Large luxury apartment which provides almost everything someone seeks with Pulse Fitness center included and next to the highway and near boyana area and vitosha mountain.

The poor selection of breakfast from the Rose restaurant that is otherwise excellent for lunch and dinner to visit.

The location is great, the view from the apartments is stunning.The apartments are extremely spacious and well designed.

The service is below any standard - I have no words to describe it! There's no concierge, only one person at the reception. At our arrival the lady at the reception desk was eating and talking to us with annoyance. None of the staff we spoke with (including at the swiming pool and the sauna) looked and acted as a professional. The breakfast was from 9.30 am and when I went at 9.40 am to ask why the restaurant is not open, the answer by the receptionist was " I don't know, they usually take the key from me at 9". That was it - no effort to check or to apologise!

The apartment was huge, luxurious and very clean. The guy at the door was very friendly and helpful. Also we had free use of the spa and swimming pool downstairs in the building which was incredible. Can't fault it for a luxury pampering night in Sofia!

The hotel is majestic. The rooms are clean and the staff is helpfull and friendly. The view is breathtaking.Free parking,good location.

Quite a few broken or loose things in the apartment; the restriction that nobody that is not registered can visit the apartment is silly and nonsensical - I can understand the no party policy when it would cause noise and disturbance but to not be allowed guests in principle just because someone in the past has caused a ruckus makes no sense. The whole point to get a huge apartment is to be able to invite a few people, especially during COVID. In the end, not worth it

Nothing, everything was simply amazing

The apartments are huge and the interior is exceptional.

Everything was amazing except for the staff. We had never experienced such bad service from receptionists. It looked like they don’t want clients and weren’t friendly at all. However, the restaurant is exceptional- the staff there is very helpful and the food was amazing.

it was quite dark inside this apartment and main reason to go was to use hot pool with my son. apparently its not allowed for kids so I had to deal with upset kid instead of relax.

Breakfast time , starting from 10 am

Easy to reach from Sofia bypass road, the apartments are really huge. Everything looks good, designers did a really good job. There is a restaurant nearby. Definitely a very good option for a stop by in Sofia.
