Le personnel est très aimable autant à l'accueil qu'au restaurant. Le repas du soir était délicieux (canneloni). La salle de sport était une bonne surprise. L'heure du check out (12h) est très bien. Le peignoir est agréable. La literie et les essuies sont vraiment luxueux.

J'ai reçu une chambre pour personne handicapée en chaise roulante. Donc il n'y avait pas de bac de douche pour l'eau écoulée qui coulait partout dans la salle de bains. J'ai dû éponger la salle de bains pendant 30 minutes (pour le prix de la chambre, il n'est pas normal de devoir faire le ménage). La salle de bains est restée trempée toute la nuit et mes pieds mouillés à chaque visite au WC !! L'évier était trrrrès bas alors que je suis grande. Pourquoi me donner cette chambre qui ne convenait pas ??? Le petit déjeuner ne mérite pas du tout le prix demandé ; pas de jus frais, la confiture n'est pas digne d'un hôtel 4 étoiles, le choix est trop limité pour le prix (le petit-déjeuner est bon mais ne vaut pas le prix demandé)...

After upgrading our room and being promised a "much more comfortable space" we were bumped m^2 only. it was a very tiny space with no storage space except a small closet that barely fits anything. Only good thing about the hotel is its aesthetic.

I think overwhelmingly there is a lack of hospitality Check in was clunky (struggled to find my on line booking - then booking dot com contacted me next day to ask why I had not checked on) Breakfast staff clearly have issues abd bickered all morning (only went once) amongst themselves - forgot my omelette etc But I stayed for 6 days and in and out of the hotel not once did any staff say hello or greet me - despite walking straight past the desk I think it is poor in this price point and speaks to a culture of lack of customer service

The decor was nice

The tiny window in the room half of it was frosted so could see out. The ceiling in the room is just strange doesn’t go with the rest of the decor. The tele was absolutely hopeless none of the apps worked on it, staff not helpful to assist especially nearly £700 to stay here one being a child awful.yes you have a kind gesture of a free breakfast on the last day even though we raised issues on the first day. Not good enough wouldn’t recommend and certainly would never stay here again.

I liked the querky decor of the hotel and convenient location

The breakfasts were very disappointing and overpriced . All there was a range of continental plates on offer as a vegetarian there was limited options especially in the hot section. There was no opportunity for a cooked breakfast menu. Boiled eggs were cold as were pancakes. Just disappointing. Breakfast Staff were polite but were inattentive and needed to be more customer focused The heating in the room was ridiculously hot and unable to alter. Took until the day we left for the team to respond to our concern.

The decor was unbelievable the look of the hotel and every space was beautifully done by far the most beautiful interesting place we have ever stayed

No parking even though we booked parking We were just sent away to find parking. The food was underwhelming . Waitress insisted that cheese on the nachos was melted instead of being squirted out of a bottle. Food and finished meals were not cleared away the entire time we were sitting at the table. We had to put our plates on another table ourselves. Staff were not very friendly or helpful, especially at the desk.

Cleanliness, comfort, location, bed, bathroom, everything was great. The staff were extremely professional, friendly and helpful, especially Gennaro on the front desk and the young man from technical services who came to the bedroom to resolve a very minor problem with the aircon.

Except for the last two days, the visit there was great. We stayed 5 nights in a standard room which was very spacious. I spent a city break with my daughter so we could experience the museums and a little different culture. The rooms are great, but if you're only there to sleep and have breakfast, as we were, the other things are also important. The walk from Angel is about 10 minutes. The bus connection to the city is also great.

The hotel also describes as sustainable, but the food, although with vegan options, most of it was not sustainable at all. (Except a lot of reduced packaging) On the first day we had oat milk, on the following days only soy and almond milk. As vegans, we had a choice of muesli and bread and jam. There were no cold cuts or cheese alternatives. On the fourth and fifth day, the staff asked why there were two of us eating breakfast but only one person was registered. Each time I pointed out the booking, but none of the staff came and said later that they had made a mistake. Reception later said all fine, wehn asked.
