316 Breakers-Direct Ocean Front View-Renovated & Highly Rated for Cleanliness
Si c'est l'océan que vous recherchez, il n'y a pas de meilleure vue depuis les Breakers que cette unité. Parce que cette villa est au dernier étage, le balcon privé est ouvert sur le ciel et offre une intimité pour bronzer tout en regardant l'océan et la plage le jour et pour observer la lune et les étoiles le soir. The process for renting and check-in/check-out was very easy. The condo was beautiful and well furnished. The host was extremely helpful and always responded quickly. Would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I spent a great week in Hilton Head. This condo was a perfect location and just the right size for the two of us. Very clean and a beautiful view of ocean from balcony.
The owner was very friendly and attentive.

We had a great time in Hilton Head Island. This is the second time we stayed at this condo and both times where fantastic. The condo is everything it was advertised to be and the view is spectacular. Walkable to everything you need. We we’re extremely pleased with everything and will definitely be coming back soon .

Great location. Overall cleanliness was good. Some improvements that could be made: air filter in hall ceiling that was caked with dirt and dust could use routine changes, bathroom is tight with no storage and would benefit from updated tub with shower doors as opposed to curtain that blows in you while showering, and a full size coffee pot would have been greatly appreciated.

My family and I had an awesome stay! The condo was the perfect size for our family of 4. The location and view could not be beat! Being steps from the ocean was perfect! The pool was very nicely kept and met the needs of both children. Many nights involved dinner across the street in and around Coligany Circle. It was amazing having so much to do and see in walking distance. Adventure Park was another easily accessible location which provided great entertainment for the littles! Overall, it was a great trip and many many memories were made!

We had a wonderful stay in this condo at HH. The unit was spotless when we arrived and was sufficiently cooled by the time we arrived. The location was great, right across the street from Coligny Plaza where you can dine and shop for beach keepsakes all in one location. The condo itself is a little small, however for two people it was perfect. Beach access was easy and we never had to wait longer than 30 seconds for the elevator to arrive. We used the steps quite a bit throughout the week just to get some added exercise. Our host, Cheryl was great to work with and very responsive to any questions or needs we had. She gave us several dining recommendations and we advantage of several of them. I give a hardy thumbs up on the condo!

We've been coming to HHI for 20 years. This was our 1st time staying at The Breakers and this unit was amazing - we will not stay anywhere else. It was immaculately cleaned which is one of the most important things for us. It was perfect for two adults/one child. The owners are wonderful to communicate with and the new washer and dryer were perfect. The view is absolutely breathtaking. We saw so many dolphins from the balcony and could plan our time on the beach according to the tide. Being on the top floor was great at night to sit out and look at the stars while watching the waves roll in under the moonlight. The pool was awesome and elevator was much appreciated. It was nice to have security on-site patrolling periodically and ensuring only Breakers guests were parking there. The only negative was having people smoking cigarettes and "other" product on the balcony right below us on the 1st floor. When they were out smoking we could not sit on the balcony or have patio door open. Only other minor suggestions would be to have binoculars on-site to see the dolphins even more up-close, a mirror in the living area near the counter stools, shelves to put toiletries on in bathroom, and a curved shower curtain rod. The location is perfect with Coligny plaza across the street and a quick walk or bike ride over to Celebration Park. Having the beach right outside the door was so nice and there is a really nice, easy pathway to the beach. We can't wait to come back to this unit!

Everything was as expected, and as the pictures showed. I loved having good parking. The walkway to the beach was excellent. The property was well kept. One note to folks who have not been to Hilton Head before -- the Saturday traffic to & from the island is very congested. Make sure you allow lots of time if you are trying to catch a flight. Overall, we loved our stay.

The gorgeous, ever-changing view from the sitting-room window is the glory of 316 and it has everything utilitarian anyone could wish for. Being a five minute walk from Coligny Plaza means you are a step away from a meal or a drink. The owner is charming and most helpful. It’s a wonderful experience

This is our fifth trip to Hilton Head and by far the best view. The unit was clean and well kept just as advertised. Colony Plaza was right across the street. We could not ask for more. A very relaxing and peaceful vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great and being oceanfront was so beautiful, especially the sunrises. A couple of small suggestions - a makeup mirror in the bathroom, a clock in the bedroom and another lounge chair on the balcony would be nice. We will definitely stay there again.

excellent location, has everything one would need. New sliding door to deck was great and we were able to use the new elevator. new washer and dryer worked perfectly. The area was perfect for shopping, food and a fabulous beach. Walked the beach every day and evening. Gorgeous sunsets and a full moon. Great stay. Thank you!

Unit 316 at the Breakers was a great place to stay. Place is as pictured. It is small if you are not used to that and I would not recommend for 4 adults in one unit but for my husband and I it was great! Family with small child(ren) it would be ok.
Centrally located to everything we wanted to do and if you read the other reviews about parking car for the week, yep that is correct. Get yourself some bikes and peddle everywhere! The sunrises were beautiful and you can see dolphin from the balcony. Cheryl was very responsive to any questions that we had. Would definitely stay there again.

This condo is fabulous! We've stayed here seven years, or more. Beachfront views and access are a priority for us. This condo won't disappoint. It's very clean, updated and the owners are very responsive.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The villa is exactly as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. The owners provided plenty of towels, paper towels, toilet paper. The beach is amazing and the walk to the beach has mats to make the very short walk easier. We could easily walk to shopping (including groceries) and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone wanting a relaxing vacation in Hilton Head!

An incredibly convenient beach getaway.
The property itself was enough to warrant a 5 star review: Very clean with newer appliances and included amenities. But, the true value to me was in its location. Everything you could want is within walking distance. Once we parked our vehicle on day one, that is where it stayed for the whole week. I would definitely stay at this location again.
