Excellent VRBO property found to be as described in the listing. Clean, well appointed with working appliances and very well supplied with towels, paper products, etc. Very nice, quiet, safe neighborhood, great for walking and close to restaurants and Publix. Our host was immediately available for any questions or needs.

We enjoyed our stay and found the owner to be very kind very helpful and responsive to any need or question that came up. The beds are comfortable and plenty of room. The neighborhood was very quiet with very nice neighbors.

Randa was a great host. She was attentive but not intrusive. We were in the area for our daughter's wedding and needed somewhere large enough for a few family members to stay with us. This place was great! My sister's couldn't believe how affordable it was.

This property is in a nice neighborhood and has great outdoor spaces. Randa was so kind to our group and we enjoyed the stay. If you are using the Maitland Art and History Museum for a wedding, this property is ideal!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house; it was cosy, clean and had everything we needed and more! Randa was a superb host and was always so easy to contact if we did have any questions. Having travelled from the UK to spend time with family, having a place to stay that felt like home made our visit even more special. We will be back!

We loved it. Every amenity (including a coffee grinder and maker for my wife and I who are coffee addicts (how did our host know this??) provided for us including use of a bicycle which I really appreciated. The area was ideal as well - safe, quiet, within walking distances of lakes and restaurants. House was clean and comfortable and our host made herself available were we to have any problems or issues with the property

This place was very clean and comfortable. My wife got lots of much needed rest as it was nice and quiet here, a perfect place to grab a book and a blanket and relax. There were plenty of good places to eat in the area as well. We would not hesitate to stay here again as it turned out to be exactly what we needed.

The photos don’t do justice to the comforts and space of Randa’s home. We had everything we needed, from tons of towels to lots of kitchen equipment to fast Wi-Fi, and even some toys for the kids. Beds are comfortable, street is quiet, with a small playground across the road. Great brewery and other restaurants a short walk away. The house feels like a home with decor and books, but isn’t cluttered and Randa has left plenty of space for guests to settle in. Huge new washer and dryer helped us keep up with a family-worth of laundry. Easy keypad entry. Thanks so much for a great stay!

The property was perfect for our little family of 5 and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. It was located very close to a food store and a playground was right across the street. All the sleeping arrangements were very comfortable.

House was roomy and comfortable. We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed every moment. Property has private outside space (covered and uncovered) and is in a walkable neighborhood. Close to shopping and restaurants with easy lake access. About 1 mile from the Audubon Center for Birds of Prey (outstanding) and 50 miles to the national seashore and Kennedy Space Center. House has 4 private bedrooms (two adjoining) and a sleeping area off the kitchen. Photos in listing are accurate. The host was pleasant and very welcoming. It was as if we were staying on the property of close friends. Highly recommend.

My family and I stayed at this property for 6 days. The house is well kept and had all the important amenities for a family of 5, for 6 days. The house is very centrally located and on a quiet street. Randa, was so kind and accomodating. We will absolutely stay here again when visiting family.

We could not have been happier with this property. It was conveniently located (we had events in Winter Park) and in a nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to main roads. The house was clean and well maintained. The bed was super comfortable. Randa could not have been kinder. She was so accommodating to our changes as other family members decided to join us. After a very bad experience with another listing last year, we decided to give Vrbo another chance. We were so happy we did!

The house was great and comfortable. We visited our son in College there and celebrated an early Easter. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. Randa was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Very convenient location to grocery store and some great restaurants. Probably one of the most equipped rentals we have ever stayed in!

We rented this home to be close to our son in Casselberry. The house is the perfect location in a quiet neighborhood close to shopping, restaurants, etc. It is also a quick 15-20 min away from all major attractions. The house is beautiful and the pictures don’t do it justice. It is so open and roomy. Randa goes above and beyond and stocks the house with all the little extras to make it feel like home. The indoor porch is beautiful and my family enjoyed a cookout while cooking on the black stone. We will definitely rent this home again when we visit!

Randa was super attentive and communicative. Her place is filled with decorations and conveniences that make a house feel like a home. The neighborhood is lovely, quiet and safe. It's also central to a lot of things and very close to Winter Park. She even has a bike for guests to use while they're there. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely plan to be back next year! Needed a place near some family in Longwood that was also close to attractions. Beautiful well stocked home with a very attentive, caring owner. Girls loved the home and beds were all super comfortable! We will for sure be back if available next time we visit with family and need to hit any of the attractions. Happy New Year.

The house was very clan and had everything we needed to have a good stay over Thanksgiving. Host was very responsive and accommodating. A short walk .3 mi. to Publix and Starbucks. Convenient to additional shopping by car.

We booked this home for 4 nights and 5 days so we could be close to the Mead Botanical Gardens where our daughter was getting married. The stay was absolutely fabulous! The location is great with a great variety of restaurants and stores close by. The owner Randa was very welcoming and helpful with anything we needed. The home was so comfortable and spacious. Plus there was plenty of parking! Great cozy beds and comfortable furniture all around. The inside was clean, cozy, and elegant. We actually had my daughters photographer come to the house and take photos of here getting her hair and makeup done because the inside of home was so pretty it was a great backdrop. Soooo much better than a hotel! So glad we stayed here and made this VRBO part of our memories with the wedding. I will definitely find a reason to come back and vacation in the area so I can stay here again!

This is the 6th time I've been in the area in the last year (my granddaughter attends Rollins College). This was hands down the best property I've stayed at!!! Randa's attention to detail is amazing! The house is spacious, well appointed and just like the pictures. Quiet neighborhood and a short hop to Publix, Park Ave, local restaurants and attractions and a Dunkin Donuts (critical for us Bostonians). I had the pleasure to briefly meet Randa. I'm hoping to be able to book here again over the next couple of years.

This was our second stay with Randa and we expect to book more. Her house is closer to feeling like we're "at home" than anyplace else we've stayed. Part of the appeal for us is how close (distance) we are to family, but it's also hard to imagine a host who's friendlier or more responsive. Property matches pictures and amenities listed.

Perfect stay in great location!
We have family members that stay in Maitland and Eatonville so this location was perfect. We had 5 adults, 2 teenagers and 1 child (8 total) that slept comfortably in this space that had 4 bedrooms and an additional full size trundle bed. The beds were extremely comfortable memory foam mattresses. Everything was very very clean and had items ready to use (pots, laundry detergent, books, lotion, you name it). Randa was simply amazing. She was extremely responsive (less than 5 minutes, seriously) and accommodating. We plan to stay here any time we visit family in Maitland. A wonderful stay!!

In Orlando to visit friends and attractions. The location was great for a wide variety of locations to go to. House was clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed relaxing in the home. We would definitely rent again.

We were in town for a family wedding and needed a place to fit seven adults comfortably. Randa’s home was absolutely perfect, roomy, extremely clean, and beautifully decorated. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!
