Unfortunately the system was down when we arrived so we didn't get the room we reserved. We stayed in a handicap room which had probably the worst bed I've ever slept in. The staff was amazing and handled even the most disgruntled guests with patience and professionalism. Both young ladies were phenomenal. Apart from the horrific bed and room much more suited for people in a wheelchair than us, it was a very nice stay.

Staff was friendly. Good value.

Excellent stay for one night while in town for a wedding. The property seems more recently renovated, the king bedroom was spacious, the lobby and common areas were comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The parking lot - which our room overlooked - was a little loud, but overall a great value for the area. Parking is $18/night but includes in and out privileges and is competitive with other spots in the area.

Road noise by pool. Bar and restaurant not open til 4pm

The bed was unbearably hard I could not sleep also there where ants in the room on the nightstand

Quick overnight business trip. Everything was fine. There were no restaurants open at lunchtime and had to drive several blocks to find a place to have lunch.

Hotel is nice and clean with a great pool and amazing staff. The rooms are nice with comfortable beds and pillows. The $18 a day for parking is steep especially since there was an arm wrestling tournament at the hotel where they allowed attendees to park for free on one of the days we were staying there.

The hotel was a little too warm for my liking. The air in the room would not go below 76°. The hotel has not been updated in quite a while. The staff was great!

I stayed here for an event taking place in the hotel. Overall the hotel was good they upgraded our room to the club level. The room was nice. The lobby area was nice decent dining options. My girlfriend enjoyed the hot tub and pool. The only issue I had was the air conditioning wasn’t working in the area where the event was being held. It was so hot and there was so many people in there with lights going and everything it was pretty uncomfortable. They had the doors closed for hours until someone from the hotel finally realized how hot it was and opened the doors. Didn’t really help much with 400 people squeezed in there

The room was filthy and poorly cleaned. Stains on the floor and mildew/mold on the tiles in bathroom, a/c didn't blow cold to keep up, a/c was leaking onto the balcony and the floor and walls outside were very dirty and gross. Room Reeked of years of smoke in it. Overall if i didn't have to be there for an event i would not have chosen this hotel after seeing the room.

The staff did their best during a very crowded event and the overall cleanliness is great.

Our stay wasn't great. The room hadn't been properly cleaned before we arrived, and there was trash and beer cans on the balcony. The conditioner and body wash were empty, and there wasn't a microwave. The coffee machine didn't work, and the fridge door was broken. For the price we paid for three nights, it really wasn't worth it, especially since we've had better experiences at other hotels for less money. The only good thing was its convenience for the two-day event we were attending.

Front desk wasn't really accommodating. The fitted sheet on the bed was too small and kept coming off. Very annoying. Other than that it was okay

We came here for an event which would end late so intended to stay over so booked a suite. When we got to our room, my husband said, “I’d hate to see what a regular room is like!” It was tiny! The ac wasn’t working. Maintenance came to repair it. We hoped it would cool down while we were in the event. The conference room has mold on the ceiling in multiple places where the roof is leaking. It has been patched multiple times. Then during the event water started pouring through the ceiling!! While the speaker was on stage!! And paint was falling off the previous patch works! It was terrible. The person who was running the event said she’d received an email saying the property manager was leaving at 5. So the most she could do was talk to Jose in maintenance. Jose can’t do anything for this! They need to get a roofer!! Everyone was complaining about how hot it was inside. My husband was told it was because of a heat wave. We laughed because it’s Florida summertime. It’s always hot at this time of year. We didn’t stay the night. After the event we checked out. Thankfully we live only an hour away. Also of note, the dining room wasn’t open before or after the event. That was incredibly inconvenient since there are no restaurants nearby except a sad little Applebees. The only positive is that the staff was all very, very nice. We have usually had good experiences with Sheratons. This was an embarrassment! Hopefully the right person sees this & fixes the obvious ongoing problems.

The hotel is attractive and looks to be well managed.

The room is gorgeous with a small balcony. Jacuzzi with rocks of hot water massaging your back. A very friendly Irish Pub onsite I could go on and on. Its clean
