We enjoyed staying at the condo very much. The location perfectly supported our photography hobby. It is located between the Merritt Island Natural Wildlife Refuge and the Orlando Wetlands in Christmas, FL. It is also convenient for viewing and photographing space launches. The condo is comfortable and quickly became home for us. It was well stocked with essentials and very clean. Access to the pool is convenient as well. There are many restaurants to choose from and we even enjoyed an evening at the Titusville Playhouse. The owners were easy to communicate with and supportive of our arrival arrangements. We highly recommend this VRBO.

We have family in the area — parents, and our granddaughter’s family. This was a perfect place for us, and allowed our granddaughter and our great grandson to stay with us one night. The 2 bedrooms with 2 baths is perfect for two couples. It is located in a country club area — very nice and safe. It is close to grocery stores, Walmart, restaurants etc — so very convenient. The place was spotless when we arrived. The property manager was very helpful and kind even when I called to get info she had already sent us. We would certainly stay again.

We had a wonderful stay, we would definitely stay here again. Owner's were wonderful to work with, condo was very clean and we'll stocked. Out of five stars we give it a ten!

We had a great week staying there. Had so much stuff stocked with everything. Coffee pot, pots, pans, as we made dinner lunch and breakfast will all the supplies. Beds were very comfortable and great location for the pool and other nearby places around Titusville!

This condo is well stocked with everything you will need, even small details like hand soaps at every sink and shampoos in the showers. Very tidy and clean. Only drawback was the beautiful pool available was freezing cold.

Included a lot of items like dish soap and laundry detergent. Best experience that we have had with VRBO.

The place was just as advertised. Close to everything. Perfect for our Christmas week visiting with our grandchildren.

Very clean...spotless would best describe this home. Updated villa in a quite safe area. Furnishings...sofa, chair, beds all top quality. Kitchen with all the equipment including a washer/dryer combo...everything quality and working. Just a joy to stay here! Thank you...I'm sure we'll return.

Took the family to Florida so we could find our forever home, stayed a week and it was just like being home everything we needed was here plus some (a fantastic pool) home and pool was very clean beds super cozy a quiet safe neighborhood excellent front row parking just an all around perfect place and the owner was very accommodating of my early check in and was available any time anyway for any questions

We came to visit family in the area, but it's such a great location for many popular destinations. We were even able to make it to Disney for a day. The place was very clean and suited our needs perfectly. Loved having the pool right out the back door. Our host, Terri, was very prompt with responses if we didn't know how to turn something on, and also was kind enough to check on us as our stay overlapped Hurricane Ian's trek across FL. We look forward to staying there again!

A perfect, quiet place to relax and unwind.

We really enjoyed our time at this condo. We were able to go to sea world, aquatica, the beach, enchanted forest, merritt island (for some manatee watching and hiking), bioluminescent kayaking and watch a seaturtle lay her eggs. Not to mention, it was the perfect location to work at Kennedy space center all week and it is very well stocked. What a great vacation!

Great little condo stocked with everything you need and pool right out the back door. The location is awesome minutes away from everything you need. We go to Titusville annually this was definitely our favorite rental

We made a quick trip to KSC this week with our grandson and daughter. It was nice to have more bedrooms instead of a hotel room to give our "loud" sleepers some space. This condo was reasonably priced, clean, comfy and convenient! We would love to come back when we have more time because there was so much to do in the area. Terri saved the day for us when my internet got hung up in making the reservations and ended up reserving the wrong dates! I was so thankful that she was attentive and able to make the correction for us!

This was the best decision we made! The location was great and our family was able to relax and enjoy our time together without the hassle and expense of a hotel. Highly recommend this place!!

This is an amazing property. Close to everything, has a private pool, comfortably slept 6 people. Amenities included were above and beyond expectations for previous rentals elsewhere.... would definitely stay here again and again!!! I cannot express how wonderful it made our trip to be able to truly REST and RELAX in this living space. Highly recommend it to anyone seeking a quiet, private, quality room with excellent service from start to finish to book this one now..... search no more!

If you golf…you can’t get any closer to the golf course. You are right in the middle of it. The kitchen if fully stocked and the owner gives you a great list of sights to see and restaurants. Nice neighborhood to walk in. All the stores you need are within 5 miles. You do have to drive to beaches.

Nice neighborhood close to restaurants and activities...lots of rocket launches too!! The Golf Course is well maintained and reasonably-priced. There is a nice view from the outdoor patio are...close to the pool and grilling patio area. The kitchen was well equipped and updated...including an over and under washer/dryer. The only downside for us at our age was the high beds (literally had to use a stepping stool to get into bed) and lack of comfortable seating in the living space. The bed was comfortable once I got in...(-; the owners and property manager were very easy to communicate with and response was quick to any inquiries.

I was skeptical at first because I had never rented a home with vrbo. The experience went so smoothly and was so much better than a cold hotel room. The home was beautiful, well stocked with pots, pans and general utensils. We enjoyed the mornings with a cup of coffee sitting on the screen porch. This property is centered in the area where we were never far from outside activities. We enjoyed a wonderful week and had family dinners with our children that live in titusville. We will be doing this again. Thank you for everything.

We go to Orlando to a drag racing event in December every year. We have said at this location the last three years. We love it.

I don't often leave reviews, but this trip we stayed in 2 VRBO's and I'm leaving feedback on both. This condo was one of our favorites that we've stayed in. So well stocked, beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, and so much more. The communication with the owners and their local caretaker was excellent! We would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and quiet place to stay. We all really liked all the little extra items in the condo too (full size shampoos, seasonings, etc.) those came in useful as we only brought carry ons for the trip. There were clear instructions to check in and out as well. Rooms were extremely spacious and we loved sitting in the screened in porch area. Great location and private condo feel plus comfortable beds, couldn’t ask for more!

Very nice, clean and perfect for us. I would definitely stay here again if we travel to this area. The only concern we had was road construction on street of the property which caused a long detour to get in and out.

What a great condo, the pool was literally steps away!!! I’m short if your looking for a clean and beautiful condo definitely consider this one!! I’m also going to give the Pro’s & Con’s. While there aren’t many Con’s depending on who you come with it could make a difference. Pro’s: Clean, clean, clean!! This is very important to me. Steps to the pool, the water was refreshing. Laundry area in the condo, while something like this isn’t a dealbreaker for me, it’s so nice when it’s there!! The condo is stocked from the kitchen dishes, towels, beach toys, etc. it’s awesome. The neighborhood is quiet, which we like. Again, an amazing condo. Con’s: while there are only two, they are important for us. The couch, for us it was uncomfortable, maybe not for anyone else, but definitely for us. The beds in each bedroom were very comfortable, yet high off the ground. For my husband & I this wasn’t a problem. For my elderly mom though it was difficult for her to get in and out of bed. Even mom said though, once she was in the bed it was very comfortable!! Another good thing in my opinion, when I messaged the owner about the couch she got back to me very quickly. Just a great family that is sharing their piece of paradise.

This property was just perfect for our needs. The back door is just steps from the gated pool! There is a covered grill out by the pool so we were able to grill some burgers even on a rainy day. The kitchen is very well appointed and the in unit laundry super convenient. The only down side was the master shower was low on hot water flow, but we just showered in the other bathroom, so that really did not detract from our experience. Just loved it!
