This was a great place to stay with our adult children. Fantastic location, felt safe and secure. Spacious bedrooms, well stocked kitchen, ample space for all. Host was in contact before, during and after.

The property was in perfect location to everything we had planned. It was very clean and the check in was super easy. Michael made sure we were well taken care of for our stay.

If you like high quality accommodations in an affluent neighborhood, then this property is one for you. Shops, restaurants, and grocery are within steps of the front door although driving is recommended. This new accommodation (built in 2017) delivers up to date decor and technology and private bathroom access for every bedroom with highly comfortable appointments. I only wish there were TVs in every room. This home is strictly used as a VRBO so you aren’t staying in someone’s personal space as I’ve found in other VRBOs. There were no personal affects which leave an oasis for you the guest. . My family met in this central location for a Christmas gathering. Family members are still raving about the home. You won’t be disappointed.

Unfortunately, we must write a bad review of this property. While the house is beautiful, is in a great neighborhood and in a great location, we had a lot of mishaps while we were there over the Thanksgiving holiday. There was loud construction next door that we were not made aware of ahead of time even though we asked, that lasted from 7:50am to 6:00pm each day, there weren’t enough window coverings to allow for privacy from the multiple construction workers, there are Marta & cargo train tracks right behind the house with very loud trains running 24/7, there was a giant fake black cobra snake placed in the kitchen cabinets that scared my children, we stepped in human vomit that was right outside of the backdoor as soon as we arrived, there weren’t enough towels/washcloths for the number of people on our reservation, and we had to ask to have a new water filter for the refrigerator because the water was discolored. When they sent the handyman the next day we had to wait over an hour and half pass the time they told us for him to arrive. We should not have had to deal with any of these issues during our vacation, but we did, and the host was unsympathetic. We wouldn’t recommend staying at this property.

Michael's home was beautiful and he was very responsive in handling my questions.

The house is in a great location and the hosts are in constant communication with you. The house is beautiful on the outside but the furnishings inside the house are slightly lacking and cheaply done. Furniture on the back porch would be nice. The TV in living room is very small. Overall a good stay, but could be better.

This home is spotless and spacious. We will stay again.

Great place to stay

This is an absolutely beautiful, large and luxurious modern house done in a very tasteful manner. Lots of bedrooms with bathrooms and an extra 1/2 bath on the main floor. The back of the house has a wooded lot and there is a two car garage that can be used. Everything is modern-elegant. Mattresses are very comfortable as well. There were facial wipes to remove makeup, hand soap, cleaning supplies as well as enough paper goods to last for a stay. Guests who watch TV might want to be aware that the 2 TVs are Roku format. We have Roku and were able to sign into our YouTube TV accounts and then sign out before we left. At the time that we had rented we decided to buy bottled water and ice as the refrigerator read change filter and we could get no ice from it. Large groups may want to buy plastic cups as glasses numbered about 8 or 9. The location is very near to downtown Buckhead, which has everything, in a quiet neighborhood except for a few Marta trains in the vicinity rolling through which was not enough to bother us. There are excellent restaurants; Canoe, Ray's on the River, Desta, are very near as well as Publix and Whole Foods just a short drive. Don't bother with the highways. Take Peachtree Drive downtown so that you can see Buckhead and Atlanta locally and don't forget Pace's Ferry Drive, a scenic ride with beautiful homes. We would definitely stay at this house again

The house is a beautiful house, very spacious. However, there few things that didn’t meet our expectations: we were a group of 12, towels and wash cloths were very limited; the bedrooms have no TV except the master bedroom. No curtains in windows

My large family stayed here while attending a wedding in the Atlanta area. It was a beautiful, extremely clean place to hangout together! Michael was quick to communicate with me about a few questions I had. Our only wish is that there were some more chairs to eat together in the dining room, and for outdoor furniture!

Where do I start, this house was absolutely perfect! The house had all the accommodations we needed and more than enough towels. The location of the house was perfect. Close to the mall and Target to grab last minute items. The host was easy to reach and promptly answered any questions we had too. Will book again.

We used this property to get ready for a wedding. It is a spotless house, beautiful with lots of natural light and open spaces. Highly recommend.

I visited this home in December of 2021 to attend the SEC Championship game with 4 friends all of us in our 40s. The home is top notch. Very nice in a great location. Highly recommend.

Large, spacious home that was our rest stop for two nights during a Civil War Battlefield tour with a group of guys. Michael was very responsive. Suggested that some porch furniture would have been nice but we were on the go all day so probably wouldn't have had a chance to use it anyway.

Our extended family met in Atlanta for grandson’s first birthday. Great place for those coming from out of town to stay and catch up!

We had a fantastic stay with my daughter and her five bridesmaids the night before her wedding. There was enough space for everyone. And plenty of bright light and mirrors as we were getting made up for the big day. Michael was so easy to work with and so quick to respond to emails. Thank you for this great place to get ready near our Atlanta venue.

Great house, awesome kitchen

Michael was a very attentive host especially when the refrigerator didn't work. He had the repairman at the house as soon as we arrived. Although the fridge couldn't be repaired right away, he had a mini fridge for us immediately. The house itself was spotless. With a group of 14 we really appreciated the number of rooms and the fact that the sofa and chairs in the living room opened into 2 twin and 1 queen bed. There were plenty of linens and pillows to accommodate and even air mattresses should we choose to use them (we didn't). If we wanted for anything it was for more seating. There is a beautiful back porch with ceiling fans that could use some outdoor furniture. The dining table seats 8 so we brought a couple of card tables and chairs to accommodate our group. Bathrooms were furnished with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The house had plenty of kleenex for those with the allergies! The washer and dryer were supplied with detergent, softener and bleach. And the dishwasher had detergent as well. There was plentiful supply of garbage bags. The check out process was smooth and easy. We definitely will be back again....and look forward to a new refrigerator!

Perfect home for our family to enjoy our daughter's wedding weekend. Great open layout! Wished for more towels, towel holders and an ice maker that worked! All else was great.

Great house. Clean and spacious in a quiet neighborhood. A few blocks away from a small pretty park (Lenox park) which is a great place for a jog or stroll. The house has very comfortable beds, modern kitchen and bathrooms. Michael (the owner) was extremely available and responsive.

My friends and I stayed for a long weekend and were very pleased with the house in Buckhead. It was comfortable, spacious, the outdoor space + yard was certainly a nice perk. It provided everything we needed and could've wanted for a 75-degree weekend in ATL. Communication with Michael was great and logistics (check-in/check-out process) was turn key! Highly recommend this place and will definitely be back soon!

This was my best VRBO experience! The home was perfect. It looked exactly like the pictures. The kitchen was my favorite. We spent the majority of our stay in the massive kitchen. Mike was also an excellent host and made sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this property!

We rented the property for 16 bridesmaid. It was perfect and it has a huge seating and breakfast area.

Pretty new construction build in the heart of BuckHead. Everything was as promised and Michael communicated daily to make sure there was no issues. Definitely recommend.
