poco e niente, posizione comoda, soprattutto per i tour che partono dalla piazza a 5 min a piedi
rumorosissimo, letto matrimoniale = due letti singoli attaccati, lavandino piccolo e "mobile"

La posizione.
Ci è stata data una stanza a piano terra davanti l'accesso all'hotel. Non siamo riusciti a dormire una sola notte per i rumori, tra la gente che entrava e si metteva a parlare, o quella che utilizzava il distributore delle bevande sito all'ingresso. La connessione wifi non funzionava quasi mai, la persona al desk si è disinteressato del problema quando gli è stato fatto presente. Una vera delusione considerando che l'anno precedente ero venuto qui e mi ero trovato piuttosto bene (motivo per il quale sono tornato). Non lo sceglierò mai più nei miei futuri soggiorni a Sofia.

Шумни камериерки, от 8:00 сутринта сядаха на дивана в коридора и започваха говорят на висок глас, до вратата на стаята ни. Въобще не се съобразяваха, че има гости в хотела.

La ubicación de este hotel es excelente, cerca de los puntos más importantes de Sofía. Está limpio y la temperatura muy agradable. Los recepcionistas atentos. El baño bastante amplio. Incluso la vista me pareció interesante.
El Internet fue bastante malo. La cama era un poco endeble.

Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en spreekt engels.
Geweldige locatie met supermarkt om de hoek en de kathedraal op 4 min lopen afstand.
De gordijnen waren moeilijk te verplaatsen omdat ze van de haakjes afgingen.
De kamers zijn gehorig, je kunt mensen horen praten op de gang.

Ottima posizione, vicino alla Cattedrale A. Nevskij, tutti i punti di interesse sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi e il personale è molto disponibile e gentile con i clienti. Hanno soddisfatto pienamente tutte le nostre esigenze, consigliato!

Stanza molto buia, c'era odore di fumo di sigaretta nonostante fosse una camera non fumatori, macchie sui muri, parete della vasca da bagno rotta, letto molto scomodo

La posizione è a 5 min dalla chiesa alexksander, e dalle varie strutture, la struttura è molto accogliente e la pulizia è una delle migliori della Bulgaria, il bagno è comodo, grande, con una doccia enorme

The location was a close walk to all sights.
The room was dusty, smelled of smoke, and had cigarette burns in the bedding. There was a dead bug of some kind on the nightstand and a lighter and old cigarette under the bed (in addition to a lot of dust). My standards of cleanliness are quite high but I was expecting better based on the previous reviews. All of the other places we have stayed in Bulgaria have been cleaner for the same or cheaper price. I can not speak to the spa facilities because we didn't visit them.

Staff were incredibly helpful, location was SO central and the room was quite funky and interesting.
The bed was very low to the ground for some reason and the toilet had a leak from the back (it didn't smell, just leaking regular water - but still not ideal). Only minor points for an otherwise quality stay!

The location is great, although some travelers will find some of the side roads rather dingy. The staff is truly helpful. The masseuse in the downstairs spa was exceptional.
The bed was a short platform one, but it was comfortable. The decor (see the photos on Booking.com) is not for everyone. The patio was pretty dismal.

Small and cozy little hotel located in the heat of Sofia . Very good connected to almost every point of Sofia by underground. Direct line from the hotel to the Airport. however the location is very central hence is quite noisy.
Most of the room are located on the first floor,very close to the main entrance,and the reception so most of the time you can hear every conversation or footsteps.
I think the hotel is worth it .
The staff are very kind.

Half of the saunas did not work, the spa was dirty, the shower was broken and just lay underfoot. The room is clean, but very dark, you can’t see anything, it’s impossible to get together or work normally. The robes had a huge hole.

I couldn't sleep all night because guests near my room was making big noise and disturbing. I couldn't find anybody from the hotel staff so I went to sleep in another hotel because the day after I had to go in airport.

workers were polite and nice with us
all dirty. the room stank so much, because someone smoke in it. there was the carpet which was terrible. moreover, they changed everything for the bed but no one cleaned the shower (we know because the shower gel tube were all in the shower since the first day).
