Loved the location. Parking was easy. Staff was very friendly. We got there 20 minutes early but no problem checking in.

I was located on the 28th floor. It was a lovely view of the city. My room was very clean and comfortable.

Clean and friendly staff. Mercedes Was our valet and was excellent.

Parking chaos (on one occasion -match day), could not enter parking although paid, minor drawback overall

Excellent facilities, clean, no funny smells, great concierge level access with breakfast, drinks, hors d’oeuvres. Staff is courteous and professional. Location is walking distance to pro sports venues, bars and restaurants.

Everything was great. Staff and location was exceptional.

Location! We went for the Morgan Wallen concert. No need to walk outside or get an Uber. You can walk the skywalk all the way to Lucas Oil. Fantastic bar in the hotel, also a Starbucks.

The valet was so booked up so we did have to park in the garage. Not a big deal though.

Loved the ambiance, the comfort the cleanliness and mostly the floor to ceiling windows was my favorite! The view is amazing.

I had to park far for parking because I didn’t want to pay for valet which is the only option I believe they have. Which sucked a little because why do I not have a free parking option.

My room was skipped the day for housekeeping. I had to call 3 times to get extra towels. Took hours to get them.

Seemed like only a few elevators were functional and had long wait times for one to be available. Also had to take the stairs from the 15th floor all the way to ground level because elevator wouldn’t come.

Room felt damp couldn’t sleep child woke up with a severe cough had 3 rooms for the evening and everyone woke up with stuffy noses

Die Aussicht aus dem Fenster hätte besser sein können ... wir hatten den direkten Blick auf das Dach eines Parkhauses.

I didn’t like it because you had to order it and pay for it yourself. It didn’t come with the ram Indiana eat it in your room.
