Personnel gentil aidant et serviable.

El trato cálido del staff contrasta con el frío que se siente en la ciudad. El edificio me lo imaginaba más grande pero dentro las habitaciones tienen espacio suficiente. Agua caliente a todas horas y ascensor que siempre viene bien. Desayuno buffet que es su variedad de elementos simples es abundante y lo deja a uno más que satisfecho. En el cuarto había una frazada extra pero no tuve la necesidad de usarla. Limpieza diaria, opciones de lavandería y agendamientos de tours. Casi lo olvido, me otorgaron una habitación con escritorio y silla para poder teletrabajar. Un abrazo a todo el personal que tuve chance de conocer!

Ya viendo hacia atrás me parece que ha sido un buena inversión y experiencia haber llegado aquí en mi primera vez en la ciudad.

Falta en el bagno de el escobajo para el Wc, me cuesta entender como no es costumbre dejarlo en los servicios de los hotels, lo considero poco higiénico.

The stuff was absolutely helpful and friendly. Due to my stomach flu I couldn’t do a Titicaca lake tour. So the stuff asked me about the tour agency number and they just called them in order to arrange a reschedule to next day. Furthermore they gave me some fruits and asked me on my well-being frequently. Fantastic crew!!

Little bit noisy due to the street next door

Room was weary nice and hotel has lift.

We had to wait long time to get hot water in bathroom Breakfast was weak. Breakfast room was wery cold so we aeted in coats

The restroom seems very old and the shower place was broken.

The location is great a few mins walk from Plaza de Armas. Staff are really nice and accommodating. Breakfast was also really nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The only thing I didnt like is that it was freezing cold that night and even with a few thick blankets I had to sleep with clothes on as no heating available.

They have computers so i managed to do .y homework. The breakfast is tasty and great,so far the staff is very caring and always helpful. The hot water works . They did a great job

Friendly and great service.

The staff are the main selling pointat this location. Booking.Com ballsed up the costs so I ended up getting stiffed. Anyone tried to contact booking.com, useless unless your buying off them. The team were very helpful and gave me directions to the cxity centre and port were you can catch a boat to teh Uros Islands. The hotel also provided mid afternoon tea/ coffee and cocoa leaves for those suffering from altitude sickness. Oh dont forget to ask foo eggs at breakfast and if your a Brit - aint no cold milk!

A simple and clean place to stay in a great location, but where this hotel really excelled was customer service. All the staff were so lovely especially Wilter. They even allowed me an early check in at no extra charge after arriving on an overnight bus. The showers were the hottest I've had during my time in Peru. Very good value for the price.

The bathroom was slightly more rustic.

We had a six hour wait for our bus trip to Cuzco. wanted rest and showers. But this place surpassed expectations. Wish we could have stayed a few nights. Immaculate in every corner

Hot water, walking distance from the main street but far enough not to be noisy, the breakfast was hefty and delicious

Bad communication with the property, before and during the stay. It was cold and there were no heaters.

Kaaro Hotel was great value for money. Very good location for main square. All areas clean and breakfast buffet was very good. The staff were very helpful and approachable. Leaving our luggage overnight was no problem and felt very safe. Tea and coffee facilities were available on each floor.

The only point was that the toilet smells a little.
