Si vous cherchez le condo le plus confortable à louer pour vos vacances, au meilleur rapport qualité-prix, ne cherchez plus! Tout d'abord, ce condo a un tout nouveau système de climatisation centrale split. La plupart des autres condos de 2 chambres auront au plus 2 unités murales de climatisation. Deuxièmement, la salle de bain vient d'être rénovée et est élégante avec une plomberie de pointe. Ce condo a été acheté auprès d'un artiste américain bien connu. Il est resté dans le condo pendant un an et a utilisé les murs comme toile. Chaque pouce est vraiment un chef-d'œuvre. J'ai nommé le condo avec de nouveaux meubles polynésiens traditionnels en teck pour une véritable sensation d'île tropicale.
Pendant votre séjour, vous profiterez de toutes les commodités que seul le meilleur condo offre, y compris une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur, une grande télévision dans le salon, un système stéréo / DVD avec son surround, des serviettes de plage en coton surdimensionnées et de beaux draps. Had another wonderful stay in Kihei with one of the best locations ever. Great food nearby, beach right there. A/C worked great when needed. Nice pool. Good amount of beach gear and toys. Great communication with manager.

Nice fun unit conveniently located in Kihei, nice mountain view! Easy parking with elevator close by. Short short walk down to coffee, breakfast, gifts, beach and more. Unit worked well for 4 people. Nice open views of the West Maui mountains. Air conditioner in all areas. Complex was clean and quiet.

This condo worked great for our family, close to beach, restaurants, shopping. Short drive to airport. Easy access to all parts of the island. Multiple beds in loft worked perfectly for our teenage kids. Took advantage of the provided beach equipment also. The few issues we had were solved quickly by owner. Only downside is it is a bit older/dated, but not an issue for our family. Would stay again.

Zapher is a wonderful host - easy communication via app or phone, and very responsive. We had such a good time and his place was perfect for our family. The decor is definitely unique and gives it a special island charm. The location is perfect and the amenities are great. Every place you want to eat and drink is nearby and convenient by foot or car. Parking is easy. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and even the sauna a couple of times, too. The new central air conditioning was great and the TV with cable and streaming apps was, too!
We are so thankful to have been able to use all of the available beach and swim gear - from the chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, life vests, and sand toys. We used them daily and the kids had so much fun venturing farther out in the water and us parents enjoying the seats in the shade! Thank you so much for having these available for us to use!!!

The house worked very well for our family. We loved the relaxed vibe of the residence - it felt more like we were spending time at the home of a friend than a generic condo.
The location was really convenient, an easy drive from the airport and once we arrived we were pleased to see so many great places within walking distance - and when we needed to drive, it was very well positioned to get to many beaches, restaurants, etc.

Condo was as described/pictured and worked perfectly for our family of four (2 adults, 1 teen, and 1 older child). We loved that we could walk to the beach (great sunset view just down the hill!) and to nearby restaurants. Appreciated the beach chairs available for use. Would stay here again and recommend to friends.

The condo was just as neat in the photos as it was in person, if not better. The location was great, super close to the beach, grocery store, shops and everything you want and need. The vibe was so cool and the condo was very clean and had all the amenities that you needed on a vacation. Great pool and spa that was nice and relaxing after the beach. We loved the location for our Spring Break as this part of the island was mainly sunny during a rainy time of year. The condo is unique and well-equipped, but dusty. The beach (one block away) is great for families. We used the boogie boards and even snorkeled a bit right down the street. Thanks again!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was exactly as advertised and very clean. The condo is very quiet and serene and the whole property was well maintained and kept very clean.We had a minor issue with a battery when checking in otherwise we were able to figure everything else out.The hot tub did get taken down and blocked by building maintenance for an entire holiday weekend after someone spilled food into it. It is not the owners fault for this and I'm not dinging his score but just be aware you will be depending on other people to follow the property rules and we did notice other rules being broken without consequences as well.This is not the owners fault at all and most of the other folks in the building were very nice to us but maybe a camera system in the pool area would prevent this from happening again. I hate to see it come to that at such a nice property but when folks break the rules it makes us all look bad and makes the owners mad when we didn't do anything at all.Also with 4 large adults and one couch in the living room it was a little awkward when we all wanted to sit and watch football or play a card game indoors. Maybe another chair or two in the living room would help in thise situations. We didn't want to drag the lanai chairs inside and scrape the floor Both BBQ areas were clean and very nice for a quick outdoor meal or to run down and do some fish or steak.It is a very short walk to the beach and some amazing local food and shave ice.Overall everything was fantastic and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. If you are a family of four looking for a condo in Maui this option is very hard to beat. We hope to be back soon and to add another mask to the collection!!

The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Towels boogie boards snorkeling gear. Condo is not as close to the beach as we had hoped. But it is close. Not convenient to bring chairs and other items down to beach as it is about a 10 minute walk with stairs and elevator. Condo is on 4th floor bldg is all the way in the back of property. If you want to be closer to beach rent a beach front property. Overall it was a good stay for 4 days.

Wonderful condo experience! The condo was clean and as described. We were excited to have air conditioning at our disposal for nighttime, and separate beds for kids upstairs. We were contacted by Zapher when we landed about an issue with the hot water, and he informed us of time and name of individual that was scheduled to do repairs the next morning. (We did have access to shower near swimming pool on property in the meantime). The issue was resolved quickly the next day as promised. We had a great time with there being beaches within walking distance, as well as some great restaurants . Alot of beach equipment was available for use, so we only needed to rent some snorkel masks and 2 sets of flippers down the street. First time to Hawaii and had a great time! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

It was great to have a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and the basics for dishes and cooking. The property manager also provided soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, and dishwasher pods. There was also a ton of beach stuff, toys, boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas. Also the manager was quick to respond to any inquiry. The pool at the place was awesome but the hot tub was broken during our visit.

Great location and amenities
My family and I stayed here for 10 days and had a nice time. You’re only a 5 minute walk from the beach and a number of restaurants and food trucks. Despite COVID, most places are operating, which was great. Zapher and Rhonda were wonderful to work with and very responsive. Rent and stay with confidence and comfort. Thank you.
