Beautiful Ocean front 2 bedroom condo in Iconic Art Moderne Bldg in Hollywood
Magnifiquement mis à jour condo 2 chambres en plein milieu de la Hollywood Broadwalk. Vue magnifique sur l'océan avec salle à manger patio; Cuisine entièrement équipée avec tous les nouveaux appareils; une salle de bain Jack et Jill reliant les chambres. Une double douche et une douche extérieure ainsi.

The condo was just exactly as listed. We had everything and more that we needed. Owners went above and beyond to accommodate us and our schedule.

We were so lucky to find this condo available for the dates were needed after another VRBO we had reserved almost 3 months earlier changed their Condo Rules and wouldn't allow us to rent for a week - only monthly. Dimitri and Lea were great at communications; easy check-in to a very cute condo that has great access to the beach. We didn't need anything (even though I brought a couple of things I thought we might need - like a small cooler for the beach or grocery shopping). We didn't cook, but had we wanted to, there is a well stocked kitchen. Very comfy beds and couches. You can walk to all of the restaurants and bars along the Broadwalk. Live music Wed - Sun at the bandshell near Margaritaville. The bandshell was there when I was a kid living in Hollywood in the 60's. A huge bonus is the parking spot right at the condo building.

Perfect getaway for my daughter and me. Steps to the beach. Everything we needed. Peaceful sunrise and easy walk to casual restaurants. I could have stayed longer!

Our stay was perfect and did not want to leave! Perfect location close to the beach. Well stocked kitchen and everything was clean! Great selection of beach chairs for use and close distance to restaurants, bars, etc. Would stay here again!

My best friend and I stayed here for 10 nights in January and absolutely loved it! The location on the Broadwalk was perfect, apartment was clean and comfortable, hosts were very responsive and helpful. We'll be back for sure!

Just my sister and I got away for a few days for rest and relaxation. Sun, beach, and a great place to run/walk was important to us. This place was right on the beach and the broad walk was perfect for the exercise!

Our family (2 grandparents w 2 adult grandsons 21+) enjoyed immensely staying at the Sandpiper #7 WITH PARKING (this is a very big plus in the area)! Dimitri and Lea were great and very responsive but all we needed was in reach, stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, lots of towels that smelled great btw (nothing worse than musty towels :)) plus beach chairs and boogie boards. The large flat screen TV came in handy for the rainy day sports viewing, too! Restaurants, a few fun spots for the 21+ crowd and parks, all within walking distance. We had friends visit last minute who were able to stay two blocks away so we all had a great time! Ocean was refreshing and was our daily activity, so a great time was had by all-We will return so thanks Dimitri and Lea!

We have been staying here for 4 years now and hopefully many more. Dimitri and Lea are the best hosts, they treat you like family. The location on the broadwalk is a perfect spot,not too crowded but close to the action.

This spot is becoming our go to place to stay when visiting Ft. Lauderdale. The location is perfect plus you have access to the Circuit so no rental car needed. And Dimitri and Lia are terrific hosts - always responsive and friendly!

We had the best 2 weeks, weather, the place provided everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Dishes, pots pans, beach chairs & towels, lotion & potions, coffee maker plus.

Lea and Dimitri are fantastic hosts. They own 2 properties side by side. This year our "girls trip" reached 8 women so we rented both units. Our group range in age from 27 to 59 and everyone had a great time. This was our second year in a row staying in this property. We plan on doing it every year.
The properties are very well equipped with beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. All in very good condition. There are also plenty of bath towels and face clothes, toilet paper and garbage bags. You couldn't ask for a better place to stay.

Perfect location on the broadwalk. Open the front door and the ocean is right there. Easy walk to restaurants and concerts almost every night at margaritaville bandshell. Condo has everything you need. Beach chairs and beach umbrellas were fantastic to use. Comfortable beds and nice standard bathroom. Parking spot is a must as limited parking in Hollywood. Able to park a rental SUV in the spot. Our family (imcluding 3 yr old child) loved this place. Hosts were very accessible and responsive. Would certainly stay again. Beach is amazing. So much fun.

We were extremely pleased with the property. It was clean and well-equipped. Communication with the owners was outstanding. The location was the absolute best! It is directly on the beach and within easy walking distance to everything on the Broadwalk. The only downside was having to leave!

Property owner made check in, check out and everything in between seamless. Property came with all the necessities for a great day at the beach - umbrellas, chairs, towels, toys etc.. My family of 4 was very comfortable. If your looking for the beach life this is the place to stay.

The view is breathtaking! Located on boardwalk with beach steps from door. Very clean and not crazy packed. Owners were wonderful and worked with all of our needs. Breaks my heart to leave. We will be back ♥️

Thus location would be hard to beat. Easy walking distance to restaurants and lounges. The owners make checking in and out so easy. One of the owners of another was staying at their condos and were very helpful with suggestions as well. Beach is gorgeous. we were all very comfortable there.

Just across the Broadwalk to the beach and walking distance to restaurants, bars, convenience stores and shops. We even enjoyed dinner on the shared patio space. The Circuit picked us up for a quick trip to Publix for groceries as well. We will definitely be back!

You absolutely can’t beat this location. Right on the beautiful beach with all you need in walking distance. The unit met our needs perfectly and the owners were extremely helpful and responsive with anything we needed. We would absolutely go back.

The condo was very cute! Well maintained and clean. Loved the atmosphere. Close to the beach and could sit on the upper deck watching the activity on the Broadwalk and beach. Will recommend to all my friends!
