Staff gentile e disponibili ad accogliere le nostre richieste; la stanza assegnata da booking ( double standard senza balcone) non era stata pulita bene e quindi ci hanno subito trasferiti in un'altra stanza più grande e comunque pulita. Ottima colazione a scelta con staff a disposizione. Ci siamo trovate per la Pasqua ortodossa e di conseguenza ci hanno fatto trovare a tavola la domenica i dolci pasquali che abbiamo apprezzato come gesto di condivisione culturale. Posizione centralissimo però zona molto tranquilla e poco rumorosa...forse per il periodo in cui abbiamo soggiornato.

Solo piccole cose da migliorare...sostituire la moquette per qualcosa di più igienico. Riconosco che si usa nei paesi dove fa freddo però in un hotel che accoglie gente da tutto il mondo, oggi giorno credo non sia proprio adatto. Lascerei qualche rotolo di carta igienica in più. Almeno nella nostra stanza, il bagno non prevedeva bidet. Hotel 4 stelle in Bulgaria credo corrisponde a 3 stelle in Italia

Amazing breakfast, very well spoken personnel and a surprise cake!

Second night a lot of sound disturbance, 3 hours of water running sounds. Receptionist on duty said it was “normal”.

Friendly staff, clean room, nice atmosphere and great breakfast! Even got a free cake! Really recommend!!

Reverse Parking in a very tight area off narrow lane

Room was nice and clean. Electrics were a bit dodgy though Cleaning staff and dining room manager at breakfast, always smiley and helpful.

The staff at the hotel was exceptional. The moment we walked in Elena (front desk) was so helpful, cheerful and friendly. She immediately made us feel right at a home. Vlrdo (manager) was very accommodating, always helpful and always insisted we come to the bar for happy hour! Lyubomio in the breakfast area was also very friendly and helpful. The bartender (I forgot his name) was also exceptional. The entire staff was great. The breakfast was great and plentiful (fresh made spinach and leek 'banitsa -phyllo pastry) and other delicious offerings. Our room, on the top floor was large and very comfortable and warm. The hotel was in a good location to all the major sights in the old part of town.

Breakfasrt super ans extremely rich

we say special thanks to the owner, who upgraded our room for the rooftop one with big terrasse, and gave us practical advices and support, furthermore had kind conversation with us. The breakfeast was enriched with fresh strawberry and ananas.

Great location, breakfast and large room.

The parking area is so tight. Rather than scratch our car, we parked in a lot. (You can use a better lot at the end of the block)

Clean and every day replacing towels, The owners and the staff were unbelievable friendly and helpful l, Big and bright room Location is just perfect just back of vitoshka Blu. And close to the metro and just in the heart of everything.

Reception offered me bigger room for the same price. Room was spacious and modernly equipped. Central location of the hotel close to Vitosha shopping / restaurant street and also walking distance to all major sight within Sofia downtown. As it was Christmas day, they offered me package breakfast only, but as reimbursement they paid my taxi to the airport on my return.

The location of the hotel is excellent! The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a good breakfast with a variety of options.

While staying at the suite, we had to climb 2 floors each time (without an elevator)- I think it's one of the 2 rooms without an elevator.
