Lobby was nice

The people who were in charge with parking 1 guy wanted to get into an argument after I went to park in the spot the other guy had told me to. Going up to the 11 the floor all you could smell weed so bad . It was so strong you could tell which room it came from. Also my 9 woke up with bites. His legs are covered in bites thats are itchy. Dr said they are bed bugs. I only got like 2 bites but his legs are covered. We were so excited to go here but now I don't think I'd ever want to stay in a hotel again

Had to pay for parking!!! And no refrigerator in the room.

De service van het personeel was geweldig. We hadden via booking.com een suite gereserveerd, welke totaal anders eruit bleek te zien zoals op de foto's bij booking.com. Grote teleurstelling dus!! Het personeel (Tina) heeft er toen alles aangedaan om ons tegemoet te komen; naast een gratis ontbijt en drankjes in de bar, kregen we na de eerste dag ook een prachtige upgrade van de suite. Het hotel had dit niet hoeven doen, het was niet hun fout maar dat van booking.com, dus complimenten voor de geweldige service van dit hotel!!

Dat booking.com niet de juiste foto's van de suites heeft geplaatst op hun website. Het was misleidend en erg teleurstellend. Doe hier iets aan booking.com!!

It was amazing & clean

I loved it!

We came for Magic game to Orlando and the day after for Kennedy space center visit. Valet parking with friendly personal. Shuttle bus to and from downtown free of charge. Very good choice for breakfast.

Location was the primary reason I booked this place. Walking distance to the event I went to. Housekeeping was nice. Valet staff were excellent.

Staff (front desk) were crabby. It's scary just to even ask them a question. Specially, the lady on the night shift I was there. Very unaccomodating.

Myself and my husband stay was from 27th December 2023 to the 2nd January 2024. Our time at Crown Plaza, despite a few room amenities issues, was good, and we would definitely return to this hotel on any future holidays to Orlando. The level of service from all the staff was at a very high level. 3 members of staff that were exceptional was Maria from housekeeping, Tina in the front desk, and Leaford the Shuttle driver.

The heating was not working, and breakfast was often cold

The location was very convenient to the Amway center. Shuttle dropping us off and picking us back up was super convenient. The staff was so friendly, professional, and just a pleasure to deal with. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

I wish coffee options at breakfast would have offered creamer with flavors.

Parking check-in was very confusing and we were told different things by the same people at the same time. They did not make it easy and do not make sense when speaking.

The property was in a good location and offered a shuttle to the amway

Checkin time was 3pm. We arrived 10 minutes after checkin and were told there was a wait for rooms as they over booked. I booked 3 months in advance and was given a king room when I booked a room with 2 beds. The staff was rude about the whole situation and really didn’t care. I had 4 adults and had to sleep on the couch.

Hotel was nice. Room was great. Clean all over. Staff was fine. Location is safe but not much around, which means you need a ride to everywhere.

They advertise they have a shuttle but the valet/shuttle people were the most difficult to deal with. They keep you waiting so long you would end up ubering anyway after wasting a lot of time.

There was a wedding in front of the pool and we were told we couldn’t be there when the pool and hot tub is advertised as an amenity.
