Great stay host is reliable home is beautiful will stay again

We had a wonderful time in the Woodlands! The pool was incredible and the house was well appointed. We all were very comfortable. Carlos even had a portable-crib for my grandson. The location was so close to many things including the wedding venue in Tomball, TX. We all agreed it was one of the nicest VRBO homes we have stayed in. Thank you!

Great property to rent for family visiting!

This is our second trip to the Woodlands, and second time staying in this house. This is a wonderful, comfortable home and a perfect location. and Carlos, the host, is very accommodating, and good communication. Will definitely stay here again

Property is in a quiet neighborhood which is a plus! Backyard is beautiful, which is why we chose this property. If you plan on staying at please be aware this property has ants in the bathroom, host was notified and only said there shouldn’t be ants the house was sprayed in February that was the first night. Next day the key in the shower broke so a family of 7 had only 2 bathrooms. When the host was notified he advised us to turn the water off in that bathroom. I’m on vacation I had to go out and buy tools to turn water off. The host charged me extra money to have the pool heated… it never heated. Still waiting on an inconvenience fee that was promised and as of yet has not received. Vacation was ruined spent most of time communicating with the host trying to explain the pool is not hot and the shower does not work.

Perfect place for a family stay

We loved staying at the property. It is very well located, lots of open spaces. Ideal for families that want a family vacation.

Parking was tight but the backyard and house was perfect !! 5⭐️

We had a family celebration of several family events. As we travel a great distance we celebrate when we can get together. The house was perfect for our family. We celebrated 2 birthdays and our 40 year wedding anniversary. The pool is a great attraction. Ax usual, our 4th rental, the house was immaculate. Many amenities help make staying at the house easy. We will be back again.

Enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed having use of the bikes and pool. Everyone enjoyed having all the comforts of home. Carlos was very responsive to our requests to use the spa.

Please is very clean and beautiful. Neighborhood is very friendly. Great coffee shop and grocery store within 5 mins of the house.

My family came together to celebrate the marriage of one of my daughters. In my search for the perfect home, I looked for a spacious yet cozy family environment where my sons, daughters and extended family could stay together under one roof comfortably. This home was perfect for us. The sleeping accommodations were exactly as represented and quite comfortable. Despite the Texas heat, we were cool and relaxed inside and loved the pool and covered gazebos where we lounged, visited and played games outside. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor cooking area. The ONLY downside was that the outdoor refrigerator had recently stopped working....a slight inconvenience. All kitchen necessities were present as well as plenty of storage containers for leftovers - a plus I have not always found in other properties. The home is much larger than it appears from the outside with a well planned layout, and attention has been given to comfort and enjoyment. The owner proactively texted and emailed information necessary for out stay and was quick to respond when needed. I cannot say enough good about our experience and hope we have the opportunity to visit this wonderful home again.

Near grocery stores, drug stores, gas. Lots of park areas within walking distance. Kitchen a bit bare, no basic spices or oil to cook with. No laundry soap either:( Pool is saving grace in the heat, great BBQ set up outside as well with shade.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was lovely with plenty of room both inside and out to relax and enjoy ourselves. We were able to cook out on the grill by the pool with friends and family

Very nice home. Pool was great , along with the setting of the backyard. We where comfortable and happy. We would stay here again. Spa was only small headache. You need to call to arrange it being turned on. Message in advance for you to use.

This is a great property, and super convenient to stores for any essentials you may need. This is a super clean and quiet neighborhood, and we truly felt at home during our stay. The woodlands is a fantastic place, fun and inviting. We will definitely be back!

The property was perfect for my family and I. The pool and spa was a big hit and the house was gorgeous and in a quiet neighborhood.

The home was fine and communication was ok. Missing cups, silverware, towels and general necessities that it claimed to have. The upstairs living room was unusable because the entertainment equipment was a mass of disconnected cables. I won’t rent this property again unfortunately.

The property was spacious and clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. The owner was extremely quick to respond to my texts when I had questions. Would definitely recommend!

Very beautiful home in a nice centralized location. Had trouble getting the tv in the upstairs loft to work, would possibly recommend a manual to help. Took awhile for the hot tub to heat up, may have been done due to the colder weather they were experiencing.

The house is in a great location and is clean. Big back yard. Nicely appointed rooms. Hot-tub only got so warm. We had to ask permission each time we wanted to use it and pay for use beyond an hour each day. Pool was freezing. Camera overlooking pool to monitor use (kinda creepy). Dryer stopped working. Bring your own paper-towels, napkins, Kleenex, dish-soap, sponges, etc. Had to chase down access info day of arrival. It’s a nice place to stay, just know what you are in for.

We spent 4 days and 3 nights, and could not have been happier with the home. The outdoor kitchen is the perfect spot for gathering after a day at the golf course. The grill was spotless and perfect for grilling steaks. Very quiet neighborhood and close to HEB for groceries. The pool and spa are wonderful although we didn't get a chance to use them - would be great for a summer stay, though. Kitchen is large with lots of prep area. Overall, I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable stay.

Short on towels, spa rarely warm, pool cold, no broom, vacuum, or cleaning supplies. Was a hassle to constantly contact owner for spa use. Rented for pool and spa for family, but issues with temperature and constant asking for them on nearly ruined vacation and family memorial get together. I have extensive notes to be attached.

Overall we had a nice stay. The home was very spacious and comfortable. We had plenty of room to play games, cook, and lounge around. The only drawback indoors was the lack of towels. The listing states linens and towels provided. The house sleeps 12 and there were a grand total of 8 towels and one pool towel. We had to do laundry everyday. You should have 2 towels per person + pool towels + hand towels and wash cloths. If you are not going to have enough towels for each person, please state that in the listing - bring your own towels. We would have. The outdoor space is beautiful, but essentially unusable. We got lucky the first night and were able to use the spa, but night two was short lived as it didn't stay on the entire time. Night three was unable to use at all. The pool/spa pump struggled and was very noisy the entire time it was on and by night three it stopped working altogether. The pool/spa was the deciding factor in choosing this property and was a disappointment. You also have to text him the time you want the spa heater turned on. That was inconvenient as well and he argued about how long I asked for it to be turned on. It takes at least 30 mins for it to heat up and then time for enjoyment. It also made me feel a little uncomfortable knowing that he was doing all this remotely and could see us on camera. He offered to have a repair person come and fix it, but I declined. We shouldn't have to manage repairs during our paid stay. The pool cleaner came on our second day with no warning. I didn't like that either. I understand it's a home rental but again, we shouldn't have to manage service personnel during our paid stay. Also, there was a casserole dish left in the oven with two burritos in it. We found it after preheating the oven for dinner. All this to say, it was an OK stay. Just disappointed we couldn't really use the hot tub because the outdoor space is lovely.

Amazing owner and property

Beautifully equipped home with nice outdoor pool area. Great location and walking paths. Beds were firm and comfortable. Owner reacted swiftly to an upstairs a/c outage and problem quickly resolved. A very enjoyable stay attending a family wedding.
