Me encantó el desayuno , súper completo la atención de las personas súper bien !!! 100% recomendado !

No me gustó que el desayuno es muy pokito tiempo deberían tenerlo 2 horitas más !

La habitación pequeña y no tenían espejo, solo en el baño y era incómodo para verse cuerpo completo.

מלון מפנק, חדרים גדולים ומיטות גדולות, נמצא במכרז לאזורי הפארקים וליד פארק המים ומצד ימין ושמאל במרחק קצר של נסיעה מסעדות ועוד מקומות בילוי. ממש לידו כמה מסעדות ובית מרקחת /סופרפארם, נגיש גם ברגל . בריכה מתוקה וחדר כושר קטן אבל יש. ארוחת בוקר מינימליסטית , לצערי ללא ירקות . שירות לקוחות נפלא ואדיב. אין כספת בחדר או בלובי אז לקחת זאת בחשבון אבל גם אין גנבים אז נשאר אצלנו בתיק .

Very simple breakfast and not really tasty. Beds uncomfortable. Rooms too small.

The staff was so awesome and friendly. The beds are so comfortable and the pillows are so soft, the room was so clean the stay was so comfortable and peaceful my to go get away every time I visit Orlando I will most definitely book here. The breakfast was so delicious thank you guys so much for the wonderful experience!!

Breakfast was nice, and so was breakfast staff

Upon arrival there was no queen size room,with 2-queen beds available. The manager found me a room that had an oder. We were so tired we took the room at 11:30pm.The room did had an oder but quickly turned nose blind after stay for 15 minutes. The front desk clerk and manager tired their best to accommodate me.

Location is great

They did not have the room that I chose i.e. King Size Bed which was more expensive than a double... When I got there they put me in a double (which was cheaper on line) but charged me for the king upgrade. Also, $18.00 Parking fee was unexpected :(

Last time ended up in corner room on 2nd floor with little natural light. Ended up in same corner room but on 6th floor this time, a little more light but not much of a view

Café da manhã bom, não tão bom quanto aos brasleiros, quarto confortavel, bem localizado, facil acesso de carro.

Não teve nada de que não gostei, a limpeza é feita dia sim, dia não, mas nos foi avisado na entrada, e a limpeza é bem feita!

O café da manhã é bem simples, com ovos mexidos, carne. legumes cozidos, dois tipo de pão, cereal e waffles. Raramente tem frutas. O hotel cobra uma taxa de $10 por encomenda que pese acima de 1kg.

Excelente ubicación, 15 minutos de parques de Disney y Disney Spring, 10 a Universal y 5 a Sea World, buena Habitación, sobresale la limpieza y la amabilidad, regresaría sin dudarlo.

Tivemos dificuldade para conseguir desligar o ar condicionado que fica embaixo da janela. Painel não funcionava e não tinha controle remoto. Não nos informaram que tínhamos que pegar o ticket de benefícios para os parques do sea world no outro hotel. Acabamos nem utilizando os benefícios.

Could have more savory and helat food options.

There is no payment via card contact or Apple Pay and it does not accept the Wise multi-currency card - J.P. Morgan bank (the employees don't even know what it is). Furthermore, cigarette smoke came into the room via the window or air conditioning, as people smoked outside the hotel.
