My family and I came to the Woodlands for our daughter's dance competition. Rather than staying at the resort, we wanted a quiet place where we could also bring our dog with us.
House is completely as described. If anything, the description undersells it. Clean, comfortable, and they supply so many things to make your stay easy! Backyard is beautiful and our dog loved all the wildlife. I really enjoyed having my coffee on the deck each morning and watching the birds. Very quiet neighborhood with direct access to the walking paths around the Woodlands.
Unfortunately, our stay was cut short by the hurricane and loss of power. Owner Debra was extremely communicative and understanding during an extremely stressful time for everyone.
We will definitely be back! Can't say enough good things!

My wife and I stayed here for several days recently. As frequent VRBO renters as we travel, our overall impressions were that this home was definitely one of the best that we've stayed in. Well stocked with every possible need in the kitchen, extremely clean, and a great location from which to visit our children and grandkids. Will definitely stay here again.

As my family prepared to move, we needed room for our family of five. The Peaceful Perch is brilliantly thought out, with amenities such as game room, books for children, comfortable, large, clean bedrooms. The owner/manager generously provided k-cups and starter soaps, toilet paper, paper towels. Could not ask for a better property. I will definitely recommend. Close to Woodlands TPC Golf/Insperity (walking)

Our stay at the peaceful perch was wonderful. A couple of minor issues, (wasps and the disposal) were immediately taken care of which was perfect. The neighborhood is quiet and yes, peaceful! Debra and Matt, expect us back another day!

The property is absolutely amazing! It’s in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything the Woodlands has to offer.
Our family of four plus our puppy were in transition between home sale and relocation overseas. The home provided us with everything we needed. It’s extremely well stocked and organized. The owner is very attentive and pleasant to talk to.
We were very happy with our stay and had zero complaints. We highly recommend this property whether you are visiting the Woodlands or in need of a place to stay in between homes.

Three homes were rented with these wonderful people for a wedding in the Woodlands area. We were absolutely thrilled with our stays, we were able to walk between the properties, all homes, where exactly as pictured. Very pleased & would definitely rent again.

Super nice home that was really a model home. The decor was excellent and filled with plenty of extra little items such as soap and snacks. We felt right at home and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We are already looking forward to returning again for a future stay.

My sisters and brother in law traveled to Texas for our nephew's 50th. I found the Peaceful Perch on line. Everything from the deposit, to check in was very easy. The property manager answered any questions right away. The house is cozy and the beds VERY comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a small group in town for a wedding and this was the perfect place to rest our heads at evening and even host a few friends over. The garage converted to a play room was so much fun, the house was spacious, the backyard was beautiful, and each room was very high quality. All of the guests left very pleased with the experience. A+ communication with the property managers as well, they were on top of everything.

Stayed with our elderly parents for a family wedding and the home was absolutely perfect for our needs. The photos in the description really don’t do the home and interior furnishings justice. Debra was a joy to work with and was very prompt with all communications! Great long stay!
Stayed here for two weeks as we waited to close on our new home as we move back to the area. We were very comfortable and it had all we needed. Beds are comfy! Debra was great and easy to communicate with.

Second Visit is Twice as Nice
We stayed at this property a year ago and again this month. It felt like coming home! The house is so clean and well equipped and was perfect for our children, grandchildren, and granddogs. Communication was superior and Debra was available to answer all sorts of questions from eating out to finding a handing man for my son's house. We will definitely returns!

Awesome Woodlands Home!
A wonderful place to stay in the woodlands. The large house is squeaky clean with comfy beds and a big fenced backyard, which our dog enjoyed. This is the second time we’ve stayed here. Debra, the owner and local realtor, is a great communicator and promptly answered all our questions about the area during our stay. You can’t go wrong staying here.

This is a great rental in the Woodlands, the house is stacked with everything you may need and the owners are quick to respond to any questions. The house is super clean, the beds are vertical comfortable. Great location, right by hike andbike trails and restaurants/shopping. We highly recommend this place.

Another Excellent Stay at Peaceful Perch
This was our second time here and the experience was just as good as the first one. Very well stocked home, everything you could ask for was there. Quiet, beautiful neighborhood in The Woodlands in a great location. Communication with owner is excellent and couldn't ask for more in a short term rental.

Texas IM with Family
Nothing not to love about this property. We were blessed. The owner went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the check in process went comfortably, and everything in the house was as expected. Debra even provided umbrellas to us upon request, even though they were not stocked in the house. The house itself is well taken care of and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. We highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the Woodlands area. Amazing experience.

Perfect location and peaceful!
Our family had a wonderful 2 week stay while waiting to move into our new home. The location was perfect and it was extremely peaceful! It was exactly as described! I also really appreciated how welcoming and helpful the owner was! I would definitely recommend staying here if you're in The Woodlands area!

Perfection!!
This is an amazing place to stay. Extremely clean. Extremely well stocked. The owner is so gracious and thinks of everything you need. I wouldn’t bother to look anywhere else if we needed to stay in the area again. Even our teenage boys loved it here, and that’s saying a lot! 😊

A Perfect Visit
This house allowed my husband and I to spend a wonderful week with my son, daughter-in-law and 2 week old granddaughter. We did not want to stay in a hotel during COVID and were looking for a home that would be safe our newborn grand daughter. We were able to spend 8 days together and even hosted my daughter-in-laws's grandparents and mother. for dinner. The house was set up with everything that we needed. Debra was amazing at prompt communication and really wanted to help us make this trip perfect.

Excellent property
We stayed here for 3 nights, great location to Houston where we took in an Astros game. Lots of parks in the area and walking trails are plenty. This rental is the cleanest rental we have ever stayed at and we notice all the little things that do not get cleaned in between renters. Trust me you will not find hair in the corners or in the drawers in the bathroom, you will not find a crumb in any kitchen drawer, they are clean and everything is neatly placed. The refrigerator and stove are spotless. House was well appointed with everything you need without being over crowed with unnecessary furnishings and clutter. Debra was a great communicator with anything you would need, gave us great tips on the area.

Perfection in The Woodlands
We absolutely loved this property. The house was so clean, super cozy and Debra thought of every single thing her guests may need. The house is well stocked, we enjoyed the snacks and were so thankful for the coffee tray :). Communication was EXCELLENT, neighbors so friendly. The backyard is fantastic and the decks were the perfect place to enjoy dinner. THANK YOU for opening your incredible home to us:).
