Great house, great service, would stay again!

Really enjoyed our time inside the gates. The check in process with Ramon was outstanding. He was always available and took care of any issues that came up. I think a golf cart should be included or provided, but the price of the unit reflects that. To get around the resort you need a golf cart. We will be back.

This was our first trip to Punta Mita and this place was just as advertised. We were welcomed with fresh guac, salsa, and margaritas! This was unexpected and so generous. The concierge was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions or requests. The housecleaner was fantastic each day and my kids loved her fresh salsa and guacamole, we requested it several times during our stay. We would stay here again!

Punta Mita is a magical place for families with children. We have been a number of times and always had a marvelous time. There is a variety of homes and condos available to accommodate your group and to meet our price point.

El Encanto was a great destination with teens! Perfect location and the concierge service made getting the golf cart and groceries a breeze. I would not bother pre-stocking as it is super easy to go to the store with the golf cart and we ended up eating out most of the time anyway. We preferred the SeaBreeze beach club as it was the least crowded and had outstanding service. Loved the daily housekeeping and the fresh guacamole and chips upon arrival. Most important thing is to bring lots and lots of cash with you. ATMs are not very many and of the three we found, two were broken. Everything in the condo was lovely though there is a damp/mildew type of smell in the bathrooms. In the downstairs, it goes into the bedrooms but I think that was because the bathroom doors stay open downstairs; in the master, the bathroom door automatically closes so you don't have the smell in the bedroom. The blinds in the master were broken so we woke each morning with the sunrise but they did try to fix while were there- they were just unable to do so. Also, the drivers set up by the concierge were convenient and made getting there simple though I prepaid for roundtrip including tip only to find out that the first driver did not share the tip and I had no cash left to tip the second driver- beware and save the tip if you prepay. All in all a lovely vacation, lovely resort, lovely property and lovely people. Thank you.

This property was the perfect choice for our group of 6 while we attended a friend's wedding in Punta Mita. It's centrally-located within the gates and never more than a 10-minute golf cart ride away from any of the beach clubs, golf course, and even downtown Punta Mita outside of the gates.
The home is super spacious and equipped with all of the necessary amenities to make use of the kitchen along with a great TV & entertainment set-up for hosting. Best of all, the Premium Club access and concierge service made our stay so easy and seamless that I couldn't imagine going back to Punta Mita and not having these same services. Overall, our group had a fantastic time in Punta Mita and I couldn't say we would have if we didn't stay here.

Great condo for a quick getaway. The master air conditioning didn’t keep the room as cool as we liked but we moved downstairs to one of the other en-suite rooms and it was perfect!

We had a fantastic experience here, the house is exactly as pictured. We had plenty of room for our family of 4 and enjoyed all of the outdoor space.
Very well located within the gates and it was very easy to get around. Beach club access was easy and gold courses were beautiful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Holiday family trip. We all enjoyed it. Concierge was helpful and great. Golf carts were fun.
Spacious kitchen but Hard to cook in as smoke alarm is right next to the stove and goes off easily. But just be ready. The grounds are lovely. Beach clubs are great. Hard to get cash as ATMs are often out of service or only give pesos so be prepared.

A very tastefully decorated 3 level, high quality townhouse, showers had plenty of hot water, beds were comfortable, 3 bedrooms were in the basement level (one of which is set up with bunk beds for kids), and didn't have great wifi. Very limited TV in English, but overall a very nice location within the resort, property managers were very responsive, a nice choice for a family. The master bed on 3rd floor had wide Ocean views.

Exactly as advertised. You definitely need a golf cart but that made it so much fun. Having access to the beach clubs was amazing. Our favorite beach club was definitely Pacifico. So much to do, golf, surf, beach etc. Highly recommended!

The home gets better equipped every time we visit. We actually use the kitchen and I appreciate decent quality tools. Over the past five years they have improved in the quality and types of items available. We don’t expect chef quality in a rental but what they offer is more than adequate. Concierge team works hard to assist in whatever way you need. We will be back.

We had a wonderful time staying at this location. The condo was beautiful, clean, spacious and we were extremely satisfied. I highly recommend this unit and we can’t wait to stay here on our next trip.

The home is gorgeous, spacious and perfect for a relaxing vacation. The Beach clubs are beyond luxurious and the restaurant's in the area world class. The concierge was outstanding and incredibly attentive at all times. This was our second stay in this home, and it lived up to our first experience and beyond, the host is fantastic and I would highly recommend a stay here.

Clean, quiet, fun place to stay. Priced attractively and the location in El Encanto is fine. Mita Rentals concierge (Wendy!) service was excellent. Beach Club membership is a wonderful perk but St Regis and Le Surf are now charging high minimums per person to go to their beaches…$85 and $50 respectively which is muy stupido especially in the low season. We took our business elsewhere. Overall, we had a delightful stay in Punta Mita.

El Encanto 201 was great for our Punta Mita family vacation! The images and description are as advertised ... beautiful furnishings and spectacular view (sunrise coffee each morning from the patio off the master was a wonderful way to start each day).
A few items of feedback for management/ownership and future guests:
- The unit does not have a bbq and neither does the community, so I actually purchased a cheap charcoal grill (@ Walmart) to use a few nights. Not sure if that will be left for future guests or not, but the option to stay "in" and grill on the awesome patio was great!
- The unit is pretty well stocked, however it would be nice if things like food storage bags, a water dispenser (for 5 gal jugs), coffee filters, etc. were provided
- We coordinated a golf cart rental through the concierge service and it was just "OK" ... other carts appeared to be nicer and much more powerful (we regularly found ourselves having our passengers walk up parts of hills because the cart didn't have enough power).
- The daily expense to have breakfast prepared is money well spent ... all were delicious, BUT the chilaquiles that Yadira made for us were simply AMAZING! Also, she left fresh salsa and guacamole in the fridge every day ... awesome!
- We had the concierge coordinate a driver to take us R/T to Sayulita for a few hours. It was a great excursion "outside the gates"!
- Concierge Abraham was very responsive.
Overall I highly recommend this rental!

Six of us - two couples and two teens. Plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. Abraham was fantastic, checking in on us each day. Yadira cooked us delicious breakfasts and kept the house spotless.

Overall a really good stay. The house is well located and pictures are true to the facilities. Concierge and cleaning staff are great and very helpful. Pool and beach clubs were perfect, really only crowded one day of the 5 we were there. There are a few more modern houses behind the gates which I may opt for in the future. This house does not have a pool for example. In the end, very pleased, great memories and a wonderful trip.

Overall nice condo. This was our 4th trip to Punta Mita inside the gates and first stay at El Encanto. Grounds were well kept, and you have a nice view of the bay even though the condo is off water. Concierge assistance was excellent. We had some issues with the new master A/C staying cool, but they are working to correct this issue. Other than that it was a great stay.

Small things - no outside lighting, poor water pressure in master bedroom for shower and toilet, no ability to watch college and pro football over the holidays, no lighting in the dark laundry room. This house had everything we wanted. It’s a spacious home that is very clean and has an excellent kitchen. We visited the beach clubs so we didn’t feel like we needed a large pool at our home. The cleaning and concierge were so helpful. I can’t say enough things about this place. We will definitely be back.

Great condo!
This is our second summer in a row visiting this condo. It's a great value for Punta Mita! The condo is well appointed, in nice condition and large enough for two families. I would agree with other reviews that it is better in person than in photos..

Lovely stay
We had a lovely stay! The layout worked really well for our family and the concierge was very helpful. The only thing was that we couldn’t charge both golf carts that we rented at the same time, which limited our ability to move around easily. The property is a little bit older, but well kept and very clean / comfortable.
