Not bad at all , just enough to stay for a night.
AC is not cold enough, bedsheets are old.

The staff were super accomodating and their check in process is so quick!
Urban View has a very convenient location, however, they do not have a room that can fit more than 2 people. My request to have our rooms near each other was not met. I had to go up the stairs back and forth to check on my kids as they stayed one floor above us. There's no elevator, I have knee problems and I have to bare with going up the stairs.
Cleanliness - I was really disappointed for the linens we have on both beds (twin beds) have stains. One of the throw pillow has blood like stains which I do not really appreciate. The other room has also same linen stains.

it’s near the main road and easy access to every location
the room smelled like mold, no exhaust, smelled like wet socks, no cable working in my room. no water heater, only 1 bottled water. the toilet if too small and wrong location of door. I would not come back here. my first and last.

No elevator. No chair inside the room. You can only get 1 keycard and need to wait for the AC to cool the room every time you go out.

There was no food at the hotel itself but they don't mind if you bring cooked food. There are plenty of food options and convenience stores around. Very clean and will clean the room unless you place Do Not Disturb. Water and hot pot, heater and toiletries are all provided.
Not the easiest for vehicles to go into the street where the hotel is located. There is NO elevator so anyone who has trouble walking up more than 1 flight of stairs will not have it easy.

The location was a perfect place for exploring the City of Bacolod. Plus, the staff are so incredibly friendly and helpful.
