced, so you don't need to worry about little kids! We especially liked the various options of sunny spots and spots with natural shade in the georgeous backyard! There are plenty of restaurants near by and the prices ranged so you have options.If you are looking to eat in there is a new supermarket within a very short driving distance of the villa. The beach was quite - which is what we liked. If we wanted more "action" we just went up the beach to the south towards the highrise buildings. There is a lot to see and do in the area. The beaches are very clean and the little huts provided shade if need be. There is lifeguards as well, a very nice playground and even an outdoor gym with Ocean view and Ocean breeze! All I can say is wow and thanks for the stay! We look forward to our next trip back! Jayne & James

What a wonderful place!! Backyard is to die for - plenty of room. If you have late nighters, there's a table near the house, and a table farther away by the pool and canal, so sleepers inside won't be bothered if people like to stay outside (which we definitely did!!). Pool toys and rafts also provided. If you love Florida and come to be "outside", this is the place. It's beautiful!

When we arrived, our youngest daughter said ..this is a little paradise. We all agree. As other people mentioned before, reality exceeds the photo' s by far. Property was clean and provided with all we needed. We didn't do that much activities in our 1 week stay. Some shopping with the kids and most oa the time just relaxe in the house and garden, zipping on a good cup of coffee and overlooking some boats passing by. If we wanted to do some activity, there was morgen then enough information given by the owner and also available in the house. It was a pleasure, by the way, to have contact with the owner. Both prior to arrival as during the stay when we needed him for a little problem. He immediately took care of it and had it fixed. All and all a property very much recommendable. Thank you for the lovely stay! The house is so warm, welcoming and spacious. The house is EVEN BETTER than pictured, actually the pics do not do it justice! Beautiful, well kept, perfectly clean, new appliances, freshly painted, everything you could possibly need within the house, not to mention everything you may want within a couple of driving minutes away. George, the property manager is a very nice person and very responsive and accommodating. The outdoor amenities with the huge backyard, tables, three seating areas, the heated pool, pool-side loungers, and more were just great! I loved rising each morning and taking my coffee down to the lounge by the canal to sit in the cool breeze under the tropical Banyan tree. The neighborhood and location are also great – in a dead end street with little traffic It's perfect for the kids to run around and ride bikes on the street, while at the same time, it's only a few blocks to the beach. Pompano Beach is in close proximity to Ft. Lauderdale, to the Everglades, to Miami and more. It was the perfect "mid-point" allowing quick access to various sites. Bernard K., Maine

We just got back from our stay here and the house was all we could ask for and more. We had 10 people in our group and were all more than comfortable the entire time. The home was very clean and well maintained. All the appliances were up to date and the pool was great. The backyard was very spacious and the dock was a really neat touch. The owner was extremely helpful and easy to contact throughout the entire process (before, during, and after the rental). The city in general was a great place. We would definitely recommend the place to anyone and look forward to going again.

My husband and I rented this house for us, our 7 month old and almost 3 year old, as well as my parents in law. The fence towards the canal made me feel comfortable that none of my kids would drown while staying at this place! The house was more than spacious enough for everyone to have privacy, their own bathrooms and yet enough room to enjoy together. The place is immaculate and has everything you need. We spent lots of time in the pool - some great floats and pool noodles to enjoy. And just a very short drive from the beach. The outdoor space is just spectacular for entertaining and relaxing. A private resort style backyard with nice outdoor lighting and a huge amount of space! We loved the impressive Banyan tree and the palms that provide natural shade. The outdoor kitchen is gorgeous and there are multiple seating areas outside. If you are lucky, you may even catch some fish from the dock and cook it right away! There is great filtered water from the fridge so no need to buy bottled water when you arrive. We have stayed at quite a few rental homes and this was by far the cleanest and most enjoyable.
