La amabilidad del personal, la limpieza de la habitación, tenía calefacción y se agradecía con el frío que hacía en Puno.
Desayuno muy bueno, incluso nos ofrecieron el desayuno para llevar ya que sabían que habíamos llegado de madrugada y nos volvíamos a ir pronto en la mañana.
Tenían mate de coca gratuito en el hall y pudimos estar un buen rato esperando ahí hasta que salió nuestro bus.
Muy buena ubicación, cerca de la plaza de armas y rodeado de restaurantes y tiendas.

Very clean, central location close to all the restaurants, staff were very friendly and allowed us to check in at 5am after our night bus which was amazing, and it's great value for money considering how cheap it was.

Loved the little heater in the room and the endless hot water! Felt quite luxury
the curtains don’t block out light - so bring eye masks if you are light sensitive. We woke up at 4:30am every day in full sunlight despite having curtains drawn

Heaters in rooms, comfortable bed, amazing hot shower, socket on either side of the bed, free tea and coffee always available, good selection at breakfast, good location for shops and restaurants, friendly staff, comfortable waiting area if you arrive before check in time. free luggage storage.
Only allowed 1 egg with breakfast. Walls are thin so can hear noises from other rooms. WiFi cuts out sometimes during busy times.

We had a very nice stay in this hotel. The room was clean with a good bathroom. The shower had hot water and a good pressure.

The property is very nice and well maintained, rooms are clean and nicely decorated, bed super comfy, and the bathroom is clean and modern. The heater in the room is a lovely plus as it gets quite cold at night in Puno. The staff was very professional and helpful. We had an issue with the hot water and they did what they could to solve the problem. Overall a great stay!
Although it was solved, we had no hot water one morning and had to wait to the afternoon to shower.

The staff was very nice. The rooms were clean. Shower was very hot. There is a nice man that will cook you an egg whichever way you want at breakfast. Awesome heater in the room.

This hotel is probably one of the best that we stayed in Peru. The room was extremely clean and the bed was super comfortable. It is right in the city centre and has a very good breakfast. Highly recommended

Central location - just around the corner from main shopping/restaurant street.
Staff very helpful.
No problem with leaving bags there for a couple of days.
Lots of interesting local artesania in the public spaces.
They have a post box for postcards.
Rooms at the top of the hotel were quiet.
There was no lift and climbing all the stairs at altitude could be an effort, however the staff were very willing to take our luggage up for us.
