Its very unclean, from the room to everything on it.The bathroom is dilapidated and the videt, no toiletries provided and it charged me Php.1004 where i could have a more decent lodging house somewhere for a reasonable price..If i could only have my money back ..The city should stop the operation of this hostel ,its a shame for the Tourism Industry of Bacolod and Negros Occidental..I will report this to the City Officials

The bed is wiggling, the toilet is dirty, there is no consistent water, the curtain at the toilet is full of moulds. No water heater, aircon is not cold enough and too noisy.

Just the location. But if given the chance to stay to other hotels, I would really love to. But I must say, the cleaner at the hotel was very friendly.

Wrong pin location in the map. We got lost and when we arrived in the property, the staff informed us that they won't accept our booking because they have a problem with their supply of water. They did not bother to inform or call us about the situation. They still accepted us although there is no water in the property. They didn't even bother to help us contact another place to stay. The place is very dirty and dark. It is like living in a haunted house! The rest room is very dirty as well.

When we arrived in the place, the staff informed us that they won't accept bookings because they have a problem with their supply of water. They did not bother to call us ahead of time so that we can also prepare on our end since we still travel from Caticlan. The place is very dirty and scary! The room is not well lighted. The restroom is very dirty as well. It's like I'm staying in a horror dormitory! Worst experience ever! This is even my first time in Bacolod.
