Great breakfast, great value for money.
Great location, very clean room and bathroom.
Heater in the room and very hot shower.
GREAT STAFF, lovely people always available for whatever !
Hostel let us leave our luggage there while we toured the islands on Titicaca.
The facilities aren’t amazing but honestly you get what you pay for. I totally recommend this hostel.

Loaction was good, close to the main 'centre'
Room wasn't very clean, bed sheets were dirty. No daily housekeeping service, even after we left the key at reception. Breakfast could be more varied too, staff were not the most welcoming, or friendly. For that extra few euros, stay somewhere else in Puno.

Breakfast was nice, Wifi was excellent, and the bed was comfortable. We were able to extend our stay a few nights, which was nice.
The room was a bit dark and the shower clogged and pooled at our feet.

Nice staff, good breakfast. Hypermarket is very close. The beds were extremely comfortable!
Internet got quite bad after the first day, there was very little water to shower and the temperature was hard to adjust. No room service. The tours that they offer are good, but a lot more expensive than normal.

We informed hotel that we will arrive early in the morning 5AM for two nights. After we were dropped off by the hotel and rang the door bell, noboday was there to let us in. We asked our guide to call via phone. The receptionist picked up the phone but still did not open the door. Our guide called the hotel twice and still nothing. So after spending 30 minutes in front of the hotel at 5 AM we had to search for a new place to stay. Terrible experience, unreliable staff!

The location is great, got to stay in a big bed and very comfortable. They also let us check in early and take a shower plus they arranged a tour for us
The roof had leaks and the bathrooms didn't have shampoo, toilet paper and the water pressure was very low

The early check-in, the ability to book a tour to the floating islands, the laundry option, the central location. A good option for an overnight stay, nothing more.
It really was NOT clean, especially the bathroom. The WiFi does not work.
