We got the Executive suite and it was for my birthday. We love the room because it’s really big, spacious and it has a bath tub. The staff were very accommodating and attentive to our needs. The bucket of ice is free and there’s a complimentary coffee as well. I would recommend this place:) Excellent customer service, keep it up!

location near SM city mall. rooms are large.
hotel is getting old and would need renovation. AC is noisy. Sea view is sadly spoiled by an old abandoned building in front of the window. great potential for this hotel but unfortunately necessary investments are not done to make this place the jewel it once was or at least could become.

Bed. Location to 7-11
Terrible smoking area, treat smokers with respect. Have what you advertise on your menu. There was no beef.

The staff where super friendly and helpful although not always with my Filipino wife.
The breakfast food was always really nice although there was not really a huge selection at the buffet.
Very close to the mall which had lots of resturants and shops.
The bed was comfy and the room was an ok size, bathroom was ok.
The aircon in my room was old and really noisy I had to wear earplugs to be able to sleep well.
The fried eggs where usually cold.
No biggie but the view from the window was pretty horrible.

very hard for public transpo, not that clean at all.. found cockroach in the room.

I like the spacious rooms and brightly lit hallways. The guards are excellent in their service.
I didnt like the buffet breakfast when it was said to be buffet but the staffs are the ones putting the food on your plate. But the food is great; the vegetable salad is excellent.
