Clean hotel

Bathroom lights didn't work, room was nice and clean...just had to poo with night vision goggles 🤣

Bathroom door off track and would not close. Many pubic hairs on toilet and even stuck to wall. Mirror in bedroom filthy. Hand lotion was 2/3 used.

The free breakfast was really good, the hotel was in a perfect location if your going to an event at Gainbridge Fieldhouse for it was right across the street. We walked everywhere and everything was convenient. We for sure will be back

I wish there was a good coffee shop nearby or Starbucks onsite

La ubicacion de el hotel y las instalaciones son muy buenas, y bonitas, el desayuno es bueno y todo es limpio.

En la habitacion cuando hicieron el mantenimiento me robaron varios pares de zapatos de mi esposa y de mis hijos perdimos las crocs de todos, 7 pares en total. El personal de el hotel me reembolso 170$ pero eso no compensa materialmente lo que nos robaron.

Everything! We could not have had a better time! Rooms, parking, breakfast, pillows, towels, etc! Everything was great!! We will be staying at Hyatt house from here on out!!

Room was nice. I ordered a suite by accident and it cost more than I thought (I initially thought maybe the price was because of the concert in town and priced accordingly). Although I didn’t need or use all the amenities of the suite it was nice to have the tv separate from the bedroom.

Front desk clerk technically answered my questions, but didn’t provide the full information I should have been given or needed. 1 - use key to activate elevator (huge issue!). 2 - parking can be paid at kiosk in entry from garage or at exit point (was only told about exit point).

Great location, very nice rooms

When we arrived the staff were very nice and check in was very easy.

We were very disappointed after check in with the cleanliness of our room. We requested an alternate room and staff was very accommodating and gave us a different room. After settling in we go our children (3 & 9) all ready for the pool which was the reason we chose to stay here. The pool was closed. Nothing was notes online about the pool being closed and my children were very disappointed. We paid a lot of money to stay here specifically so the kids could swim for the evening. We did end up leaving and we’re refunded our full amount. Communication is key and I wish this was noted online when we booked.

The lady at the front desk at check-in told us that the pool was closed, and we had to walk 5 minutes to another hotel and use their pool. The kids were disappointed, but when we came back from dinner to ask the desk where the hotel was that had the pool and the guy at the front desk said why ours is open.

Some staff members were friendly and accommodating, others were not!

We paid for valet parking and were very disappointed! The phone app didn’t work any of the 8 mornings we were at the hotel. On the last day, it took an hour for us to get our car, after being told they they could not find our car and that their only option was to look one more time around the garage. We weren’t told that our car would be located, only that they’d look one more time, and that was all they could do. We are scheduled to stay in your hotel on two upcoming week long visits, but after this experience, I’m not sure we will come.

Breakfast was fine and staff nice although coffee did not keep up with demand.

Housekeeping rules were not visisble so I had to ask for more towels and coffee in the room. Parking garage was not well marked off the street so I had to drive around the block when I arrived. Garage procedures were not posted so when you drive in and see the closed door it's a bit alarming.

Everything about the hotel room was great. The room was spacious and comfortable.

My only concern was the valet parking. I highly suspect my car was driven by someone while I was there. When I mentioned it, it was confirmed that this was an ongoing problem.
