The renovated rooms are very comfy.

It is still a construction site. My room had the view to HVAC battery...

It was one of the best experience I had. The hotel, the rooms were very clean even though there was a construction work. All the reception, housekeeping and breakfast/restaurant staff were very helpful and always met us with happy and smiling faces. Special thanks to Poli and her staff for all friendly conversations and helps during our stay. The hotel is just walking distance from the city centre. I highly recommend it to anyone.

While booking the hotel it was saying "free parking" but while checking in we have been told "it is not free". Didn't want to make a big thing out if it but in general parking can be free for the hotel guests.

The place is run down, bad air (previous smokers?), cracks in bathroom, no slippers which is nice with fitted carpets, really poor fitness room, breakfast lacks fresh juice and has bake off bread. Nothing is 5 star about this place.

Nothing warned about the drilling and banging due to renovations .No discount fir this. Breakfast was included but room service meant paying twice . Mezzanine bad is disappointing.

The noise of the bilters was horrible .from 8 o'clock the morning until 17.00 couldn't sleep or rest.

You should pay extra for almost everything , inconvenient and expensive parking , very very very simple breakfast which is also very expensive . Would not recommend

Overall impression is not positive because the hotel far does not correspond to 5 stars declared. Extremely old and weared out rooms, furniture, etc basically everything. The basics were not in place like sleepers. So if it is 3 star I would say it is ok

I liked the location in that it was close to the mall, and we got to go to the cinema. There's also a nice restaurant called Alforno in the mall. The double room was okay, the shower worked well and I had a good night's sleep.

But the receptionist didn't seem very happy to see us. I wish they were a bit more friendly. Also there was a funny smell in the room. Slightly overpriced for basic hotel room. You're paying for the Hilton brand, but it was very quiet in such a big hotel. You also need to pay for parking which I thought was a rip off. You shouldn't have to pay if you've already paid for a hotel room.
