After much VRBO research we found this home in the Lakewood area. Our group was 4 adults and two kids (ages 9 and 7). Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The kids enjoyed the puzzles and Legos we found for them to play with too! The home had chocolates on the pillows, some snacks in the kitchen and built in shampoo, conditioner and body wash which was a nice touch as my husband forgot his! I also appreciated the blow driers in the bathrooms – I didn’t even bring mine from home since I knew they were available. There is a home nearby with little goats in the yard (fenced in) just down the street (about 4 houses down or so) which my kids loved to walk down to see. Holbrook Park is nearby and close enough to walk to. We did a Walmart grocery pickup and there are two locations less than a mile away so that was very handy. It snowed during our trip so we didn’t use the backyard much, but it was a nice size and we did grill our last night. This is a nice, quiet neighborhood and a nice, clean house. Nathan and Karissa were great hosts and always got back to me right away with any questions we had. I would recommend this house and stay there again myself!

We returned here based on a prior visit. It did not disappoint! This house has everything anyone could want and is close to Denver, Golden and excellent outdoor activities. During the pandemic, we had not left our state and this was the first time we ventured out. Knowing how clean this house was (we stayed here in December 2019), it was our first choice to return. This home is perfect for family gatherings and is stocked full of every little item needed to cook, relax and enjoy family time. The owners are amazing and we now consider this our "home in Denver". Do not hesitate to stay here. You will not be disappointed!!!

We recently stayed for a family wedding. The property was clean with plenty of room to accommodate our family. The fenced in backyard was great with a grill and table and chairs. Nathan and Karissa were helpful answering our question regarding staying there during COVID. it was the perfect place for us to celebrate the wedding and also spend safe, quality time with our family. Highly recommend!

Beautiful big Private Grassy backyard With grill. Super access to everything. Very convenient area. Lovely parks around. Really friendly neighbors. We felt so at home we never wanted to leave. We’ve stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and this one was by far the best stocked property! The owner genuinely cares about how you feel about your stay and checks in to make sure things are going smoothly. Quiet place and perfect for our needs. We’ll be back!

As first time renters, we couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience! The property owners established an open line of communication from the moment we booked our trip. When we arrived, the house was just as described and pictured- clean and organized with thoughtful extras (like outdoor toys for kids to play with and a binder full of local attractions to visit) for us to enjoy. The location of the house provided easy access to Denver and Golden and was near to local amenities as well. We truly enjoyed our experience and are so thankful to have been able to use this house as our home away from home.

This VRBO exceeded our expectations. The place was immaculate, larger than we expected, beds comfortable, and a great location. The basement has 2 full baths and 2 bedrooms...perfect for kids that don't want to be with the adults all the time! Hosts really wanted to make us feel at home. Extra touches like chocolate on the pillows, a basket of snacks in the kitchen, etc. Highly recommend!

Couldn’t ask for a better more convenient clean house for a Colorado outdoor vacation

Thus duplex is well appointed - from the goodie basket and chocolate on the pillows to the binder on local amenities. Owners are very responsive abd willing to help. There were 8 of us and never ran out of hot water. Large table made it easy to eat and play cards

I knew going into this rental that the property was everything I wanted. We were celebrating many special events and holidays. It seemed like the perfect place but it far exceeded the listing. I am a veteran VRBO renter and I was still stunned. This rental had everything I could have wanted and more. It is very centrally located with easy access to Denver, Golden and Boulder. It is quiet, clean (no, pristine) and welcoming. The hosts are like family and are super easy to contact. We were happy to meet them in the driveway. We are fortunate that we will be able to use this rental in the future as my daughter lives nearby and her tiny home (a true tiny home) is only big enough for the people/cats who already live there!!! You cannot go wrong with this rental. I could go on and on. Feel free to ask the owners questions but you can be assured that you will not regret a stay here!!! We will absolutely be back.

We rented this house for a Thanksgiving family get together. It was an excellent choice. This is a nice good-sized home it a nice neighborhood. There are four spacious bedrooms, ATV room downstairs with two nice couches and another upstairs. A great kitchen, very well-equipped. It works great for us. The owners were very responsive and helpful. I would definitely rent from them again.

Perfect location, close to mountains, downtown and easy drive from the airport. House is very well equipped with everything you could want and more. Lots of space to spread out with a large group, although we only had 5 it would be so easy to have twice that and not feel crowded. Will definately book again on our next trip.

Clean, well kept and exactly as described. Nathan was responsive to all questions during stay. Immediate action when issue communicated. Amenities were as good as a hotel - extra towels, hair dryers, shampoo and toiletries were available. Amazing service - will definitely stay there next Denver trip!! Highly recommend.

Communication from owners was immediate! Home is perfect for multi generation family reunion. Small children will love the goats that live a few doors down. Goat owner encouraged us to feed with bushes planted by the fence. Pack and play and high chair available Numerous parks within 2 miles. The house is very clean, all beds comfortable and two stories allows early risers to move around downstairs without bothering those sleeping upstairs. Had extended family visit for dinner and still plenty of dishes and room. Table and back yard are fantastic. Best stocked kitchen, sheets, towels I have ever seen at a vrbo Internet and tv were great. Even got hbo so those wanting to watch last episode of game of thrones. I can’t say enough about how pleased we were to stay here. Hope we can return in the future. Thank you. T

Lots of little extras that made us feel more like home and avoided the need for a quick trip to the mall. Convenient for stores and Starbucks. Nice neighborhood for a walk. Convenient for freeways and light rail. Quiet.

This was our second time staying at this home and again we loved it! Karissa & Nathan are so welcoming and helpful. It is the perfect vacation home for our whole family!

We stayed in the house during our Spring Break and it was everything we expected and more. The house was spacious enough to accommodate the adults and children in our family. Karissa and Nathan were informative and accommodating. They were always readily available to provide assistance.

We loved this place. We come to Denver 1-2x a year and have stayed at many VRBO rentals and this has been our favorite. It is the only place we have stayed with a totally finished and renovated basement. We had 3 adults and 2 children, but this place would easily accomadate several more people. We have a special needs son and both our children are extremely sensitive and allergic and this place is spotless, recently updated and the kitchen is well stocked so we were able to cook all our meals. Will stay here again!

We had a great time at this location in Lakewood. The home was fabulous with a big backyard for our grandson to enjoy. The house was comfortable and well supplied, too. We had a tiny problem with the dishwasher and Nathan had it fixed in no time flat. This is a great place to stay with a family, we would love to return!!!

Good location. Very good and comfortable space - very airy and modern.

We stayed here for a family gathering celebrating our son's graduation from Mines. We had two sets of grandparents, parents and siblings. The home was perfect for our needs. The large dining table fit everyone easily, and served as a base for late night games. The kitchen worked well for us as we cooked most meals. We had to be creative with some cooking gear, but we got it done. The home worked well with two main floor bedrooms for grandparents, with same floor bathroom which was well-suited for mobility challenges. We stayed in the lower level bedroom with attached bath. My wife loved the shower and the bed was great. The owners responded quickly to any request/question we had and clearly are working hard to provide a quality stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean. The dining room table was the centerpiece of our stay, which was perfect. Beds were comfy and big. Nice large, smart TV’s. This is one of the few places on the West side side of town that is easily accessible to the suburbs like Littleton. Close to mass transit which puts you minutes from downtown too. Super easy to get to the mountains from this location as well. Great Location! Nice updated bathrooms, stocked kitchen. It was easy to feel at home here. Owners were always available and accommodating. If you rent a car, there is a garage to use, which is great in the winter months. Loved it.

My family and I very much enjoyed staying here for a Thanksgiving/Reunion. The large dinning room table and open, well-stocked kitchen worked perfectly for our big group. The beds were very comfortable and the entire house was spotless. The owners go the extra mile to make your stay a pleasant one!
