We did not get to do all we wanted due to Hurricane Debby. Some of the sheets had to be washed before they could be slept in. The condo fit all eleven of us. We did not feel crowded.

Pros:
- The location was good with a public beach right across the road. It seemed somewhat centrally located. I can’t say much more than that to compare to other properties as we haven’t stayed at many.
- Having the garage was great - it kept our vehicles cool with a bit more protection from the public.
- The pool area was clean, but kind of small for adults. The pool itself was very clean.
- Good size unit for 14
- The A/C was cold
- it had a lot of cooking supplies and the decor was nice
Cons:
- The unit was not the cleanest. The floors under beds and tables demonstrated how little care was taken to clean. Or it was rushed.
- Our coffee table was falling apart which we fixed ourselves.
- The walls were filthy in areas and we found garbage in some drawers.
- The shower curtains clearly had mold and mildew built up at the bottoms which was a huge turnoff.
- the beds are not comfortable, at all. You can see them bowing in the middle.

The stay was nice. The only thing was the t.v in some of the rooms, wasn't working good. They did more buffing show the t.v. the neighbors upstairs was ranning around up stairs. We j up.n̈

This unit was just what the family needed to get together with a party of 12 in the group, Rooms was very nice and clean. Lazy River and Hot tub was a plus. Just relaxing Vacation. Will Book here again.

The place was awesome however the parking situation was not. We were told that the meters were free after November 1st however that was not the case. On top of paying for the condo, I had to cough up another $120 for the parking meters. Also on Friday night the guests right above our condo were having a party that lasted ALL night. They were running back and forth, scraping furniture across their floor and screaming obseneties from their balcony. The music was loud and it never stopped.

Myrtle Beach isn’t my favorite place but this villa was exactly what we needed. The rooms were spacious with plenty of storage. The kitchen and living room were larger than expected. The layout worked great for our group of mixed ages. I was worried that the pool area would be loud and crazy but it was actually very quiet. Although nights were loud and the location of the villa makes it difficult to not hear the traffic. A sound machine did the trick. The kitchen is not well stocked. Not even salt and pepper shakers however we only cooked breakfast therefore it wasn’t a big deal. Again, this villa was exactly what we needed at the time and the owners were welcoming and friendly to work with.

This property was perfect for us. Very clean and had more than enough space for all of us. Short walk to the beach and the kids loved the pool, hot tub, and water sprinklers. Condo has plenty of utensils to cook and eat with. We will definitely book this room again!!

Everything we needed, with the exception of kitchen tongs. Space was well laid out and the new LVP floors are beautiful. Beds were ok, not the most comfy, but I’ve slept on worse. Plenty of bath towels, although at least one was questionably clean. Everything worked as it should.
We stayed during Christmas when the weather was extremely cold. With the unit being on the first floor above the parking garage, the concrete slab floor had brisk, cold wind circulating below us and the floor was like ice which made it impossible to get warm even with the heat on 75. We all found it necessary to keep our shoes and coats on throughout our stay at the condo. However, we made the best of it and had a good time.
It was remarkably quiet even with another large family in the neighboring condo.
Management was quick to respond throughout the process.
Overall, we would recommend.

The condo was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans to cook meals for my family. We had room to move around without feeling like we were on top of each other.
The master was very bright at night from the lights on the hotels across the street, and Ocean Drive was rather noisy, but otherwise it was a great place to stay.

I had 7 night stay with all my family of 13. Check in is easy as it gets just find room and enter code provided week of arrival date. I rated 3 star on cleanliness because there seemed to be leftover sand around our room. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pans. DEFINITELY NOT BEACHFRONT. your one street away from the beach and the front building block the view. Easy access around restaurants and grocery store. Overall great spacious condo definitely recommended!!

Family Vacation Paradise!!!
My family and I came into town to celebrate my daughter's 2nd birthday. We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. Exactly as pictured and actually way bigger layout than we anticipated. It was lovely to have an open floor plan to entertain, but also nice that there were enough rooms for all of our company to have privacy as well. Highly recommend!

Great family time
I traveled with a party of 9. We had plenty of room and a wonderful time. There were only a couple items that would have made our stay better. The pool is only 3 ft deep all the way around, the older kids (Age 9 and 12) quickly got bored with that and wanted to go to the beach all day, which the younger kids in our group (2 and <1) couldn’t handle. The only other downside was the cleaning. I expected more since we pay a pretty hefty cleaning fee, especially during the crazy COVID times we are living in. There was jelly still smeared on the kitchen table and a lot of old food in and under the couch, luckily we didn’t need to sleep on the sofa bed, I don’t know that I would have wanted anyone to do that. We broke out the Lysol wipes as soon as we arrived to clean everything up. But for the most part, our group really enjoyed ourselves. Location to the beach was great and we were within walking distance of many shops and restaurants.

Lots of space
We shared this condo with 4 teenagers 4 adults and 2 children and never felt crowded. The street it’s on is a busy street and is kinda loud and the fountains within the pool area are loud outside the bedroom but the kids seemed to love them. If you have small kids would recommend for the pool but I would have preferred beach front as my kids are older and didn’t care about the pool.

Perfect for Large Busy Family
Well equipped kitchen, spacious, lots of seating. Located a quick 2 minute walk to the beach. Five minutes from the boardwalk. On a very busy street. Fun to people watch from the balcony. Lazy river and water splash park is fun for the kids, but makes the balcony extremely noisy. Place needs a good cleaning.

Great stay for the family
This was a great choice to accommodate our family. Easily accommodates a large family and is located right across the street from the beach. Stores and food options are all within walking distance and the condo is pretty clean. The only negative complaint from the whole family were the bugs flying around the condo biting everone the whole week we stayed there. We kept the condo pretty clean but every family member had bites so it would be great to have the condo exterminated. They were in the kitchen, the bathrooms, and bedrooms.

Very nice place!
We would definitely rent this place again. It was clean, close to the beach (across the street), near several shops and places to eat. The owners were prompt with replies. I would recommend this place to anyone who visits the area!

Great Condo, Great Location, but there are some things to think about...
We usually rent a large beach house in North Myrtle but this year we had a much smaller group so we looked for something a bit smaller, this condo suited our needs quite well. The condo is well appointed and spacious and conveniently located one level above the parking garage. Lucky for us, we had great weather all week and greatly appreciated the short walk across the street to the beach. There is also a market close by to pick up odds and ends which turned out to be quite useful. Now, there are somethings with the condo that are 100% out of control of the owners. Also keep in mind we were in Myrtle the busiest week of the year. First off, it's noisy. Three of the four bedrooms are on S. Ocean Boulevard, the cars, motorcycles, mopeds, golf cars, trucks etc. go up and down the street all hours of the night, which makes for quite a lot of noise in the bedrooms. The pool was closed one day and we were not notified why or when it would re-open. When I called the leasing office, they had no idea what was going on and had to call me back. Not a big deal, but still a pain none the less, not something we are used to. Also, it's not really a "pool" per say, but a lazy river with a kiddie area and it gets quite crowded in the afternoon. But the BIGGEST ISSUE, by far is the parking. We counted 40 parking spaces (after subtracting 8 compact car spaces and 4 handicapped spaces) for the two condo buildings, with a total of 40 condos, that makes for one parking space per condo. We received 3 parking passes for our condo alone, assuming each condo is giving out multiple passes per unit, there certainly is not enough parking. Adjacent to the authorized parking area is a completely empty lot, that was not being used, even the busiest week of the season. It's quite a pain to come home after a family evening out and have to drive around for hours looking for a space, hoping someone leaves from the authorized parking areas. We were not so lucky one night and parked in the adjacent lot (with several other people from our condos) and sure enough, as we suspected we got towed. It's our own fault of course, a $250 mistake, but not sure what else we were supposed to do since there were literally zero parking spaces available. Seemed quite odd to us that there were not enough parking spaces available but a completely empty lot literally two feet away that multiple people from our condo were getting towed from all week. Just some things to think about...

Wonderful Unit!
For our crew, this turned out to be the best place we've ever rented. It was so spacious and well appointed. All beds were comfortable, it was clean and the kitchen was, by far, the best equipped kitchen in any place I've ever rented. I have rented several cottages that I had a great deal of difficulty finding enough pot, pans, dishes and so forth to cook a decent meal, but this condo had everything! I always take a vegetable peeler and a sharp paring knife with me and I didn't even need it! There was plenty of seating in the living area and at the kitchen table to seat everyone comfortably. We were in the hot tub and lazy river every day and never missed not having a pool. Another plus was in dealing directly with the owner. Communication was outstanding and the rate better than if I'd gone through an agency. I will definitely want to stay here again.

Perfect Condo!
We stayed here 5/21/16 thru 5/26/16, 6 adults and 2 small children. This condo was very spacious for all of us and we felt so comfortable, like we were at home! It was fully stocked with everything you may need, large bedrooms and I loved the way it was decorated too, beachy!! The air conditioner was not working very well when we were there but we called the number for someone to come fix it and it was fixed within a couple hours - great service! The pool area was a good size with plenty of chairs and a cute little play area for kids. Excellent location to the beach, very short walk. I would 100% recommend this condo to anyone wanting to visit Myrtle Beach, close to all the restaurants, Boardwalk, beach and anything else you may need. Another thing that was so great is that the owners are extremely easy to work with and respond to your inquiries very quickly! A great stay!

Labor Day
We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. Location is great, close to and in the center of everything. Shopping, Restaurants, and the Beach at your fingertips. We were able to walk and not have the hassle of getting stuck in the strip traffic. Love the set up of the kitchen where everyone was able to set together for dinner. It was a short weekend for us but we plan to stay again in the future when we return to MB. You will not be disappointed. The owners were very professional and prompt with responses to any and all questions that I had. Thanks for the wonderful experience !!!!

Perfect get away
We had a great time at this condo. It was very roomy and my family and I enjoyed it very much. We were right in the center of everything. We were in walking distance to the beach and amusement park as well as shopping. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking in if we chose to do so. The owners were very helpful and they responded right away when I needed them. I would stay here again the next time i visited Myrtle Beach. I would also recommend this condo to others.

Perfect for Ripken Experience/Vacation
This place is fabulous!!!! So much better than the pictures! Check in and check out process was a breeze. Communication with owner was stellar! I would most definitely stay again in the future. It was perfect! All the rooms were spacious and I absolutely loved the decor. The location was prime and only just a few miles from the Ripken Experience. It was so much to do within walking distance, we were able to let the teens go and do their own thing in the afternoon. The beach was close and pool was just outside the balcony. This place is a must if you're visiting Myrtle Beach!

Softball Tournament
Our men's military softball team routinely uses VRBO to book places to stay when we travel. Of the many places we have stayed, this one takes the cake. We reserved this 4BR (305974) unit as well as the owners 6BR (287168) unit located in the same building. The owners were a pleasure to deal with from Day 1 through our departure and in the weeks since our stay. They were quick to respond to our inquiry regarding rates and extremely gracious and accomadating to our needs. As for the properties, both are very spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax, hangout, eat, and sleep. We had 12 adults staying in the 6BR and 8 adults in the 4BR with everyone having a bed, although additonal sleeper sofas were available if needed in both units. Parking was very easy, the condos offer both covered and uncovered parking for larger vehicles. The location is great with plenty of shopping and food within walking distance or just a short drive away. The pool area is very large and nice, although being winter we were unable to take advantage of it. We will definetely be booking these units again if our travels bring us back to Myrtle Beach.

Beautiful Place
I was extremely pleased with our place to stay during our vacation at Myrtle Beach for the Thanksgiving week. My son lives in Georgia, my step son lives in Florida, we live in Maryland, so I was looking for a place that travel would not be that hard on anyone, and Myrtle Beach was it. The condo was very nice, with plenty of room, there was 10 of us all together. Everything we needed was there for us to make a traditional Thanksgiving dinner. I love having our family together and this place helped to make this happen. Would recommend this to everyone.

Awesome condo!
Awesome is what my family exclaimed when we walked into this condo. We were there the third week in August, 2014. Everything was just as the listing described. The air conditioning felt great and the rooms were clean and spacious with TVs and DVD players in each. Large, fully equipped kitchen. All we had to do was to pick up a few groceries at one of the nearby stores to make a meal. A large balcony that overlooked the pool area with the lazy river and kiddie water park that my grandson loved. We were even able to watch the fireworks from there on Wednesday night. This condo is conveniently located. The beach, restaurants and amusement park are all within walking distance.
This is a great place for families and friends to meet for a vacation or special occasion.
The owner was pleasant and easy to work with in booking this property.
Would love to come back.

Great condo!
This is a great condo to stay in and was perfect for our family. The kids enjoyed the lazy river and the kiddie pool area. It had lots of room, was very clean, and is within easy walking distance to the beach. The rates were very reasonable and the owners were a pleasure to work with!
The only downside (that was also mentioned in the previous review) is that it's close to the street and you can hear the motorcycles racing down the street, but that is out of the owner's control, which is why we also gave it an Excellent rating. Thanks for a great stay for our first time in Myrtle Beach!!

Very Spacious, Clean, and Great Location!!!
We had 5 adults and 3 children with us and could have had another 4 people easily. This place was really spacious. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean and neat. It was nice having TV's in every room with DVD players. The only complaints I would have is that the Master Bedroom has a sliding door that is closest to the road (Main Drag in Myrtle) and at night you can hear every car (especially those blasting base), motorcycle and pedestrian as they go by as this is a first floor condo. The other rooms didn't have that complaint. The pool is mostly a lazy river that finally worked our last day there, but the kids loved it and swam all day. It was nice having two hot tubs, but only one worked (heat wise) for our week. I know they were trying to fix it, but the one hottub was always full. I know these are things that are out of the owner's control and that is why I gave an excellent rating. We did have some noise issues with some teenagers celebrating their graduation in the condos next to ours. This was handled very well by the condo association's president and the security guards they have working there. It was nice to know that the securty guards are there all night. Thanks for a great vacation.

Fabulous condo
This condo was amazing. Very clean and had everything we needed for a great week. Very close to the beach and many attractions.
