Juste à côté de la rue principale, notre maison de ville est à quelques pas des principales attractions du centre-ville de Gatlinburg. Situé près du feu de circulation 6 sur le chemin Baskins Creek. Environ 7 à 10 minutes à pied de la porte d'entrée de l'aquarium! Il n'y a rien de tel que de revenir d'un moment merveilleux en profitant de tout ce que les Great Smoky Mountains offrent et de pouvoir se détendre dans un bain à remous privé sur votre propre terrasse. Cette maison de ville spacieuse dispose de 3 chambres (1 lit king et 2 lits queen) et 3 salles de bain complètes avec couchage supplémentaire sur un canapé-lit queen size. Il y a une terrasse ouverte et un balcon couvert avec bain à remous. Situé juste à côté de la bande principale à distance de marche (environ 1/3 mile), et à 300 pieds de la piscine et d'un arrêt de tramway.
Les appareils de cuisine sont tous de grande taille et comprennent un réfrigérateur, un lave-vaisselle, un four micro-ondes et une cafetière. Il y a aussi une laveuse et une sécheuse pour votre commodité. Internet sans fil est fourni! Code d'accès situé dans la chambre principale de l'appareil.
En étant au cœur de tout cela, vous êtes à quelques minutes en voiture du parc national de Great Smoky Mountain. Ce parc de renommée mondiale propose: routes panoramiques, cascades, randonnée pédestre et nature, pique-nique et équitation pour n'en nommer que quelques-uns.

Ok bedroom on first floor , main bedroom on second and loft on third. Each bedroom has a bathroom. Plenty of room plus screened in porch with hot tub. Hot tub has seen better days. Comfortable beds. Living room furniture has seen lots of butts. Needs to be replaced. Overall nice place. I would stay there again.

My family stayed here on a quick trip to Gatlinburg. This condo was convenient for walking - no need to drive anywhere unless leaving for the Smoky Mountain National Park or Pigeon Forge. The condo was comfortable and well-furnished, and the hot tub on the screened-in patio prevented any insects. Additionally, there are chairs for a morning coffee with a partial mountain view. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

Plastic plates, cups and mugs. Very cheap of all dinner plates. Only couple of spoons. Toaster was not working properly. Had a very hard time to cook.

We recently spent a week at this condo and were very pleased. The location was great, about four blocks off the Parkway. Close enough to walk but out of the busyness. We were there over the 4th of July, which made town even busier than usual. There were some traffic headaches but we chose to either walk or take the trolley, which stops at the end of the driveway.
Having a separate bath for each bedroom was ideal for our group. Also having a small pool in the complex was a great perk.
There are some small maintenance items that could be addressed there, but nothing that made a difference in our stay. There were plenty of kitchen ware to cook and eat, except not enough silverware for a meal for 6 people. All the appliances are functional and we cook/did laundry daily.
The complex is quiet, and I never heard any noise from other units. We even saw a bear lumber by while sitting on the balcony.
Would rent there again!

We enjoyed the property and the proximity to the convention center and downtown. We liked that we all had our own bedrooms and the three baths were a huge plus with all women. We cooked most mornings and were able to enjoy the house and hot tub in our down time. The girls enjoyed the pool and we loved everything about our stay.

The unit was very clean. Some minor repairs could be made around the unit but nothing that deterred us from enjoying our stay. Would have like to have uses the hot tub but the chemicals were so strong, it made us choke when the jets were on. The location was very convenient to everything downtown. The tv in downstairs room didn't work, hot tub had this smoke smell that almost choked 2 of us, upstairs toilet had low pressure, the shower knob barely worked, we had to keep twisting it to keep it up. Other than those small things. We enjoyed our stayed. Thanks for everything.

This townhouse/condo is in a great location for walking into town. There is plenty of room for everyone in your party. The beds are comfortable and even the pull out couch mattress was comfortable! I would recommend staying here 100%.

Great location, perfect for us. We like to walk on the strip ( we had 4 teenagers with us that loves staying close to the strip) All 3 of the beds were so comfortable. The hot tub was great to relax in at night. I loved the cabin look on the inside, there was even a Christmas tree up 🌲!

Lovely house and amazing host - had couple problems (complete oversight on my side), quick and effective response and help, couldnt expect a bette response.

Pros- fairly easy walk to downtown Gatlinburg. A huge plus during busy season. Place was clean and easy to access. TV's in all the bedrooms. Clean bathrooms.
Cons- if you plan on eating/cooking at the rental, you will be lacking simple things like cookie sheets to get the job done. We had to go buy one.
Couches were quite old and uncomfortable. Made the stay a little unpleasant because 5 adults didn't have a very comfy place to sit and unwind after a long day. Beds and pillows could probably use some updating as well.
Overall, average stay, got the job done for our 5 nights.

It is very easy to access the Gatlinburg strip from this location.
The only complaints we might have are: the stairs from the entrance to the main level are more steep than ideal, so it is hard for some to walk up and down them; also, the bottom floor bedroom window blinds don’t cover the entire window, so a stranger could easily walk up to the window and look in.

Loved the condo. Minor complaints but are as follow. Tv reception in the bedrooms stink, its on internet and it buffers the whole time, the last 2 days of our stay it wouldnt connect at all. Thankfully we didnt need the tv. The hot tub started the turn cloudy and dirty the last 2 days as well. Last day we chose not to use it because it looked so bad.. No chlorine in condo to add to hot tub. Other than that we had a great stay.
