The staff. They are all very accommodating. Helpful and courteous.

The room is dark. I suggest they add lights. So dim inside.

Central location and very friendly staffs. Good amenities in room. Nice pool and great buffet choices, buffet at Seda much better than SM Mall hotel and serving staffs at Seda very responsive and helpful!

Nothing wrong with the hotel but Lacson Street traffic is horrible hard to get in and out of the hotel. Bacolod in general has a traffic problem no proper street lights or traffic lights and too many jeepneys (local buses) lots of smoke from vehicle exhaust. The city needs to control traffic issues and air quality.

The staff were friendly except for one front desk staff, a young lady, who I feel was short-tempered with me when I insisted that my booking was pre-paid, which it was, but she did not have her information ready and she rudely insisted that it wasn't. She mellowed down after she found out I was right. Then, I was hungry and had late lunch at their bistro. I ordered pumpkin soup; sadly, it had no trace of pumpkin but was instead a heated-up white cream. At least that's what it tasted.
