Poderia ter um lindes no banheiro. A cortina deixa o banheiro todo molhado. Após o segundo dia tomamos banho com a cortina para dentro da banheira.

Acomoda muito bem um casal com 2 filhos, os pais tem privacidade em uma peça separada. Além disso, alguns detalhes foram muito interessantes, como as tomadas com USB-A e USB-C, dispensando o uso de adaptadores. Uma sugestão para complementar a experiência seria um kit para higiene de louça (detergente e esponja).

The cleaning staff were only arranging beds without cleaning or sweeping the floors for 7 days but after reporting to the management that was corrected immediately.

Daily housekeeping, shuttles to universal parks very easy, never waited for one they were always there (peak times), super friendly staff. Comfortable beds

Shower pressure could be better

The room was very spacious, so we could easily fit all our luggage inside. The beds were very comfortable and large. The variety of food onsite was great. We used the shuttle service to Universal Studios, which was convenient and easy to use.

Our room had a strange smell for the duration of our stay, which we noticed every time we entered our room.

A localização boa e onibus para os parques da Universal. The hotel is located in a great spot in Orlando, close to everything. There was a good bus service to Universal parks.

O conforto das camas poderia ser melhor, a cama do quarto do casal poderia ser maior, é uma cama de casal padrão. Lençóis e toalhas poderiam ser melhores, e não havia edredon nas camas, uma colcha fina e vagabunda. A limpeza diária também poderia ser melhor, fiquei 12 dias e acho que deveriam aspirar e limpar o chão pelo menos a cada 4 dias, acredito que só fizeram 1 dia, assim como trocaram a roupa de cama 1 vez. Fiquei no 12 andar e a água do chuveiro vinha sem pressão. Os descartáveis prato e talheres também não eram repostos com frequencia, com necessidade de solicitar. O delivery de pizza no quarto era bom, mas ao pedir um vinho não havia taças de vidro, foi entregue copos plásticos, num hotel de mil quartos. O restaurante principal do hotel ficava com muita fila a noite tipo grab and go, sem possibilidade de serviço de mesa com mais conforto. O unico bar do lobby também muito pequeno para o tamanho do hotel. Os funcionários variavam entre alguns muito amigáveis e competentes com outros rudes e sem paciência.

La cama era cómoda. El tamaño de la habitación correcto. Genial para quedarse si vas a los parques Universal. Está muy cerca. El servicio de autobús muy bien.

La moqueta del pasillo es horrible. Algunas cosas estaban un poco desgastadas (como las colchas de encima de las camas que estaban un poco mal). Cumple muy bien su función

The shuttle bus to and from Universal studios was worth it alone. I liked the overall atmosphere of the place and room. The staff were exceptionally friendly.

The shower could have been better. It was hard to turn the handle and sometimes would make a loud noise.

No luggage services (even paid services) to keep luggage for a few days. Corridors a bit grubby. No decent supermarket close by.

The general atmosphere and facilities were excellent.

The elevators were always congested and took a lot of time.

Great location and access to parks via buses that you rarely had to wait for. Pools amazing, very clean property, laundry access great.

Long waits to get lifts, restaurant no organisation, always busy, never enough staff, food selection limited and refillable drinks machines all clustered on the same side and not refilled in the evening time. Quite noisy through ceilings for floors above, could hear people walking around quite loudly.

The bedding was basic and the carpets were stained in the corridors

The 2 bed suites are great for families, transport to parks was amazing and the food court was great to grab late night snacks and breakfast

The cleanliness of the rooms wasn’t great and the staff weren’t very friendly or approachable. Not easy to contact them if there is a problem as always massive queues to reception.

Everything was perfect! Pool was amazing, rooms were spacious and the whole hotel was neat and clean although it was very busy.
